Most of the food was decent, though they used imitation crab instead of fresh crab, surprisingly, since the restaurant is located so close to the water. The carlos roll wasn't great. The texture was definitely different (I was fine with it, but my bf couldn't even eat it), and the meats were a bit dry. Unique for sure, but not exactly the most appealing. Our favorite items were the salmon thing, pork gyoza, and spicy hamachi handroll. Nothing too special, but the taste was better than the rest.
