We are very satisfied with the service we received from Elijah and national Pool Service. We initially chose national as our first choice because they were close by, highly rated and specified pool pump repair. Elijah called me back promptly and had me try a few things with my pump over the phone to see if there was a simple fix. When we determined that there was not he made an appointment to come out. Elijah was the first to provide me with a reason why my pool filter might be requiring cleaning after a very short time. Two other pool services and two pool supply companies had previously not been able to do that. Elijah was very friendly, very professional and very reliable. He was also very knowledgeable and his price is reasonable. He got the parts ordered and installed very quickly. We recommend him highly and will definitely use him again read more

I had a really bad pool company take care of my pool before I switched to National. The other company would never reply to my calls or emails and left my pool looking like a swamp and now I have a blue algae problem with my pool. My equipment was broken or near breaking and they never even told me. They were supposed to be changing filters as well but never did. Did they tell me about the blue algae? Yeah right....I wish I fired them earlier! National had been trying to revive my pool and along the way have even educated me. I was hesitant after the other company swindled me into fake service. Elijah has been great in keeping me updated and had turned my pool clear, killed the algae and the pill is usable finally. Highly recommended! read more

I deleted a previous review. Had on going service since beginning of year 2016. However, did not show up on Friday, nor did I receive a call or any prior notification--"zippo". I had to hunt him down and found out he is in Mexico. Disappointing. He didn't seem to care. A neighbor, whose account Elijah has because of my introduction, also received no notification. Clients were not notified that he had not serviced their pools. I will find another who is more thoughtful of their clients and cares. Adios! read more

Highly recommend Elijah and National Pool Service! My pool was green with tons of leaves, twigs, algae and pecan nuts. Elijah was quick to respond to my yelp email and came out and gave me an awesome estimate to get it cleaned and weekly maintenance. Very pleased! Elijah came out for an estimate, and after I agreed to the great pricing, he went to work immediately and got my pool sparkly clean again within a few hours. We had a pool inspection done by another companioned we were told we needed to replace drain covers, repair leaks and gears, etc. Elijah was able to clean out the pool equipment and adjust the function which eliminated the need for all those repairs!
