We tried the Heavy Hitter bagel, Spanish latte with vanilla cold foam, house cold brew, blueberry muffin, and the matcha white chocolate cookies and all of that everything was phenomenal! The food and drinks were fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and such a nice break from being on the road. One thing we especially appreciated was the plenty of parking and how easy it was to get in and out with our trailer, which can be hard to find while traveling. Definitely a memorable stop, and we'd absolutely come back again whenever we're passing through!

Flavor-wise, it's nothing special especially with the long name and all. SUNSHINE MATCHA LATTE (Iced) Nekohama matcha. Latte was a bit sweet. But you can taste the Earl Grey and matcha. Got it with whole milk. It made it creamy, which was good. I did taste a hint of lemon in it as well. Honestly did not like that extra lemon flavor, as it distracted from the Earl Grey itself. I don't think the lemon was necessary. There was citrus flavor, but not tartness. I think citrus peel would have been better if they wanted an extra citrus flavor. Overall, it wasn't bad except the lemon flavor. Really threw me off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Service was nice. Recommended drinks were good. INDOOR & OUTDOOR SEATS A-PLENTY Ambiance had a retro feel, which was fun. Indoor was packed! No tables or seats available. Smaller tables for 2. Outdoor tables and seats were available. It almost tasted more mild than a chai latte. But it was still very good flavoring. This is my second time here, and the service was satisfactory on both occasions. This visit was during the morning, my first visit was during lunchtime. During both visits, the shop was bustling with energy, chatter, and laughter. It is one of the best specialty drinks I have ever had. It is rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. It tastes intentional, not just like another sugary mocha. My second favorite is the Hermosa Oscuridad. It is bold, smooth, and complex without being overpowering. What truly sets Mi Flor Mayor apart is that their syrups are made in house. You are not getting the same generic flavors you can find anywhere else. These drinks are unique and clearly crafted with care. You can genuinely taste the difference. And the pastries deserve their own spotlight. They are some of the best I have ever had at a coffee shop and they are made fresh daily. Flaky, flavorful, and the perfect pairing with any drink.
