i do have to say unfortunately this is probably the worst location of sweet poke out of vegas, every time i've came here the experience has been meh- staff does not greet most of the time, the lights are always almost off/dimmed really making it depressing and boring in the restaurant, the way they slice their cucumbers, green onions, ect is always very thick and inconsistent making it not as enjoyable in the bowl and the restaurant overall doesn't really look clean .. overall, i really do love sweet poke and its concept it is just mainly just this location that's really badly managed/ran and definitely will not be back to this location but i highly recommend the centennial one they always do so well there ! read more

So, I didn't know where to put this review because I sincerely can't blame the dasher. I order the food on DoorDash, and per DoorDash, it took them 10-15 minutes to prepare our food. I can go on and on about what they did wrong - but in a nutshell: They messed up the order and were messed up the toppings too. So, if the owner/manager can say something or have an explanation, PLEASE tell me what was the main reason for this. They have great food - but this whole thing was not it. I heard great things about this place for the longest time, so when I finally had the chance to check it out, I was genuinely excited. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from the moment we arrived. We got there about 40 minutes before closing (which we were very happy to see a poke place open until 10), but the open sign was off and the lights inside made it seem like they were already closed. That alone felt like a red flag, but we decided to give it a shot anyway. As soon as we walked in, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The staff member on duty was visibly irritated, giving the customers ahead of us attitude, slamming things around, and handling items aggressively. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, just a cold, unwelcoming vibe. It honestly made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. After witnessing that interaction and feeling so unwelcome ourselves, we decided it wasn't worth giving it a shot and left. It's really disappointing when you look forward to a place for so long, especially for being open later and it turns out like this. My proteins rotate between cooked salmon, cooked shrimp, ahi and occasionally i'll opt for soft shell crab. And of course gotta add the spicy tuna in there. Drizzle some sesame shoyu, some garlic sauce and siraccha aioli sauces. I subtracted one star because they only limit you to three toppings! Three?!?! What the....that's nothing! Literally parked my car outside just to write this review. So my mom was busy working extra tonight to make ends meet so she asked me to figure out dinner for me and my little brother. He really wanted poke so I was gonna get it when I left to the gym but I left to the gym at 8:30 and this spot closes at 10. So since it's raw fish I wasn't too sure if I should leave it in my car while I workout for like a hour. So I called the store asking if they would be okay if I came in like last 15 mins if closing or if I could do a pickup order. I work in the food industry too so I wanted to be thoughtful. They picked up saying they don't really have a pickup option only through DoorDash and I was like okay then is it fine if I just come in close to closing they said "yes you am fine don't worry about it". Tell me why I rushed my workout and everything to get there just to pull up at 9:44 on the dot and they already have lights off, chairs up and is straight up about to leave. Like genuinely what was the point of even telling me that. Poke is a go-to for me, and Sweet Poke did not disapoint. They have 3 different options to choose from: small, medium, and large (1 scoop, 2 scoop, or 3 scoops of protein). This is for the bowls, they also have other options as well. Food: the quality of the salmon is great. the fish is tender and has great flavor. I like that you get a lot of different toppings for it as well! You get 3 toppings before you get charged for each additional one. Price: Medium bowls are around $14-16 which is fairly priced compared to other poke shops in las vegas. Plus i feel the staff gives you a good portion. We decided to stay home one Saturday night, where my boyfriend and I ordered Sweet Poke for delivery via DoorDash, specifically from this location. We haven't had their awesome sushi burritos in a long time and we were in the mood for them. Sweet Poke was actually one of the first restaurants we went to when we first started dating, which was almost four years ago. We've had them delivered during COVID at least twice and I never thought about writing a review for them until now. We placed an order for two sushi burritos - the Dragon Burrito (one of my favorites) and the Diego Burrito with cream cheese added as an additional topping. The delivery time took about 20-30 minutes after the order was placed. While they were a little on the spicy side, they had the perfect flavor and were a great filler up for the both of us. Now I'm hungry after writing this, haha. If you have not tried their sushi burritos yet, you are seriously missing out. They are amazing, out of this world! I arrived somewhere around 8:30pm the other day to try this place for the first time. Upon entry, there were two employees behind the counter with one that had a set of headphones on completely ignoring everything else. I think to myself, okay, maybe they're doing prep work, but why have those one when the store isn't closed yet and customers are still coming in? It just doesn't come off as very professional. I try to scan their uniforms for any name badges and NEITHER of them do. I don't even know who these people are and they don't bother to tell us their names either. To top off the uncomfortable atmosphere, there's absolutely no music playing. Continuing on, the other employee who took our order was partially distracted by some other customers who left the door open and was mouthing something under their breath which already started leaving a weird impression to me. She's got this goth look to her that I think is really cool, but I can tell she's mad about something because she's just giving off a bad attitude and it's already making me feel uncomfortable. Once we tell her what we want, she starts preparing our food, but not without needing to look up at the menu to see what's supposed to be in our orders. As she reached to grab the different ingredients, she doesn't use a scoop, she used the same gloved hand for everything! And I do mean EVERYTHING. My friend and I ordered two different things and she didn't even bother to change her gloves between our orders. This seems like a huge contamination issue. If either of us had a certain allergy to something either of us ordered, we'd probably get an allergic reaction because she smeared those allergens across everything. The way she handled the food was off-putting as well. She would slam the food on the counter as she progressed through the ingredients, again looking up at the menu to see what's supposed to be in them. As she's wrapping up one of the burritos, she smears a part of the outside with, once again, her nasty used glove, but continues to put on the wrest of the wrappings despite that. Once we get to the cash register, I realize just how small the servings are compared to other places, and yet their prices are pretty up there! I had hope that the food would at least taste good, but it was mediocre at best. I won't be coming back to this place. There's so many other restaurants that not only provide better service and food handling, but better overall food quality as well. This is probably the first time I've felt that a restaurant's low ratings are totally justified after I witnessed it first-hand. read more

As a regular at this location and the location on Serene & Eastern, I was very disappointed with the service we got on 04/08/26 at around 9:10pm. I parked at the very front of the store when I saw Dani turn off the sign and put up all chairs. I double checked the checked the restaurant hours and decided to go in since I was introducing a friend to this spot. Upon entering we were not greeted and Dani began slamming items to demonstrate her frustration towards us. She rushed us to place our order but I was explaining the menu to my friend. We decided to do our own rolls but she said that was not available. We instead selected the build our own bowls and she began building with anger and zero customer service. During this time 3 more parties entered the building. 1 party of 2 left the restaurant when Dani said we are not welcome to stay for dine in as she was checking us out. She also kept cancelling my option to get my points for my order, until I specified I wanted my points. I was not expecting to receive this poor level of service and I hope management corrects this person's behavior. Things have changed since COVID and so did the overall price value and quality of its restaurant :( Pros: - Food quality per taste is still the same. Food is just as tasty as the first time it opened. - Staff is always kind and respectable. I've never had a bad or negative experience w/ them. -Overall ambiance of the restaurant is clean and nice. Good to eat during lunch or even for takeout. Cons: - Fish to rice ratio is horrendous! They give you more rice than actual fish. I used to feel full w/ just a regular bowl but now it seems like I have to pay extra $$ just to get the amount of fish that I used to. -Prices have gone up for more benign things like cream cheese, avocado, and even regular/large bowls too. Overall, I'm a little disappointed bc I used to really enjoy coming here. I've been coming here since it first opened and have been a loyal customer ever since. However, since COVID happened, it's understandable why things would go up in value but I still expect the same quality that I used to get. I don't mind paying the extra $$ just to get what I want, but it's the principle of getting what I paid for. My regular poke bowl looks beautiful in hindsight, but the fish to rice ratio just depresses me. They gave me so little fish that it doesn't even cover the huge amount of rice they gave me. Favorite poke spot around the area! The poke is super fresh, tastes amazing and they always stack the bowls! They have specialty bowls or you can make your own like Chipotle. I love their Salmon Poke with Chipotle Mayo, it's bomb af! I also like adding eel sauce and furikake to my white rice plus get a couple different toppings. The worst service ever. The workers are not helpful at all. It was our first time and felt like we were bothering them for asking questions on the menu and recommendations. They were not even using tongs or serving spoons for the toppings and protein. They had gloves on but high risk of cross contamination. We will not be back and will not recommend. We have driven by Rainbow a couple times and always glance by Sweet Poke, and repeatedly say "Oh, we should try this place next time" since we always go to the same two places for our poke, but we are so happy to have finally tried it! We got two regular poke bowls, which comes to two scoops of protein and your choice of three toppings. I got the unagi and salmon with half white rice and salad (romaine, spring mix, kale, spinach) with mild ginger shoyu sauce with the spicy crab, seaweed salad, corn, and nori topped with massage! I love that they have choices for their greens. They also ask if you want sauce topped on just protein or everything. I chose to top only on the protein since I don't like to have it too saucy! I love that they ask before pouring an overload of sauce. My boyfriend ordered two salmon with half brown rice and spring mix with the spicy ginger shoyu sauce with crab meet and some vegetables.
