The shops are small with very little to no seating. This location has a few seats on the inside and more outside but unless you like your ice cream mixed with exhaust fumes from the parking lot you might want to take it on the go. Nothing like window shopping the West Highlands with ice cream! The shop is clean and well staffed. If they can't answer your question they will find the person who can. They don't mind letting you try which ever flavors you want and don't rush you. I have noticed that they are doing more ice cream cakes and one might be in my near future, Cold Stone beware! Sometimes you have a bad experience at a place and you find yourself giving it another shot. This is the case with me. I have been here a number of times in the past couple years. It started when a friend got us an ice cream cake and I figured I should give them another shot since I thought it was good. The standout flavor for me is the coffee. I believe their coffee ice cream is some of the best around, if not the best. They do go out there with some weird flavors like the Lebowski (vodka/vanilla) that just falls short of good. But then there is the honey mint which sounds weird but is probably one of my favorites of theirs. The flavors are unique but not too crazy, the line moves super fast, the prices are reasonable and the ice cream is decadent and so creamy. I had a scoop of the lavender honey and also the oatmeal cookie while my hubby had a scoop of bananas foster and also the peanut butter honey. The PB honey was on point and so smooth. That was my favorite last night and then the lavender honey came in second. I liked the oatmeal cookie but didn't care for the bananas foster.
