Covered my furniture, disassembled and reassembled my bed. I needed to return my child's bed to a local store, they disassembled and wrapped it (better than I would've) and accompanied me. Cesar and Major helped with my apartment transfer. They arrived timely and helped moved everything efficiently. They were patient with all of my requests with the exception of one thing. I suggested we should remove the drawers from my dresser and transport the frame separately but it was moved with drawers and clothes inside. This caused the dresser to get loose and unfortunately it's not the same. However, I was aware that the dresser was worn out and needs replacement so this incident just sped up the inevitable. Looked around for good but reasonably priced movers and found out there's way too many options that don't include if you need an extra person or gas prices. Swift movers gave me a quote and explain any fees before booking. I scheduled the week before and on Monday had to switch days due to bad weather and Carlos was very quick to respond and was able to change my Friday to Thursday move the week it was scheduled. The team of three men showed up on time and had great attitudes through the entire day. Where they fell short, was the small box truck, causing multiple trips (four trips in all to move my four bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathroom, living, dinning, kitchen and utility home). The entire move took 14 hours and they had to come back a couple days later to fix my fridge because they couldn't get the water from the door to work again, after they had to take it apart to fit it through the door. They certainly made good on the fridge. However, I feel the move took a lot longer than it needed to because they did not have a sufficient size truck available during the time they movers me (their bigger truck was in the shop).
