We stopped by Sweet Frog for a little treat. I have to remind my kids that its by the pound because they'll run the bill up quick, with a $14 cup of froyo. The guy behind the counter was nice. There's also a room you can use for parties, which is nice. It was clean inside with cute decor. They had a few frozen yogurt flavors to choose from, and toppings like oreos, gummy bears, strawberries, sprinkles, and more!! I got cheesecake and birthday cake. It was good but those sugar free flavors sometimes have a aftertaste. I wasn't a fan of that, but the toppings helped mask it. I paid about $7 for that teeny tiny cup of yogurt. All in all I won't be coming here often. But I do like it every once in a while. It hits the spot . Kids love this expensive yogurt!! They need jobs. Lol. Check them out. read more

Self-serve yogurt. Great until we got to the cashier who mumbled something. When asked if she could repeat, she responded, "I ain't talkin' to you." She was on her phone. When I went to use the restroom, I walked in on another employee camped out on her phone avoiding customers. Poor service in a self-serve environment where so little is being asked of you. read more

The open sign light was on, they didn't have any notes on the windows or door saying that they were closed. Worst sweet frog I have ever been to. First of all they only have the small and medium container. Second is all the toppings are in containers. The cups get weighed and then the toppings get weighed. You pay more for the cups. Not worth it. Will never come back to this sweet frog! read more

Worst Sweet Frog in the 757 Like people have said this location has arbitrary hours. It's advertised online and on the door that they are open until 9 but they close whenever they want. This week I asked if they could give us an estimate of when they close to prevent this problem for happening for family to which they replied "no I cannot." In the past too when I have had the opportunity to order here, the high schoolers that work here are extremely rude and get irritated when they're expected to do their job. Came after a dinner date and was pretty underwhelmed. We haven't been to a sweet frog since living in Maryland and we had higher expectations. Quite a few machines were boarded up, and some that had flavors were pretty liquidy (banana for example). The pineapple and mango were both pretty good though. I didn't get any toppings myself, but we got a cup to go for our kids and they enjoyed the cotton candy with the popping pearls. The gummy frogs were a hard pass from both kids. All toppings are pre-packed and I wonder if they zero out the cups since they weigh everything. I meant to grab the little pamphlet at the register but on certain days, certain folks can get discounts. I remember seeing: wearing pink/green on a certain day is discounted, a senior - 55+ day, and even student discounts. If all else fails, they did do a military discount. What a treat! So glad that Sweet Frog is now closer to home. I've visited twice and customer service is always very friendly. The store is always clean and tidy which is wonderful! I do wonder why they use so much plastic though for the toppings. I understand that with the pandemic, everything is kept very individualized. However, I'm sure that management can find a better way to distribute the toppings without using so much plastic. I didn't even see a recycling bin in the store either. It would be great if the store could figure out another system to distribute toppings and still keep safety and hygiene as a key factor. read more

I stopped by the local location and it's sooooo cute and clean! There are lots of yummy flavors and fresh toppings and lots of streamlined measures to make it safe for COVID (if you're environmentally-friendly, be prepared to recycle or reuse the mini toppings cups elsewhere). I tried this location after our kids football game. It was definitely different. We prefer the redmill location. This one was a little over the top with pre filled topping cups that they weigh in the cup, which adds more weight and therefore cost. Why wouldn't you pour it on and then weigh it? Half the fun of frozen yogurt is adding the amount of toppings that you want. I spent $5 just in toppings and we definitely didn't go crazy. I had one single cup of topping for mine. Underwhelming. And no music playing, just silent and awkward in there. We will stick with the red mill location where they have music, and the games out for kids and families to play and enjoy themselves, unlike this location. read more

I went here today with my granddaughter. Her uncle had given her a gift card and it was a hot day, perfect for a frozen yogurt!! The shop has a very nice Covid setup, complete with colorful and simple instructions on a poster. Begin with sanitizing your hands, etc. the yogurt choices are numerous and made it difficult to choose. My granddaughter, Evelyn, decided on cheesecake and coconut. She has tastes that belie her age of 8 lol. I got the strawberry and coconut. Next step is to head for the toppings. All of their toppings are in convenient little plastic sauce cups. Not pre-measured because they weigh these cups after they weigh the yogurt. A few years back we would have had loaded cups for $13 but today the cups were 1/2 full with only 3 small toppings for her and 1 for me. This was all expected. Between Covid and this inflation Im not surprised at the cost. What did upset me was the young cashier spraying tables immediately after they were vacated which made a very unpleasant smell to accompany our dessert. Best Frozen Yogurt in VB. My favorite flavor is their Pina Colada. Wide variety of flavors and topping to choose from.

First, customer service is terrible. Rude, mumbling, and nasty. Also a super weird topping system. I understand COVID restrictions being put in place, but they package small portions of toppings in little plastic tubs that you aren't allowed to grab? One mini chocolate pretzel in a separate plastic cup. Like who only wants one? It seems like a complete waste of plastic and an inconvenience. But we had to wait for our toppings because the lady did not feel like coming over. She mumbled and then got mad when we did not hear her. When weighing the ice cream, they do everything separately. Toppings, with the extra weight of plastic cups, all separate. And the different sized cups are also weighed separately. It doesn't make sense because the whole point it to weigh everything together, toppings and all inside the cup. The lady at the counter got sassy and mad and acted like we were supposed to know this. I'd rather drive an extra 10+ minutes to another sweet frog because this one needs some newer, nicer, and efficient employees and the old weighing system. read more
