Who doesn't love hot pot?!? We came here to Swish and I would recommend the AYCE $32 hot pot. You do get 2 appetizers, rice if you like, and all the brisket, ribeye, or NY you can eat! A good joint, as it was clean and on a Monday afternoon pretty empty. Service was good no complaints!

Since the new management things got better.. Employees are really nice and helpful! All the Filipino crews are the best server! My favorite appetizer is the salmon with cream cheese. I always get the Brisket (hungry) with my swish sauce it's spicy and sweet at the same time... Meat portion is good... The bento boxes are good as well..

I just had dinner at this place and Danielle was so welcoming and knowledgeable on the vegetarian options she went above and beyond to check all the items i ordered were within diet and also was just overall extremely polite and will come back again often

This place is tops! Only Seats 27 so time your visit! We went for lunch and it's healthy, yummy, personal and AYCE or a La carte. Choose what you want. AYCE includes dessert as well. We loved our personal hot pot and good service we got! Go grab a bite! You won't be disappointed!

They normally take reservations. I imagine they would for Valentines Day.

What time is lunch and dinner? And also what's the price difference?

The meat is very fresh as well as the veggies. My favorite soup base is tomato, oxtail broth. It has so much depth and flavor and has a bit of delicious tender oxtail inside. For veggies, we want to get the mushroom platter as well as the veggie platter carrot with some shrimp paste and potato noodle. They also have a full size bar, so you create any dipping sauce you like. They even have a conveyor belt that you can pull additional toppings off, like tofu skin, sweet potato, and many other choices. I am becoming a regular here!

Chubby Cattle Hotpot caught my attention because they offered two of my favorite hotpot ingredients: duck blood and lotus root. I was excited to give the place a try. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, I found out that duck blood was no longer available on the menu. While I understand that it's not a popular food for everyone, it was one of the main reasons I chose this restaurant. To make matters worse, the waitress informed me that they were also out of lotus root, along with two other menu items. What frustrated me most was that the restaurant wasn't busy at all, and it was still early in the evening. I don't understand how they're out of it, unless they never restock them. For a hotpot restaurant, ingredient availability is a big part of the experience. Based on this visit, I feel that Chubby Cattle does a much better job with its grilled dishes than its hotpot.

Sometimes we also order the Giant Squid, and it's really good too. For dessert, we love their Mango Jelly. Parking is very convenient, the place is spacious, and the service was excellent. (Served with warm white rice). This broth is incredibly hearty and flavorful without being overly spicy, which I really appreciate. I personally like mine a bit saltier with more heat, so I always customize it with the condiments at the table and turn it up to my liking! Every time, it comes out absolutely delicious and feels like the perfect comfort meal, especially if you are dealing with a hangover or feeling a bit sick! I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!
