I've been a few times, but recently I took my nieces and they both decided to get the Mug flavor which is not a fruity flavor. It leans towards cinnamon, root beer and coffee flavors and it was surprisingly soooo good. I cannot wait to get that the next time I go. The seating is outside and is made up of picnic tables and umbrellas for shade. The menu had a couple signature items that included the pitaya paradise which is what I ended up getting. It was the perfect summer treat. It had the creaminess from the ice cream but the tropical and citrusy flavors from the lime and pitaya. Please be aware that this place does not have bathrooms, so if you have to go I recommend stopping somewhere before hand. The guy at the counter was patient taking our order. I didn't have much to say about the service other than they did get out my kids orders out quickly. I liked the experience, and it's a great place to enjoy the summer. I visited Get Lost with my mother a few weeks ago, and unfortunately we left very disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we noticed multiple insects, including bees, flies, and what appeared to be roaches, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the establishment. The employee with brown hair, glasses, and a bandana who took our order was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I work in customer service myself, so I understand that everyone has stressful days, but there is no excuse for treating customers with disrespect. Her tone was curt, she made us feel like we were inconveniencing her, and when she handed me my drink, she shoved it toward me without so much as a smile or a word of courtesy. I also personally observed that she did not wash her hands before preparing my order, which was very concerning. While my Pitaya in Paradise tasted good, the combination of the cleanliness concerns and the poor customer service made us too uncomfortable to stay. My mother and I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope management addresses both the sanitation concerns and the level of customer service we experienced with this employee. I love Get Lost it's such a good sweet treat spot. Their Hawaiian shave ice is SO good and they have a ton of flavors to choose from. Tropical to sugary flavors; Dragon fruit to bubble gum. My personal favorite is the Float On which is root beer float inspired with vanilla icecream and it's seriously amazing. They put vanilla ice cream in the middle, shaved ice packed with flavor, and then top it with their house-made whipped cream. It just makes it perfect. The ice cream is delicious, the syrups are flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with care. As far as seating, it's a small spot. Inside where you order, there's only a tiny bit of seating so it's not really somewhere you go to sit for a long time. Most people order at the walk-up window and wait for their name to be called. They do have picnic tables outside if you want to sit out on a nice sunny day. And right beside it, there's an attached space with additional seating if you want to be somewhere a little more covered or out of the weather. It's perfect in the summer, but I also love that they stay open in the winter. They usually do buy-one-get-one free Fridays during the winter, which is such a nice bonus. The menu is set up with bowls attached to names such as The Chill, Float on & The Sunset. Or, you can build your own bowl with around ten unique flavors. They even offer vegan and dairy free options. Each bowl contains a scoop of ice cream and snow cap which is like a frosting. Finally you can also chose from their Specials board where you can build your own lemonade or how about a banana split, they have that too! There are a few seats inside and eight picnic tables with umbrellas outside. The building behind has comfortable air conditioned seating inside. I chose to take up an inside bar seat and enjoy the show. The teamwork was freaking amazing to pull off the process of making these custom made shave ice bowls. They are honestly made by passionate staff who desire to thrill each customer. My Pitaya in Paradise bowl was cranked out in around five minutes and presented beautifully. The bowl is described as "Dragon fruit, coconut, lime, vanilla ice with a coconut snow cap" That first bite explained so much why they hold a full 5 star on all review platforms.
