Most of the food was decent, though they used imitation crab instead of fresh crab, surprisingly, since the restaurant is located so close to the water. The carlos roll wasn't great. The texture was definitely different (I was fine with it, but my bf couldn't even eat it), and the meats were a bit dry. Unique for sure, but not exactly the most appealing. The crab was sweet and delicious. They definitely did not skimp out on the amount of crab in the crab roll which was great. It is refreshing, fruity, and light. It tastes like juice pretty much. Just a nice touch of sweetness and acidity to balance out the meal. I was grateful to the employees for getting our orders out in a timely fashion. There was a bit of a mix up with some of the orders but it happens with big parties and for the most part everything was correct! It's like clam chowder premium, I prefer their version over a more traditional version. The view of the turquoise colored water is amazing from their indoor patio, as it's covered in windows.
