This place is located in the Vibe district of VB. There is a parking lot next to it, and several parking spots on the side of the street that you can use for parking. The seating is outside and is made up of picnic tables and umbrellas for shade. The menu had a couple signature items that included the pitaya paradise which is what I ended up getting. It was the perfect summer treat. It had the creaminess from the ice cream but the tropical and citrusy flavors from the lime and pitaya. Please be aware that this place does not have bathrooms, so if you have to go I recommend stopping somewhere before hand. The guy at the counter was patient taking our order. I didn't have much to say about the service other than they did get out my kids orders out quickly. I liked the experience, and it's a great place to enjoy the summer. Just know you'll probably smell the burgers from Frank & Patty's and have to check that spot out next.

I have been wanting to try this place for years and finally got to. Omg. It was delicious. Staff is so friendly. Weird to say but the ice was so soft . They can also do regular ice cream without the shaved ice part. Nothing like this in the area. Amazing.

This place is swamped, so trying to get through is a real pain. My suggestion is to change up the logistics so it's easier to access and accommodate customers. It was raining and dreary earlier. Despite the weather, we came out to get some shaved ice. The sun shining with a cool breeze was a welcome reprieve from the rain. I ordered the Shaka Colada. It was a refreshing treat chock full of fresh pineapples and coconut flavor!! Highly recommend this!!

Such a fun spot, especially on a hot day! The shaved ice was incredibly soft and fluffy with great flavor, and the presentation was adorable. We loved relaxing outside while enjoying our treats. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was laid-back, and everything tasted fresh. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to whenever I'm craving a refreshing dessert!

I'm obsessed with this place! So much so that I somehow only end up in VA beach in the winter and still come out here to get ice cream. Their indoor seating is a separate building to the side and is heated and very aesthetically decorated, but it is a bit awk if more than one party is inside at a time. The staff is helpful and nice! I do think that their prices are quite steep for ice cream but at the same time I think it's worth it bc it's really good

Awesome spot! They have suggested pairings and build your own. We did one of each, and for the suggested pairing, we did the Shaka Colada (think pina colada). The ices are huge and could potentially be shared (unless you really have a craving for ice, then obviously have your own). Super delicious.

I love Get Lost it's such a good sweet treat spot. Their Hawaiian shave ice is SO good and they have a ton of flavors to choose from. Tropical to sugary flavors; Dragon fruit to bubble gum. My personal favorite is the Float On which is root beer float inspired with vanilla icecream and it's seriously amazing. They put vanilla ice cream in the middle, shaved ice packed with flavor, and then top it with their house-made whipped cream. It just makes it perfect. The ice cream is delicious, the syrups are flavorful, and you can tell everything is made with care. As far as seating, it's a small spot. Inside where you order, there's only a tiny bit of seating so it's not really somewhere you go to sit for a long time. Most people order at the walk-up window and wait for their name to be called. They do have picnic tables outside if you want to sit out on a nice sunny day. And right beside it, there's an attached space with additional seating if you want to be somewhere a little more covered or out of the weather. It's perfect in the summer, but I also love that they stay open in the winter. They usually do buy-one-get-one free Fridays during the winter, which is such a nice bonus. And the customer service is always really good too friendly and welcoming every time I go. Definitely recommend if you're in Virginia Beach and craving something sweet and refreshing!

Truly awesome next level snow cones. They had some winter specials come out today so we had to come try. One was Christmas Cake (Sugar cookie/Cake batter) and the other Nightmare before Christmas (Pumpkin spice and chocolate among other flavors). The employees are always so friendly and kind. The lady serving tonight gave my kids some free bumper stickers because she knew we drove a ways to get there before they closed. If you've never tried this place--do it!

I can't say enough good things about this place -- this is hands down the best shaved ice I've ever had in my entire life! So many places claim to serve "Hawaiian-style" shaved ice, but it usually ends up tasting like flavored water. Not here. I ordered the first option on the menu and added pineapple syrup -- absolutely amazing. The ice was perfectly fluffy and the flavors were vibrant, not watered down at all. It was refreshing, delicious, and honestly tasted like what I imagine a real Hawaiian shaved ice would be like. (I haven't made it to Hawaii yet, but if this is any indication, it's going to be incredible.) If you're looking for the real deal, this place is as close to paradise as it gets. Highly recommend!

Nice location. Picnic table seating. Service was friendly . They offer shaved ice with ice cream - featuring monthly specials , all-time faves or build your own. I ordered their August feature: Haupia Pie which has chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, coconut syrup. Really yummy.

So yummy! I had The Chill and my niece had the Aloha Breeze. Both were absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back to try other flavor combos. But warning-- they melt super fast! We learned the hard way in the car. Enjoy yours there as soon as you get it and avoid the mess!

    The Chill- highly recommend!

Came back for a delicious treat when I was in town, I will always stop by if I'm in town! The people here are SO nice and I absolutely love the fun flavor creations. I especially appreciate the home made syrups and toppings, as well as the eco friendly bowls and spoons! The February special Berry-licious was so good! I can't wait to come back soon.

Really great experience at Get Lost! Customer service was amazing with a really knowledgeable employee at the register on 7/29/25. I was able to get dairy free ice cream under my ice AND a dairy free whipped cream on top too! The shave ice was AMAZING. The flavors were so satisfying, not like regular syrups. I was so impressed. It was definitely on the sweet side. They had lots of options for pre-imagined orders, or you could build your own, I ordered the Aloha Breeze: mango, passion fruit, coconut flavored ice, coconut "snow cap", toasted coconut chunks, and mango bits, all on top of a scoop of dairy free vanilla ice cream. All the syrups were GLUTEN FREE, extra points:) Parking and outdoor aesthetic have some work to do, but overall very good.

I already knew this was my destination as I had been following them since they opened in VB. Upon our arrival we found the Cafe about a 1/4th of the way full so I had hopes for breakfast in a quiet setting. Even though there was a steady flow of traffic, we were able to dine in a relaxed setting without feeling rushed. I mention this because with it being a holiday weekend full of Jeepers, I fully expected them to be packed. The wait to order was too long as it left me staring at the pastry window so long I almost ordered one of everything however; I refrained from doing so but still bought 4 pastries, French toast & seasoned potatoes. Yes yes, alot of food for 1 person but I still had 2 days left in my visit and well, I have a thing for pastries. The pastries were: mango & passion fruit eclair, a pineapple muffin, lemon raspberry cake & profiteroles. I loved everything with the exception of the eclair. It wasn't anything against the eclair, it's just the mango/passionfruit mixture was just too passionate for my tastes. The muffin reminded me of my own homemade upside pineapple cake without all the brown sugar. It was light and buttery. The Lemon raspberry slice was delightful & not the least bit tart or too sweet. A mixture of both flavors without either one overpowering the other. The cake was super moist, perfect. The profiteroles were my favorite. They reminded me of that feeling I had the 1st time I tasted them while living in Italy. The choux perfectly baked and so delightfully light. The French toast was good enough without the side of syrup. The star for me of the breakfast items were the potatoes. I LOVED them. They were served HOT, seasoned just right with their insides softer that a baby bottom. I coulda just ordered 2 servings of those & bypassed the toast. All in all, well worth the wait. The folks were friendly, the Cafe clean and the seating plentiful and comfortable. I would recommend this place for both pastries & French toast & spuds.

I ended up on the combo of their soup and salad since their soup also sounded good. I was hesitant on the strawberries in the wine country salad since I know they're not in season really, but they were lovely. Everything in the salad worked well together and the dressing was nice and vinegary while still tasting of raspberries. It was very well balanced except for the ratio of toppings to greens. I feel as though there was just a little too much toppings. It could've used more leafs. As for the soup, it was a little bland, but after adding salt and pepper it tasted nice. It was mostly soup rather than crab or corn though. That was my only critique really, the temperature was good as well. It could've used some crackers on the side, but it wasn't necessary, just would've been a nice touch. Our waitress was quite nice, checked up on us and got us refills. All of our food came out together and hot. The sandwiches on other people's plates all looked wonderful, and after having a shoestring fry, I can definitely say next time I will be ordering some of those. As far as ambiance goes, it was nicely lit but still moody, which was appreciated. Very chill in there. Only reason I rate it 3 stars is because I feel as though there's room for improvement food wise, and price wise. $20+ for almost everything on the menu is pretty ridiculous. Even for some of the simple items. I don't think the food is that good, proportionately appropriate, or creative to be that much money. Maybe it's just me, but that's how I feel. I'll probably be back to try more items, I'd recommend coming here at least once to try if you haven't, during happy hour to get the best prices if you can.
