He also suggested that the electrical flex conduit and connections to it needed to be replaced since it was severely cracking-which totally made sense. His knowledge and experience are apparent. I also appreciate that he installs reputable equipment that doesn't result in callbacks. He also replaced the rubber seal rings as his standard protocol. Cheapest part but a lot of other companies don't do this. When it comes time for us to replace all of our equipment, this is the company I would go to for advice, new equipment, and installation. I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! It is uncommon these days to find someone who will try to help you like this. His advice did help, and I was able to get my pool sweep working. I still had H2O Pool Care out to do some diagnostic work on my system. The technician who came out listed the issues and gave me quotes for additional work. I have to say, I was very impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff and his staff were. Khang quickly diagnosed both problems, repaired the shaft seal, corrected the wiring, and got my pump running perfectly. He didn't just fix the problem--he took the time to explain what went wrong, answered all of my questions, and gave me practical advice on maintaining my older pool. He pointed out that my 72-year-old fiberglass pool only has one return jet, explained why that affects circulation, and even showed me why he believes there's a partial clog in the plumbing. He also recommended products that would actually help instead of trying to sell me things I didn't need. He even told me to return the metal stain remover because he didn't think my stains were caused by metals, which I really appreciated. Khang was honest, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. We had an issue last month, issues happen, what matters is how businesses respond. I was pleasantly surprised to get a visit by the owner, Darell, who came in and apologized for the problem and corrected it himself. He went above and beyond showed up to the next service day as promised to conduct training himself with the two new hires he had. All of the employees are hard working people but sometimes unless it's pointed out, things can be missed. I appreciate the quick response and the level of service Darell provided. It's nice to not have to worry about my pool & hot tub being clean and ready for us to use whenever we want to.

One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They text about 30 minutes before arriving, and we usually get the same technician, which I love because he already knows our setup. When they finish, the pool water always looks crystal clear -- that satisfying "sparkling blue" moment when you walk outside. They're also very organized. After each visit they send a report with a photo of the pool and detailed notes on the chemicals and everything they checked, which I really appreciate. One thing to know: they won't remove items from the pool unless you specifically ask. My daughter once left some pool toys in there and I assumed they might grab them, but the technician explained they leave anything in the pool alone in case the homeowner placed it there intentionally. Totally understandable -- just something to be aware of. The owners are very responsive as well. We had an issue once and they actually came out themselves to help resolve it quickly. They're consistently on time, and the one time our tech was sick he texted to let me know he'd be out the next day. Helpful tip: if you want anything removed from the pool (toys, floats, etc.), just let them know ahead of time.
