Its veen a year since we last tried them and honestly they still taste as great as we remembered. We ordered the basil fried rice, mekong beef, pineapple curry, and pad thai. Basil fried rice was a bit greasy, but very flavorful. Pineapple curry was sweet and wasnt watery. Pad thai noodles were a bit greasy but were not overdrenched in grease and noodles were squishy in each bite. Mekong beef was a bold peppery flavor and the rice that came with it wasnt dry. Overall, we will continue to come here for lunch and/or dinner. Still flavorful and does not overcook nor undercook any of their dishes. Will try to visit sooner than another year. read more

I've always loved this place, it seems like they are just getting better, I had their new platter and it was so good! I usually always want to buy everything on the menu but here its mainly all in one platter I left so full and comatosed I did order another plate but it didn't make it in the photo because it was gone so quick! Food is decent. I really liked the Nam Khao Crispy Fried Rice Lettuce Wrap. They were packed with flavor and very delicious. However, the Crabmeat Fried Rice was dry and was lacking crab. You can call in to order ahead. Or use a Delivery App. It's informal so you have to go up to the counter or order on one of two Video screens and use a credit card. My Phad Thai chicken meat was dry. But it was still tasty at one star and sweet. The portions were ok but not filled to the brim in noodles. I did not see any curry on the menu. I'm glad I searched Yelp to find this Laotian Thai place since the other Thai restaurant I have been before , on the Way to Muckleshoots was out of business. We placed our order at 1:00 PM on a Saturday, but by 2:10 PM, we still hadn't received our food. When I checked in with the staff, I was told they hadn't even started preparing our order yet. I requested to cancel and get a refund, and to their credit, the staff handled it promptly and without hesitation. We were really looking forward to trying the food--authentic Lao cuisine is hard to come by--but unfortunately, we didn't get the chance. I hope the restaurant can improve its operations and address the wait times, because the potential is definitely there. read more

This restaurant was featured on Instagram and the food that was presented looked so good! So my husband and I decided to make that 45 min drive from Port Orchard and I must say the food is AMAZING! Staff is so friendly and they make you feel so welcomed in their establishment! We ordered the medium Lao platter and Khao piak sen and OMG everything on the platter was so so good and so much that we ended up with leftovers! Khao piak sen is now one of my favorite soups. It seems to be quite a bit of wait for the food. You grab your own cups of water from the counter, and clear your own table when you're finished. They use paper plates and bowls. The food was better than I expected. It had lots of flavor, and you can actually taste spice at 5 stars. The papaya salad was really good, just perfect with the chicken wings and sticky rice. We ordered another thing chicken wings (an order comes with six wings). We ate all the food, and I went home so stuffed, that I just laid on the couch and turned on Netflix.
