Includes dessert. The service was outstanding. The menu variety is excellent. Fresh, good quality ingredients. Nice, modern, clean facility. Large private rooms. Plenty of free parking. I have decided this is my favorite Ayce sushi place in town. Mainly for their selection, location (close to my house), price and quality. 10 dollars more and you get Ayce sashimi. Also love how they have brisket with green onion served on a sizzling platter. It's like Korean bbq with sushi. Service is alil better than most Ayce sushi places where at least they are polite. I've been coming here for years, best AYCE sushi restaurant in town! The sizzling platters are what makes it upper level, you can get a bunch of meat options on these little fajita style plates, sizzling hot. And all of the fish items are made as you order it, not laid out in a buffet. Super sad that the North location on Sahara closed down, but the S. I've lived here for almost 30 years and have been going to Oyshi since it opened. Like any restaurant, it's had its challenges, but overall, it has adapted to change and continues to deliver. Ryan is the sushi guru master. Art is a great server. It's my home away from home and it hits every time. Went there tonight and took a very impressive photo worthy to be posted. We had an amazing dinner! Did AYCE sushi and definitely wil be back. The GM was amazing, all the sushi was fresh! Highly recommend doing the ribs eye and beef and pork belly. Started with miso soup! Service was great! Ambiance was good. You can get 1/2 rolls as opposed to full rolls. They don't do sashimi just nigiri. I was surprised by their surf and turf roll! Instead of the all you eat for $27 weeks opted for a la Carte lunch on a Saturday. The amigo tempura roll had too much cream cheese, felt like I was eating California roll. The premium spider roll was decent though not a lot of soft soft crab was noted. The Chung hua was ok, fish didn't taste too fresh. The maniac roll was tasteless Overall, it's not premium sushi. I can't believe I've been living in Las Vegas for ten years. I've experienced the city before, during, and after Covid, and I've watched the restaurant scene go through real strain. Many places have struggled to stay afloat, to hire and retain skilled chefs, and most importantly, to maintain consistency and quality. I don't claim to be an expert, but I care about food, and I pay attention. Sushi, in particular, has been difficult to get right in the AYCE format. Over the years, I've seen many decent AYCE sushi spots slowly decline, cutting corners on fish quality, lowering standards in preparation, and relying on excessive sauces or presentation tricks to compensate. Too often, you end up with thin, poorly cut fish, poorly formed rice, and a lack of true craftsmanship. Oyshi stands out as one of the rare exceptions. It has managed to maintain its standards in a category where consistency is notoriously difficult. The fish is properly cut, the rice is well prepared, and the focus remains on fundamentals rather than distractions. No unnecessary embellishments, no gimmicks, just solid technique and respect for the ingredients. This is what AYCE sushi should be, simple, precise, and executed with care. Ate here earlier today the AYCE menu was huge, and the food was delicious. Since Covid I haven't been able to find a good AYCE spot but this place definitely hit all marks. The service was also phenomenal, waitress checked in every time we cleared out or items and asked if we wanted more. Servers are really what make this place great. However, the menu doesn't compare to the new sushi place on Fort Apache called AYCE sushi. I'm ready for the remodel that they have been saying for months because the servers were really what made the experience outstanding. The food was great, but the menu is outdated. The food was amazing and I believe they have a new and improved menu with photos of almost everything on it minus the desserts. I always opt for all you can eat (AYCE for those unfamiliar). Can't believe I have not wrote a review of Oyshi. They sometimes have a wait but it goes pretty quick. Oyshis fish is always really fresh. Peter is always a great pleasure to talk to and has awesome recommendations. They do have a chefs special menu which they change every so often. Their appetizers are really good, really recommend the surf and turf, baked muscle, pork belly skewers and the fried and steamed gyoza. They have a lot of delicious rolls as well. The food at this place is decent and I used to eat here quite often until I had a bad experience with a server. The server actually followed me to my car and told me I forgot to put in the tip. As a customer I tip when I receive decent to exceptional service, but it if I have to look for someone everytime I need something it's frustrating. When told him the lady helped me more than he did he got even more upset. At an AYCE where you have to order everytime I would expect that you would check up on us or at least be in line of sight not having to ask other servers for my server everytime and it wasn't busy AT all they're were maybe 4 table split between the 2 servers. Went there for a Father's Day, no waiting line no reservations- for the last minute plans. Haven't been there for a couple of years, because I wanted to try another places, but this place is fair enough. A.Y.C.E sushi is definitely worth it, you can order two orders of oysters which is great consider some other places don't even have Oysters or if they have it is only one order. Garlic tuna, albacore, seared salmon, shrimp tempura are the must. Poke salad was disappointing because they only offer like 5 pieces of tuna, and cucumber salad wasn't great because it was mixed with peanut I think so it wasn't my favorite. But everything else was great, miso soup and sunrise roll was great. Se Service was great, the only thing was bad they last call on Sunday is on 9.30 which I think is weird. Floor should me mapped more often it didn't seemed to be super busy and someone should take care of it. read more

When you see the 3.7 star average reviews this restaurant has--BELIEVE IT!! I came here with my boyfriend for dinner. Although we were seated fairly quickly despite being on the waitlist, the overall service was painfully slow. Many times throughout the night, the servers would take about 20 minutes to give our order. It was so slow that we ended up ordering dessert after trying three times to order more sushi. Somehow, the dessert arrived faster than our next sushi order! By the time the sushi order arrived, we were already done with our dessert. At that point, it was not appetizing to eat sushi. Prior to dessert, I ordered Japanese Lasagna roll, which is one of my favorite at an AYCE sushi place. Somehow this restaurant messed up the taste. It did not taste anything like Japanese lasagna...I couldn't even finish the rolls on the plate. I also ordered the lobster fair roll, and it was one of the blandest rolls I ever had. Not even soy sauce could save it. The only decent roll I had was the tiger roll. My boyfriend enjoys the salmon here, so there are some fresh options. But strangely, the restaurant ran out of salmon belly when it was barely dinner service at 6 PM! How is this AYCE without adequate amounts of sushi from the menu?? It was unfortunate that the experience was not what I remembered despite the beautiful ambiance. Overall, there are better restaurants to eat in Vegas for AYCE sushi. On a Friday night, my friends and I decided last minute to do AYCE somewhere in Las Vegas, and as a local, I should've known... everywhere is packed! We ended up at Oyshi. We got on the wait list, said 15 to 30 mins wait, then it changed to 45 mins. We finally got seated. For an AYCE place, the food is better than most places. It's not the standard but above it. They have a specialty wall. My favorite was the truffle tako. You can find things here that are unique and damn delicious! The sashimi is super fresh. The problem with our visit was that food wasn't coming out. We had to wait over 10 to 15 mins per dish, and for an AYCE place, it's a problem, I got full after about 3 dishes. The food needs to come out continuously. Our server was amazing, though! We still tipped over 20%. I do want to come back, hoping they can fix this tiny request! read more

Stopped in Tuesday 3/10/26 for lunch. Waited at the "wait to be seated" sign but nobody ever came to seat us. They just looked over at us and kept going on about their day. Ploi is always sooo amazing! If we are able to call to let her know we are coming she has everything all set up for us when we get there, waters, favorite drinks, eel sauce, everything. Did not do the AYCE but given that menu with wrong prices instead of aka carte menu 2. Asked waiter what an item was they had pictured on the menu but no description. Was told don't know I just take orders and serve the food hmmm. 3. Service was average but attitude was bad come on guys there were maybe 6 customers in there not busy at all. 4. Sushi was average nothing exciting I would say if you did the AYCE it would be good but not for Ala carte. This place was absolutely PHENOMENAL! All you can eat sushi?! say what??? I've never seen or heard of this concept and it was $32 a person Abs the sale was but one get one free! we were the last table and they brought out an extra bottle on the house! I LOVE this place! Also it was a great spot and ambiance for 7 friends to just hangout and enjoy each others company.
