Our tea party! Shrimp Cocktail Quiche Lorraine Soup & Tea Sandwiches
    Ashley P.

Took my niece here for her first proper tea party. The food was amazing, and the tea was delectable! We had the Paris blend tea with the tea for two. Loved the tea sandwiches! We also tried the quiche and the shrimp salad, and both were to die for! The service was awesome as well! Highly recommend for a proper tea service! Will return!

Each of us had a different, but cute tea cup and saucer: we also split a pot of tea so we could try different flavors

My friends and I enjoyed our return to Swan Coach House for a ladies tea party. Parking was easy with complimentary valet. We were greeted by the host and sat down within 20 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was pretty busy with lots of bridal and baby shower gatherings around us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server was knowledgeable and kind and made some great suggestions to accommodate food allergies and preferences. We can't wait to return in the Springtime.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a lovely afternoon tea at the Swan Coach House.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As an Anglophile, I'm always looking for an afternoon tea that takes me back to London. The Swan Coach House did not disappoint.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When a place knows the difference between Afternoon Tea and High Tea, and yes there is one, you know you are in the right place![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Rachel and Alejandro provided excellent service in the lovely dining room. My visit started with delicious mini muffins and then my tiers were brought. Savory, scones, then sweets. All delicious. Each item was delicious and the cheese straws were a welcome delight. If your heart craves an authentic tea experiment, I highly recommend The Swan Coach House.

Hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and have mixed feelings. At 45 pp I expect greatness, and some of our experience was great! The tea selection was good, a green, a black and two decaf blacks (give us more green and white!) The food was good, macarons were particularly fresh and tasty (I think they're from Alons Bakery), manager David was incredibly welcoming and valet provided top tier service to all the ladies in my group despite rain and other nasty customers. Now the bad.... why are the servers so unfriendly? I was shocked! I work in food service and never behave this way at work. Nobody was enthusiastic, and when i lost my debit card and asked a server in the (empty) dining room if she'd seen it, she ignored me and kept texting on her phone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would come back here again for the ambience but certainly not the service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] (There's auto gratuity which may explain their comfort in giving subpar service.)

The customer service is beautiful. My husband and I felt welcomed from Valet to Host to Servers to Miranda who gave us a tour. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We scheduled our wedding ceremony at this beautiful location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Miranda has been amazing in helping us plan. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Pretty, Serene and a great location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Love the valet parking as well. We will be tasting the food soon!

I visited the Swan coach house for an inspirational workshop hosted by some friends; it is such a beautiful venue! I arrived to find free valet parking, which is always a plus, along with friendly faces and welcomes from the staff. The downstairs area is filled with an assortment of jewelry, purses, scarves, trinkets, and more. It was hard to not just hand them my wallet and buy all the things! They also have an art gallery on site, which was super cool. It's filled with work from local artists and I loved all of the colors and textures throughout the displays. We headed upstairs for the event and I saw several different rooms, each brimming with light from the big windows. We had a chicken dish, a salad, pastries, and tea for lunch...I cleaned my plate. It was a flavorful and not too heavy meal. The other guests and I had a great time during the workshop and we chatted with some other ladies who were there for a bridal shower on our way out, everyone was in good spirits. If I lived in Atl I'd definitely come back here more often.

This is such a cute place for brunch! I love the whole southern belle atmosphere. I know this is actually a great popular spot for bridal showers. You can actually have small intimate weddings here too. They have spaces all the way upstairs on the third floor, main level and basement. Personally, I would probably want to be sat either all the way upstairs or the basement because that's where the bathrooms are. I just love the whole southern belle theme. The food was a lot better than I expected. I thought this place was a touristy spot so I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was. I 1000% recommended reservations and especially earlier in the day because they do run out of their silk swan desserts. I was actually really upset I didn't get to try it. I did settle for the pecan pie and honestly it was just amazing. They are actually known for their desserts. This place is actually in Buckhead not far from jennies ice cream and Whole Foods supermarket. They do offer valet parking and it's free. You just have to tip the valet. This was such a nice and cute brunch experience. After you're done with your meal, you can check out their little gift shop. They have lots of swans that you can purchase, but honestly the gift shop kind of reminded me of a Christmas store. They had a little bit of everything they had a lot of cute holiday ornaments. I would check it out if you want a little cute brunch date in the city.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. It was a nice way to spend an early Mother's Day with my mother for lunch. It's nestled off the main road and located in a very quiet area. I arrived just a few minutes from opening time, which was 11am. Valet parking was available for free. Before being seated, I took a few minutes to browse the gift shop which had lots of lovely and jewelry pieces and much more. I purchased a few small items and returned to the dining room to be escorted to my seat. It is such a cute setup inside - it's the perfect place for a tea party (note to self). Even the bathrooms were complete with the pastel color scheme and girly vibe. Food arrived very fast and presented very well. No food was wasted! Service was exceptional - the valet, the hostess, the servers, the gift shop sales associate - all pleasant exchanges. If you're looking for a place to bring a few ladies - look no further!

Swan Coach House is an Atlanta staple for ladies luncheons, bridal showers and baby showers. My sister and I came in for a tour of the space for her upcoming bridal shower. The staff was very helpful and gracious. We enjoyed a delicious lunch consisting of bread service, tea sandwiches, Swan's favorite chicken salad and the swan chocolate mousse dessert. The food was really good and I was pleasantly surprised with the frozen fruit salad. 10/10. Swan Coach House offers complimentary valet parking and a large gift shop and art gallery featuring jewelry, art, handbags, clothing and more.

Such a beautiful and lovely space!…read more You can find street parking right outside or along the block. As soon as you walk in, you are engulfed in such a feminine and classy oasis. Every detail of the decor is well thought out. You have great photo ops around every corner. They serve loose-leaf tea. The tea was ok. My table got the ginger tea and peach ginger tea. The tea had a very faint flavor and was not strong. The presentation was more noteworthy than the taste. Perhaps the other flavors might be more robust. The sandwich tower was nice. I enjoyed the variety of chicken salad, cucumber and smoked salmon sandwiches. They were all good - the salmon was my favorite taste-wise and the chicken salad has very nice presentation with fun shapes and classy Pearl toothpicks. The dessert tower was also lovely with a good variety of different treats including scones, macarons, banana pudding, mini strawberry cheesecake, etc. The treats that I had were satisfying. This is a gorgeous space you must visit or book for a private event. They have welcoming service and create a unique and enjoyable experience.

An experience! June 2026…read moreI'm giving two stars because the place is decorated very cute. The table settings were nice. But once I was told the price of $65 plus for a few sandwiches and dessert trays it became ludicrous. Not to mention only two teapots per table which means you could not order tea individually. You had to decide between the table which two teas you wanted. We were told that the experience was 1 hour and a half. We started at 11:30 am and baby right at 12:27 pm the server came and said your experience ends in 3 minutes. All I heard was you don't have to go home but you got to get the hell up out of here!!! *S/N* There was nothing sent out prior to the visit to ask about allergies or food restrictions. However, when they served the sandwiches, the chicken salad had walnuts in it. They could not make any alterations or accommodations for anyone with an allergy. So there was only cucumber sandwiches and five smoked salmon sandwiches to share between four people. When we told the server she said, did anybody specify that before they came. To which we said, no one asked. Not worth $95 at all. Store bought food and desserts smh. Maybe that's why they call it The Dirty Tea because they do people dirty! I'm not sure how to respond to the owner but I was there at 11:07 and the majority of the guests were already inside. And the only reason I was 7 mins lates is because I was trying to figure out parking. I do know there were two people who came in after the experience started. Again maybe you have the wrong group because we were not thirty minutes late.

First off, I love that this is a Black-owned, woman-owned business, and the ladies there truly have the sweetest energy. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and taken care of. I also thought it was super cool that they offer loose-leaf teas for purchase, along with strainers so you can create your own little tea setup at home. They also have a few pastry options, and even coffee for anyone who may not be into tea. My friend ordered the Moroccan mint tea, and I went with a chai latte. We also shared a vegan blueberry scone and a pistachio croissant--everything was absolutely delicious. I'm definitely planning to come back and explore more of the menu, and I already have my eye on picking up some tea to enjoy at home. This spot is a gem for sure.

My favorite drinks are the Sippin on Sunshine and Berries on the Beltline--both are so refreshing and always hit.
