They had just about every type of hot or cold sandwich you could want, plus some salad and soup options. I appreciated that they had gluten free bread, although I guarantee there is no way to avoid cross contamination here, so it may not be suitable for those with celiacs unless you just want to take the risk! I got a chicken pesto hot sandwich on gluten free bread with a bag of chips and an iced coffee, and I really enjoyed everything! We stopped by in the morning to get two sandwiches to takeout to Arches National Park. Both sandwiches were to die for! We had the Spicy Thai Wrap and the Capone Sub. We were worried about the sandwiches getting soggy, so they put the condiments on the side for the sub. Also had homemade coleslaw as a side. The Spicy Thai was the overwhelming winner. With the chicken, cranberries, spinach and carrot, I thought it was going to be bland but the peanut sauce had he right degree of heat and pulled it all together. It rocked!!! We got two of the Capone Subs (Rich's way) and we also grabbed two slices of the orange loaf to eat during our next hike. The subs were delicious- they definitely hit the spot. We stopped here to pick up coffee, breakfast, and lunch for later and were greeted by the kindest woman. She explained their extensive menu and noted that the cold sandwiches lasted best for our day of hiking. Since I've become pescatarian, I opted to do a DIY sandwich with wheat bread, salmon, pesto sauce, spinach, lettuce, and carrots. Not bad! Definitely last well throughout the day in my backpack. I was in Moab recently, and found this wonderful little bakery and bistro using the app. The quality food offerings in Moab are few and far between. Either very pricey (and sub par), or lots and lots of fast food. This place was certainly the exception. I had the turkey BLT served on freshly baked bread. Everything on it was so fresh and of the highest quality. This was served with loaded bacon potato salad. So delicious. They also threw in a freshly baked cookie as well. Grabbed a good lunch here while staying in Moab. They do both cold sandwiches and panini's here. You can build your own, or go with the big selection of items printed up on the wall. I stopped here for breakfast while in Moab and ended up buying lunch to go. Sweet Cravings is a cute little cafe and bakery on the North end of Moab. I was desperately tired of camping food and really just wanted something hot with vegetables. Sweet cravings brought that to life with the veggie scramble on gluten Free bread. My man purchased the breakfast nachos. Both were good, but the eggs desperately wanted salt and pepper. Really what sold both of us on the restaurant was the amazing service. The woman (whose name I didn't write down, sorry awesome lady!) Was super knowledgeable about gluten free options and how the kitchen was able to accommodate an allergy. She was so nice and engaging. We finished our food and bought sandwiches to go. I chose the Kokopelli, which they turned into a cold sandwich on toasted GF bread to avoid it being soggy later. My guy ordered some sort of bagel sandwich that he destroyed after our hike. We ordered the coleslaw and potato salad as sides, while the sides were tiny, they were delicious and really unnecessary after the big sandwich. I was so full. On top of that, they gave us cookies! Mine was a GF coconut macaroon that I ate as slowly as possible to savor the flavor and texture. Yuuuuuum! So gluten free folks, there are good options for you. GF bread costs an additional $2.25 per meal! Which is by far the most I've ever paid for that, but I'm still so grateful for the good food and great service, that it's whatever.
