Love this place. Clean, healthy, fresh. The only thing was - something I ate made my lips burn for two hours afterwards..... I think it was pesticide on the diced apple in the harvest salad (nothing is organic here, which is unfortunate but common). Overall food experience is the same across the board with other locations. Now the establishment itself is completely different with there other locations. Came here on a Thursday midday around 1PM and the restaurant itself was a bit messy due to it being busy. The trashes were overflowing with trash and they had nothing at all in the refrigerator next to the registers. I wanted to buy a bottled water but they had nothing in there...? I ended up just getting a cup of water but it just felt like the restaurant itself wasn't being up kept? Fast service and same good food just messy place to eat at. read more

Sweetgreen at MKT is my go-to healthy food spot. There is plenty of parking, service is quick, and the ambiance is great for studying or grabbing a bite with friends. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating has plenty of outlets if you want to hangout and do work. I've been enjoying the new chicken caprese bowl - the mozzarella balls are amazing! I'm glad they have changed their to-go bowl lid design - the previous lid would never close. The only issue I have is that the portion size varies a decent amount. There have been instances in which my bowl is very empty and other instances in which the bowl has been quite full. read more

What happened to this place? This location? The staff, the food. Yikes-a-ronies. Talk about needing an "undercover boss" moment, this SG location definitely needs one. What was once a put together establishment, wreaked havoc. This location is no buenos. Hectic, busy, FOH isn't communicating well with the BOH, vice versa, and it just reflected poorly on the food and service here. Slow service, and the place was just too noisy. Stopped in for a quick lunch and sweetgreen did not disappoint ! Seating: There's a good amount of 2 tops and some 4 top tables. There was definitely one 4 top that was handicap accessible as well. There's plenty of outdoor seating as well that's covered but no fans. Food: The lemonade was ok. All the drinks weren't particularly chilled which was a bit disappointing with how hot it is these days. They do have free water as well. I had the shoomami bowl which was delicious! If you like mushrooms then this bowl is the way to go! All the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the bowl was very filling. They do have a build-your-own bowl option but the menu ones look so good ! Parkng: I've already noted parking for the MKT in some other reviews, but overall there's plenty of parking. If the MKT lots are full There's street parking just outside of the shopping center. If you wait though, cars pull out of the lot pretty frequently so you can get a spot. Really disappointed with today's experience. They messed up my pregnant wife's order. When I drove all the way back, they remade it (had to ask them not to just fix the old one). They added a little chicken (they forgot about it all together previously) to make up for the issue. Didn't feel that was really enough. This time was honestly better. Parts of my rice were still undercooked but not as much as last time. I got a kids item and it was tasty and my husband got a steak bowl and really enjoyed it. The staff was phenomenal. I came early for my order and the cook asked me what my name was and went back and made my food right then. If you want to eat healthy and eat a salad that you'll actually enjoy or crave in the future, then this is the spot for you! I've had the shroomami and harvest bowls. I am obsessed with them both. All of the ingredients in each bowl just go so well together and bring out amazing flavors. I like that they also have the option of mixing the ingredients in the bowl together for you or if you'd rather they just leave everything kind of separated and you can mix it yourself later. The bowls are also very filling. Everyone here was very nice and friendly too. I liked that this place offered both indoor and outdoor seating. The location here is great. I also saw that a lot of people ordered ahead to pick it up from the shelf. I also appreciated that they had a large selection -- everything sounded great and it was hard to choose. I had the Chicken & Brussels bowl. It was really tasty. I am dissatisfied with this location and would recommend that others avoid this location. I love sweetgreen as a whole and choose it often due to convenience and healthier options. However, this location has messed up my order countless times. They've disregarded my instructions, they've made substitutions without asking or notifying us, they've been "out of stock" of several items, they've sent us home with the wrong dressing, etc. Possibly the worst part is that the customer service (if you aren't in the building itself) is horrible. You cannot reach the location directly and are basically forced to do a text conversation with someone who may not get back to you for a half hour or more. I was looking for some healthy eating and this place definitely hit the spot! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with someone working behind the counter and they explain how everything works. You can pick out a bowl from one of their menus or you can custom make your own bowl - you pick and choose your own ingredients. I'll admit, it can be a bit pricey for custom bowls, but it is totally worth it for fresh, healthy ingredients. All their ingredients are laid out behind the counter for you to see what exactly goes into your bowls and you can see how fresh they are. I chose the Shroomami which came with a crisp kale base with plenty of portobello mushrooms, roasted sesame tofu, raw beets, cucumbers, sunflower seeds, basil and instead of wild rice I opted for quinoa. All that is topped and mixed in with miso sesame ginger dressing. It was all very delicious and filling. Only one side note I would say is that I wish the raw beets were cut down into smaller bites instead of a thick long slice. But I do enjoy the crunch factor with the raw beets. There were plenty of seatings options inside and outside...on a beautiful and sunny day, I can imagine myself sitting outside and enjoying a bowl. A really nice feature they offer on each table is a card that lets you know that table has been sanitized and cleaned..ready for you to sit down and enjoy. Once you are down eating and are about to leave you just flip over that card to let an employee know that tables need attending to abs is ready to be cleaned for the next person. I don't see many restaurants offering this and it's a nice comfort knowing that this company cares about their customers. All their bowls, utensils and cups are all eco friendly and they offer recycling bins in every corner as well, so kudos on that! Definitely will be back to try all the different bowls! read more

I will NEVER do business with sweetgreen again after my second order for delivery showed delivered and never was. You cannot get a hold of anyone at the store or in customer service. I have to wait via email for 24-48 hours to even hear back from them. They are overpriced as it was and I've never been so disappointed with customer service. My other experience was trying to pickup an order and my 2 year old had fallen asleep in the car. I could not reach anyone to see if they would walk it out so I didn't have to wake the baby.
