This is a great Moab sandwich and dessert place before your a outdoor adventures begin for tourists or locals. The spinach salad had cranberries, red onion, pumpkin seeds, blue cheese with balsamic dressing served with a scone. We got a turkey BLT panini sandwich to pair nicely with the salad and a dessert brownie was included with our order. Lordddd- 1000/10 Our first time going to Moab, Ut and this place was the only one open for brunch. Mind you, it's winter and most shops, bakeries are closed for the winter. The lady that helped us was super sweet, she recommended us a sandwich and in the meal a cookie came with it. After we drove off, we had the meal and the cookie and my gosh it was the best cookie we've had! We drove back to buy a whole sized cookie and drove to arches. A must try in Moab! We stopped in for a sandwich before a day of hiking and loved that they had premade options ready to grab and go. The person at the register went above and beyond, they gave us an extra cookie and an extra piece of tinfoil to wrap the sandwich in so it wouldn't get soggy in the cooler. It's so rare to find people so happy and helpful and it definitely made my day a little brighter. I frequent Moab often so I will definitely be back to try some of the bakery items. This is a great place to pick up sandwiches and wraps for lunch! Not only are the sandwiches and wraps delicious, they usually come with a teaser cookie or dessert sample. I ordered the Spicy Thai Wrap (chicken, spinach, carrot, pepper, dried cranberry, sundried tomato, onions, and their "Thai Sauce" wrapped in a spinach tortilla) and my husband ordered the Roast Beef Sammy (roast beef on wheatberry bread with cheddar, caramelized onion spread, lettuce, and tomato); both were delicious. Sweet Cravings is a cute little cafe that was so good we went twice during our two-night stay in Moab. The sandwiches were delicious and clearly made with high quality, fresh ingredients, and the lavender lemonade was excellent. Service was fast and friendly, and they are open on more days of the week and for longer hours than many nearby bistros. They even give you a free dessert sample with every sandwich. Delicious. Love this place, wife ordered me surprise sandwich because we were stopping through and I went to walk the dogs around. The Kokopelli panini was DELICIOUS. I'd come back just for that. Typically we like stopping here because they have a small outside area to sit and we can have our dogs out there but this time around it was way too cold. They have excellent sweets as well. Stopped by here on a trip through Utah and was OVERJOYED at the long list of options for people with dietary restrictions! The workers were so kind in accommodating a gluten free & vegan diet, and I felt 100% confident in their products. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, paninis, quesadillas etc. Each meal also comes with either coleslaw, potato salad, chips or apple sauce along with a special dessert. It's such a great complete meal especially after a hike! I ordered the chicken corner wrap with potato salad and got a baked cookie. The oatmeal pecan coconut cookie was scrumptious. The open faced salon scram me bagel was a hearty filling breakfast, and the nacho breakfast burrito was pretty good too. The veggie breakfast burrito was meh because the vegetables were a soggy mess with the cheesy hashbrowns in it. In the lunch options, the veggie burrito was the winner however, the grilled cheese is a bready mess with bread overload compared to cheese. The Moab panini is decent but nothing special. Such a cute place with an incredible bakery selection!! We got two incredible breakfasts with scones and coffee. Absolutely loved the French toast - cinnamon bread with fresh strawberries. I decided to order The Benedict Burrito (flour tortilla filled with hash-browns, spinach, Swiss cheese, Hollandaise sauce, and scrambled eggs) as well as a cold brew to-go. What an amazing burrito it was! I had never imagined that you could make a breakfast burrito with Hollandaise sauce, what a pleasant surprise! We got the iced coffee and nacho burrito. Price was decent as was the burrito and coffee. The burrito came out hot. We loved the queso but wished there was less egg and more bacon and salsa. Not sure if they offer salsa on the side but the burrito was missing that spice! The coffee was very light and not too bitter. I only added two creamers, no sugar and it was good to go! Stopped here after hiking to refuel. My husband and I both got amazing paninis. I had the Italian and him the monte cristo. They are a generous size, come with a side, and a sweet bite for dessert. We also shared a raspberry lemonade which was mixed with a raspberry sherbet or something on top. It was delish! You have to do takeout currently with covid, but they had a few outdoor tables we could sit at. We were the only ones so it was safe to do so! We went during busy Easter Jeep Safari and I was so pleased there wasn't a long line. They have refrigerated grab-n-go options as well as handmade orders. So many choices and their desserts all looked heavenly. Staff was super nice and friendly yet chill. We got our order and they included little mini (compared to their lunch plate size) snickerdoodle cookies wrapped in foil (in case you wanted it to stay fresh and eat it later). My grilled cheese was da BOMB! Wow! I started a diet the Monday after LOL. All of our treats were so big and the kids loved that. We will stop here again, I dare say EVERY time we come to Moab. Sometimes you're just craving a good sandwich, and Sweet Cravings Bakery + Bistro was exactly what we were wanting! After hiking in Arches NP, we stopped in here for lunch. They had just about every type of hot or cold sandwich you could want, plus some salad and soup options. I appreciated that they had gluten free bread, although I guarantee there is no way to avoid cross contamination here, so it may not be suitable for those with celiacs unless you just want to take the risk! I got a chicken pesto hot sandwich on gluten free bread with a bag of chips and an iced coffee, and I really enjoyed everything! They had some house made pastries and desserts as well that looked really good, but I didn't try any of those. Definitely recommend this as a great lunch spot! read more

We were worried about the sandwiches getting soggy, so they put the condiments on the side for the sub. Also had homemade coleslaw as a side. The Spicy Thai was the overwhelming winner. With the chicken, cranberries, spinach and carrot, I thought it was going to be bland but the peanut sauce had he right degree of heat and pulled it all together. It rocked!!! The Capone Sub was no slouch either. Plenty of Italian meats and take my advice - add the pepperoncini! The coleslaw was crispy crunchy, nit your regular slaw. Try it, you'll like it! read more
