this place is such a shame for the area. you would expect this place to be up to good standards with good quality food but you get anything but that. my boyfriend ordered the turkey avocado "pizza" which was a total disaster. the "pizza" was not even a pizza. it was a quesadilla tortilla with pesto and barely any cheese and oscar myer turkey. it was sold for $14 and such a disappointment. its a disgrace to even call it pizza. I work in the area and a co-worker told me they have soft-serve gelato now! I wanted to check out the flavors so I asked for some sample cups. The girl at the register replied with, "Well... are you going to buy some?" WELL. I kind of have to try it first to decide if I want to try it, don't I? That was really weird and turned me off. She seemed confused and frazzled when I answered, "Um... well I don't know yet.." so she said she'd give me sample cups after she helped the paying customer behind me first (who walked in after I did, btw). SO WEIRD. I didn't end up buying soft-serve; the pistachio flavor could've been amped up a bit, but it had teeny bits of pistachio in it which was impressive. The vanilla flavor was lackluster, and melty! Way too soft and liquid-y. I ended up buying a super expensive rice krispy treat ($5.40). I'm surprised this place hasn't earned more reviews by now. Sweet Beverly specializes in freshly-made crepes in Beverly Hills. Located right next to Bouchon's Bakery outlet, it's a great place to get a nice little breakfast or snack. It almost reminds me of life in Paris where these crepes stands are located all over the place. I wish one of their options had mushrooms, cuz I'd be all over it. I got a Chinese chicken salad that was supposed to be $14.95, but I realized on my credit card statement they charged me $19.64. I brought it up to the manager's attention and he said there is nothing we can do. Also the salad was supposed to come with breaded chicken as I ordered it and when I picked up the salad I realized they put shredded chicken, I called and they said well we change it because everyone was complaining it's too expensive! My crepe was underwhelming. The seating area is in a nice urban park-like part of Beverly Hills. Fun to sit there and people watch. Highly recommend for the people-watching. This is normally a favorite spot of ours but this time we had a bad experience. They got our order wrong and then didn't believe us when we pointed it out. Fortunately I asked for the receipt otherwise I think we would have been cheated out of two caps. When I complained I spoke to the cashier who was really nice and helpful but then when I spoke to Freddy who also works there he was extremely rude. Yummy crepes!! We stopped next to this little shop right after brunch at the bouchon. They had a delicious menu of crepes, ice cream, cookies and lattes. Loved their banana crepe with nutella! They were not stingy with the serving and it's presentation was perfect! Even the whipped cream tasted so light and divine! So good I ate the whole thing in minutes! I park downstairs at the Montage for work and when i take the elevator up it ALWAYS puts me in front of Bouchon which i usually visit except for days like this when the line is out the door and you're running a little late already. Anyway, as i walked toward my office, i saw Sweet Beverly which i figured i'd give a try just because it was empty and i figured how long could a crepe take to make? I also figured they couldn't be that expensive...right? WRONG. after going in, the guy greeted me and i immediately felt guilt tripped into ordering something which i wouldn't have had there been no one inside since they charge $9+ per crepe. Anyway, i am beyond happy i tried it because it is REALLY GOOD! i tried the blueberry (dessert) crepe not realizing that it was on the dessert menu. It came with some whipped cream and a blueberry compote/sauce which was amazing. The whipped cream which i believe had vanilla among other things in it was amazing. I will definitely be back to try something else but most likely on pay day. read more

I like that this place has an outdoor seating area right across the montage hotel . They have great crepes but the salads and sandwiches are mediocre . I ordered the Mediterranean salad which is supposed to be one of most popular salads and it was really nothing special. The salad had hummus on the bottom , romaine lettuce , feta cheese , olives, cucumber , tomato and crispy onion on top but you can barely taste the dressing. It was more oily than anything . As far as crepes, you can't go wrong with the Nutella, banana and powdered sugar. Today the service was better than other experiences I've had here. The host was nice. She surprised my friend with an eclair since she overheard it was her birthday. The other times I came here, I had to wait 20 mins for some crepes.
