So everyone in this area knows we have way too many fro-yo options. I know you might be saying, 'ummm, that's not possible, Frozen yogurt is total bliss'. But now that I have been to Swirl Time I can say that because now I don't want to go anywhere else. This place is it. I LOVE frozen yogurt and love trying new places. But I dont think i will go anywhere else. The flavors here are far richer and true to the their flavors than anywhere else I have been. I can't think of of all they places I've been where the flavor tastes not at all like what it's supposed to be. Unique too. I mean, Oatmeal Cookie? YUM! It's better than eating a cookie and way more healthy. They have tons of topping options too. And they are always switching it up to try new things. Very yummy flavors, many toppings, good parking, decently priced. This is my go to fro-yo stop! I'm just a little frustrated by my last 2 visits- the same girls were there and were not friendly/inviting/helpful. They wanted nothing to do with the customers both times and I felt very judged and like I was wasting their time. One even goes to the other "why couldn't they all come in two hours ago when we were doing nothing...I want to watch Big Brother".... I will of course keep coming back but for such a great business I'm sure there are many other friendly, warm college students you could employ that would love to work at Swirl Time! read more

Great Experience! We had a group of 8 in the store. I was only visiting family here in Rohnert Park, so I am not usually in the area. This was my first visit to this shop. I am from Petaluma and usually take my frozen yogurt cravings out at our new centers frozen yogurt shop, Yogurt Land! I didn't think it could get any better than that until my recent visit to Swirl Time. Not only did they have some great flavors, but to top it off they had heated fudge and carmel sauces. So yummy! The selections were endless. The store is much smaller than Yogurt Lands'; less machines also. But they sure do make up for it! Besides the topping bar, we had great service. It was unexpected considering the mess we were making. A handsome young gentleman with long black hair was working the counter. Extremely polite!! He was very welcoming to all of my family and helped us all to taste cups. My sister's son was having a blast with all of the toppings, and ended up cranking the M&m's out of the dispenser all over the floor. The worker was very friendly about it and took care of it. We then paid for our yogurts and he helped me to a rewards card which is stamped each time I purchase a yogurt there. I am sure to be filling it up after receiving such a wonderful experience. Just your typical build your own froyo and pay by the weight. They have all the normal topping sprinkles, crumbled Oreos, fruit, hot fudge and nuts. Great if you want ride your bike, they have covered parking. read more

My new favorite place! Soothes my monthly crabbiness with oatmeal cookie froyo and a massive variety of toppings. One size, and you pay by the ounce. Is it expensive? Yes, somewhat. Is it a super-duper delicious make your own froyo/candy/cheesecake/fruit/brownie explosion in a cup? Yes, it is. Their flavors rotate weekly, and they have a lot of interesting stuff like 'cake batter' and 'european tart'. It's TART lemme tell ya. My personal favorite is a mix of chocolate and oatmeal cookie yogurt, with peanut butter cups and coconut *sigh.* read more

I live the seasonal and classic flavors. My favorites are vanilla and Nutella. In the summer they have more sorbet flavor choices too, like blackberry and lemon. It can get pricey if you load up your cup with weighty goodies like fruit or peanut m&ms... But isn't that the point of the treat to eat that yummy stuff? I called my order in at 9:54 (literally like 6 minutes before closing) and these two girls working were SO NICE. They literally made my moms night. They stayed open an extra 10 whole minutes to wait for us to get there, had it ready in an even bigger size and drew a heart on it. I didn't catch their names but if you guys are reading this, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I genuinely meant to tip using my card and I didn't know that's wasn't an option. Yogurt good. Service is TERRIBLE!!! My senior citizen mother and her friend went into swirl after attending a concert at sonoma state. Three employees were laying over the front counter looking at their phones. They did not acknowledge or welcome my mother and her friend. Since my mom is much older than what I assume to be the college crowd it might have occurred to any one of the minimum wage employees to look up and offer some assistance. My mom had to ask for help and only one of the help looked up from their phone long enough to say over there. Then my mom walked up to machine and after looking at it for a while had to turn around and ask how it worked and finally someone came out to help her. The yogurt was good, and it should be for the price but when they paid, there was no thank you, no service what so ever. I guess the owner doesn't care about how the employees represent their business since apparently the college crowd is the only crowd they must care about. read more

This place is super clean, fun, and tasty. All of the flavors are awesome and I love that they have acai bowls. I believe that their Oreo cookie gelato is one of the best gelatos ever. I absolutely love this place. There are a ton of frozen yogurt places in Rohnert Park but this is my favorite by far. This is my first experience with a self serve frozen yogurt place. I was able to sample a few flavors and then helped myself to get exactly what I wanted. The price was cheap too! I'm definitely someone who loves toppings on my frozen yogurt and because this place charges by weight rather than by size or amount of toppings, I was able to load up on whatever I wanted for a fraction of the price it would cost at most places. The staff has been friendly every single time I've been in there and the place is clean. I will most certainly be back there again! read more

The yogurt is okay, sometimes runny, but the service is just bad. Everytime I come in I feel like I'm not welcome and the girls behind the counter don't seem helpful or friendly.
