I know the owner died and that always makes a difference if they are not committed to the same process. I am hoping whoever owns it now would get back on track and make a better showing. Manny's was the go-to meal for Stockton, but it like all things in this town quality has gone way down on food services and cleanliness and a willingness to serve customers without an attitude.
