The drink I ordered today was a strawberry acai lemonade with cherry. It comes with 3 scoops of cherry but I think next time I'll just get 2 scoops. The cherry is very prominent in the drink. I would like to taste the lemonade and strawberry flavors too. It's very good but it will be better with the modifications next time. Having one person working at an ice cream shop alone during the summer doesn't seem ideal. The poor kid had a lot to handle by himself, but he was handling business. He then got the two line cutters taken care of. It was finally our turn. My husband got a scoop of cookie dough in a dipped waffle cone. I got a mini dipped cone with the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The ice cream was great. The flavors were there. It was creamy and rich. I had huge chunks of peanut butter. My husband had plenty of cookie dough and chocolate chips in his ice cream. But, it was basically melting as soon as we got it. My initial scoop actually fell off my cone cause it was so soft. My husband rushed outside to eat his cause it was melting all over his cone and dripping. I got my fresh scoop and had to wolf it down cause of how soft it was, it was melting faster than I could eat it. It sucks having to eat ice cream that fast, you're not able to enjoy your treat. That's the whole point isn't it, to savor your food? To be in moment. The young man that was working tonight did a great job standing on business and getting it done. I love that this shop is right by our house but life takes over sometimes not allowing us to come more often. The one day we decided to come in and we couldn't enjoy our ice cream without having it melted all over our hands and dripping all over the ground. I really wanted to have a relaxing moment with my husband at Stella's today but that didn't quite happen. It was chaos trying to eat our cones super fast. I've had several frustrating experiences at this location, and unfortunately things seem to be…read moregetting worse, not better. Staff are often unfriendly, and there's a lack of attention to basic customer service. On multiple occasions I've purchased espresso beans and been handed them in a thin paper lunch bag that leaks out the bottom, which has led to grounds spilling in my car. The most recent issue was in May, when I stopped in to buy beans and redeem a free drink credit. I specifically asked for the drink to be rung up using my credit, but instead I was charged for it. A second charge was run for the beans with the credit applied correctly, and I was told the first charge would be refunded. That refund never happened. I've called the store multiple times since then and have been told the issue would be taken care of, but nothing has been resolved. It has now been about a month and the charge is still sitting on my account. To make matters worse, no one answers the phone anymore. I'm disappointed, especially since this is the closest coffee shop to my house. But at this point I will likely be disputing the charge with my bank and sharing this experience in hopes that the management takes steps to improve how customer concerns are handled.

There were two girls working behind the counter today. They were getting a party of 5 taken care of. While they were busy my neice and I checked out the list of options. I like the variety of flavors besides your classics. They had a Superman, Rick and Mortey, banana, avocado and roasted sweet potato and marshmallow just to name a few. I grabbed a half scoop of the cherry and my neice got a single scoop of your classic strawberry. The scoop of strawberry was huge! I always get a kid's portion due to my fluid restriction but I was surprised at how big a single was. My neice enjoyed a good half of it and plans in finishing the rest after dinner tonight. My cherry ice cream was really good! I was hoping for a dairy free option but there wasn't any. My portion was perfect! I got enough to be happy but not too much. It was sweet, creamy and had little bits of cherry in it. I really enjoyed my flavor of choice today. I haven't had a bad experience at this joint.
