The croissant looked crisp and airy, not over filled. But when you bit into it there was no crunch, completely lacking that delicate glass like texture that really makes a croissant. It felt days old stale and thick, no layers, just a block of filled bread. The breakfast sandwiches are premade and microwaved (at least that as the texture) to order. Underseasoned and dull. Coffee wise they support local and use beans from a fellow Maine business, Black Ink Coffee in Bangor. My wife got the Blueberry Pancake Iced Latte and I got the Strawberry Shortcake Iced Latte. Both had tons of flavor, definitely sweet though so be mindful if that isn't your thing. Lastly, we had each got a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin. Let me say they were some of the largest english muffins I have had. The egg was also seasoned much more than you usually get. A top-notch breakfast sandwich I would return for. I ordered a hot plan coffee and it took longer for them to deliver that than the person after me who wanted 2 pumps of this, light on this, 2 more pumps and a swirl of this and a few donuts. Must be a regular to get special treatment. The second experience was no different. The drive thru may seem organized but the front-end staff seem all over the place. This location doesn't seem to have good management to ensure a cohesive work environment. The different between staff experience at drive-thru compared to front-end is night and day and not necessarily in a good way.

Now, my standards are pretty low as I've seen Dunkin's that were horrific, infested with bugs, rude, and falling apart. So saying this is a good Dunkin wouldn't mean much, but this is MY FAVORITE location. The staff have been nothing but nice and extremely patient. Specifically one employee, I believe his name is Blake, does extremely well, he's fast yet thorough, friendly, but not over talkative and seems to me to be a natural leader. The only service issues I've had here have been with new employees who are most likely in training. As for the coffee itself, it's only on rare occasions, and usually during a rush, that I am not satisfied with my drink. That being said my order is pretty lengthy and I give props to anyone who gets it right. Overall I believe that this is probably the best Dunkin' in the LA area. :)

I simply sat it on the counter and waited patiently as the employees were busy out of view from the counter, the man that was working came over and asked what the problem was and I simply stated my ice coffee seemed like there was little to no coffee in it he started yelling my at me stating there's obviously coffee in it, he did not remake my coffee instead he stood there yelling at me telling me to go to a Dunkin down the road. I'm beyond disappointed and disgusted with the way this man treated me, I will not be returning. I spend a lot of money at that Dunkin' Donuts store because it's the closest one to me but from here on out I will take my money down the road like i was screamed at and told to do by the employee working today.
