We had a really nice experience at Swish Shabu Shabu. MyWife and I actually ordered food to go, and from the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt clean, spacious, and very well organized. The environment was comfortable and welcoming. The gentleman at the front (I'm assuming he may have been the manager) was especially kind and attentive. He let us wait inside while our order was being finished, offered us napkins and water, and even let us snack on the vegetable tempura while we waited. And speaking of the tempura -- if you usually avoid it because it can be oily, theirs was surprisingly light, crispy, and really good. You could tell care went into the food and the customer service. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. It's a great spot for hanging out, enjoying a meal, or even grabbing takeout. It's been a long time since I've visited here and I was craving Shabu. Upon entering at around 4 pm, we were the only two people there so service was very fast. We both chose the Hungry Portion Rib Eye Shabu. While it's a few dollars more for AYCE, I really didn't think I could eat that much beyond a Hungry portion so I stuck with just the Hungry portion. The entree comes with 8 oz of Rib Eye vs the Healthy portion is 6 oz. It's worth it to do the Hungry portion. You get a large vegetable tray that includes: onion, tofu, udon, thin noodle, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, Napa cabbage, spinach and mushrooms. It's a lot! You also get a bowl of rice. I love their two dipping sauces - one is a sesame sauce and the other I think is a yuzu sauce. There is a fresh jar of chopped green onion and garlic. You can add it to your sauce. I put a lot of green onion in my yuzu sauce. The shabu broth is really nice and pure tasting. What a great find. So happy that Swish is close to my office. Stopped by for lunch. They offer AYCE and Ala Carte with lunch specials. There are no large tables for groups. It's like bar seating with your own individual pot. I ordered the Swish Special Broth, Pork Loin with Vegetables and Udon. The broth was delicious. Next time Ill try the Miso. Cook your meat for a couple minutes and Swish Swish your vegetables. I wish it had more noodles. Overall, great spot amd and the food was delicious. I'll definitely return. read more

I've been coming here for years and I still love this place. The service is always great even when they're busy they work hard to keep everyone happy and full of food. I love the swish special and any of the meats are delicious. I've had the sushi here before and that was also really tasty. The tempura appetizers are always cooked to perfection. Who doesn't love hot pot?!? We came here to Swish and I would recommend the AYCE $32 hot pot. You do get 2 appetizers, rice if you like, and all the brisket, ribeye, or NY you can eat! A good joint, as it was clean and on a Monday afternoon pretty empty. Service was good no complaints! read more

Shabu Shabu and Sukiyaki never looked so good than at Swish! My go to is always the prime rib eye hungry portion whether it's shabu shabu or sukiyaki. The food is very healthy and prepared fresh in front of you. Service is always on point the moment you walk into the establishment. They're always checking on you if you need more broth or drinks which helps a lot. I love the individual seating in a U shape which makes it a very family style dining experience even though it's shabu shabu.
