I had a very disappointing experience with this dental clinic especially with location Boulder lane. Today I came for my scheduled cleaning appointment, but the location does not exist anymore. I was shocked. No one informed me that the office had moved or closed. I had to call another location, and they told me they could see my appointment in the system, but the location I went to is no longer there. This is extremely irresponsible. Patients should be notified if an office changes location if they have appointments scheduled!!! Since they moved, I also don't know what's going to happen with my Invisalign. Did they move my retainers to a different location? Which location? I don't know. And nobody called me about it. Unfortunately, this is not the first problem I've had with them. Another time they scheduled me for an appointment regarding my Invisalign. When I arrived, they told me my new Invisalign trays had not even arrived yet. That means I came there for no reason just to talk to the nurse about something we had already discussed weeks before. There was also another situation when I came for an appointment and the receptionist simply told me the doctor could not see me that day. Why wasn't I called or sent a message that my appointment was canceled? It feels like they don't respect patients' time at all. Part One: I originally went to Swish in October 2023 because I had quite a bit of work that needed being done. I went to them at least 6 times, getting extensive work done, and I was never informed that they do not take HMO plans from my insurance. I had to contact THEM for them to tell me this, after I saw a letter from my insurance that I owed over 3k for work I had already paid the "copay" for. I had received payment reminders through text messages from an unfamiliar number multiple times, but with no business attached to it (I googled the number to be sure), I had thought it was some kind of scam. It wasn't until I received the same message from Swish through my email on Jan 20th that I realized what it was. I had been seeing them for about a year by this point. Part Two: I worked out a payment plan with Swish and was told that I could text them monthly with the script "This is [my name]. I'd like to make a payment of [$$$] on my account, with the card on file ending in [####]." So I've been doing this every month around the 4th since January. It is now May. Since I was getting help from my parents to pay this bill, I did not have access to the account information to confirm the charges went through. At the beginning of this month (May 7th), I texted them asking for an updated bill, and got no response. So I went onto their website and saw that the phone # to text has changed. So I texted the new # with the same request about an updated bill. No response. I also emailed them. Still no response. Then today, I got a letter in the mail from a debt collector where it looks as though the only charge that went through was the first one (which I did over during the same phone call where I was told I could text their number with the script above). I was receiving payment reminders from Swish through my emails as recently as March, with the debt going down with each payment. But if my debt with them was already sold, then what was I paying them for? read more

The hubby and I both have switched to this dentist. The first visit they did x-rays and a really interesting 3d version of your mouth which the dentist could highly all the problem areas. The next visit was the cleaning. Both the assistant taking my x-rays and the hygienist doing the cleaning were very nice. The hygienist went out of his way to make me feel at ease. I have one sensitive tooth and he was very careful to wait until the end to clean that tooth. What I like the most is that the dentist don't try to push additional services on you or make you feel like you have to do everything suggested. They were also very up front with cost, so no surprises. Highly recommen! read more

I have had the worst experience with swish dental office in my entire life. After paying a substantial amount of money for Invisalign trays, I was shocked to find that they didn't fit at all and they were two months late. When I brought this issue to the office, hoping they would correct their mistake, they refused to offer any kind of refund. Even after being late-the trays did not fit, I was just ready to have my money back and the lack of communication throughout the 3 month waiting period was wild. I called every other week but no answer. Imagine dropping thousands and they don't pick up? The customer service was rude and dismissive, treating me like I was the one at fault. Still no refund has been made after 2,000 dropped and the regional manager has refused my emails and phone calls. Stay away! read more

I have no idea how they have so many positive reviews. Their approach to Invisalign feels like an MLM. Lots of promises for a time frame, but after waiting months I finally got my first set of trays. I had previously called over and over again and been told "They'll be here this day" and "Now they'll be here this day" and "Sorry. The hurricanes are keeping them from being delivered from California to Texas." By the last week I felt like I had just spent $5k on a scam, so I tried to cancel treatment, and I was hit with "Well you signed this legally binding document, so you're on the hook no matter what." It all just felt very sketchy. They finally did come in though, and I went in to get the buttons attached. From that process I got some lovely acid burns on my lips from the etching. Now, I'm pregnant and also get cold sores when my lips get irritated, so any hormonal or abrasive imbalance can trigger them. I haven't gotten one yet, but we're still in the first few days since I got them. There was no kind of warning about the possibility of acid burns. No protective barrier to keep my lips away from my teeth besides rolled up cotton. If I had known they would be using acid, I would have slathered my lips in vaseline. It's not ok to injure someone without warning them first. The only redeeming quality about this practice is that I was offered a whitening upgrade for the inconvenient wait time. People were nice but oh boy, what an ordeal. Two hours to get a routine dental cleaning done. Tried to sell me cosmetic procedures and night guards. Scheduled me for a follow up appointment "just to check that my gums are ok a few weeks later" (never seen this before, feels like a trick to pump more money out of insurance companies). Cleaning itself was very painful. Ended up seeing the actual dentist only 2 minutes. Everything else was handled by assistants. Going to the dentist is never fun. But Dr. Sehmi and her team do everything they can to make the experience better for their clients. They practice dentistry using up to date technology on all of the scanning machines to the cameras for the before and after shots. Dr. Sehmi is very knowledgeable and extremely meticulous in her craft, she genuinely wants to do a good job and make a difference with your smile. Unreliable, unprofessional service. I have been a client for almost a year. Swish provided bad experiences in various dental services. Starting with summer interns covering Invisalign visits that would take forever to changing dental hygienists and ignorance. Hygienist Beth could not accommodate a kid. Although doctor Rose confirmed that they can serve kids. Once I canceled my appointment they offered another provider. I scheduled. Turned out, they reassigned it to a person I specifically asked not to schedule me with. They insisted on the appointment when I came in and acted as if I was canceling last minute despite the initial provider was not available. In the end, they forgot about the fluoride treatment add-on and never returned calls and texts regarding a refund for the service they didn't perform. Just sloppy. Don't waste your time and energy. It has been over a decade since I visited a dentist. But what I experienced here is beyond teeth cleaning. The atmosphere is family style unique. Everyone makes you feel at ease. I love that they have 2 locations and the whole staff moves between both locations. They also accept care credit with 0% interest. I was in shock to hear all the work I needed. But Im glad I came here. The Dr. is genuinely a happy and positive person who cares about your oral hygiene and will hold you accountable. Most of the time Im depressed so coming here they make me feel like Im doing something good for my health. I dont know how the prices compare to other dentists but I think its worth it given the quality of work they perform, the time they spend with you explaining everything, and just how easy it is to fall in love with everything they do. I hate going to the dentist--I've always equated dental visits with torture, and therefore avoid going. But after experiencing excruciating tooth pain, I needed to see a dentist in a hurry. I called Britex, and they saw me within hours. Bonnie greeted me warmly when I walked in the door, and I only had to wait a few minutes before Stephanie (I think that's her name!) the hygienist took me back. She and Dr. Sonja Babic were wonderful. Dr. Babic examined me right away, and after viewing the x-rays Stephanie had expertly taken, thoroughly explained my options. She answered all my questions, and much to my surprise, was able to fix my tooth and have a temporary crown placed before I left. I am the WORST dental patient, but Stephanie and Dr. Babic were so kind. They made a difficult (for me) procedure more than tolerable--almost enjoyable, even. Amazing! When I checked out, Bonnie again impressed me with her pleasant, upbeat manner. There was a brief issue with my credit card (thanks, Equifax), but she handled things perfectly. My review can never justify how AMAZING Swish Dental Boulder is. LOOOONG story short..I started treatment with Candid. They should NOT have put aligners on me. My teeth were not healthy..so I was illegally infomef on my teeth and gum health..and it go way worse in my few short months of treatment. After my teeth got worse I went to Swish. My teeth were in VERY bad shape. But what I loved about Swish? They didn't look down on me. They didn't make me feel horrible or gross. They GENUINELY cared. After my first meeting for a cleaning I was going to change Swish locations but Swish Boulder staff was so amazing that I did not mind the 30+ minute drive. And I went to the office 4 or 5 times. Every single time I left I was treated so nicely. They helped me with my settlement with Candid. Literally I needed so much paperwork, scans, charts, letters. Swish Boulder was ALWAYS on top of it. My teeth feel Ahhhmazzzzing! I still have a long dental journey ahead. Unfortunately, I am moving out of state and am afraid to look for another dentist. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the office is pristine. Everyone I met was personable and took a genuine interest in my well-being. I scheduled an appointment for my 12 year old son. My son and I arrived for our appointment and we were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. The office looks great. I have only great things to say about the Boulder Lane Office of Britex Dental and Dr. Coco. I recently went there for my first visit, which included a checkup, cleaning and teeth whitening. Additionally, I took my 8 and 10 year olds for their checkups and claims. Dr. Coco is very thorough compared to other dentists I have seen, and he performed more of the work himself rather than a dental assistant. Dental assistants are used, and they were warm, friendly and professional, but it was great to see the actual dentist thoroughly perform his work. The rest of the office staff was timely, attentive and helpful. Although Britex is not setup as a "pediatric" office with children's entertainment and prizes, what caught my attention was that my children begged to go back to this office for their next checkups.
