I came here at about 8 pm with a group of friends and we were all pretty hungry. The interior of the place is clean and well lit, and the customer service was very attentive. There was a stove that wasn't working correctly and the staff member replaced it immediately. We did the wagyu ayce option and the food came out great and with ample amounts. The quality of the meats were good, and we enjoyed our time here. I think the only thing that I wished could've been better was the broth as I wish it was a bit more flavorful. That's just my opinion. Other than that - it was great! Please excuse the next few photos as they were taken post meal as we were starving.

When did Swish Swish price raise this high?! Lol, the food and the ingredients are fair. But overall, it's alright. Friendly service, the interior design looks good. Great spot for lunch or dinner cause it's right next to the mall.

This place is large, clean, and bright. The tables have individual hotpot burners allowing everyone to have different soup bases. The service was fast and friendly. The broth was way more spicy than expected for miso but was flavorful. The veggies were plentiful with tofu, fish cakes, veggies, and noodle. The meat was fresh but a lot of fatty pieces. Though this was not the best, there were plenty of options to find the right mix. Will try another time.

This was my first time getting real hot pot, and I was very happy with my restaurant choice. I came with a large group, and ordered from the all you can eat menu. The selection and prices are very good for AUCE, and the portions were very generous. Next time I will order less, because I hate wasting food and you can't take it with you. We ordered 4 soups: Curry, tom yum, miso, and tonkotsu. The table favorites were the tonkotsu and the Tom yum. We barely touched the other two. The curry was a little spicy and a drastic flavor change from the others, and the miso had little flavor. We also ordered lots of meat and veggies. No complaints. Everything was good and tasted fresh. The service was okay, not bad or good. The server did not explain the robot, so getting our food off of it was a little confusing at first. We also were not told what to do after our initial order, and they don't come check on you often. The sauce bar was great- lots of options. I definitely recommend getting it for the full experience. I definitely recommend trying out this restaurant. I marked them down a star overall for the spotty service and the fact that the sauce bar was not clean or covered, which isn't sanitary. Also marked down because we had 3 children, 2 who didn't want to eat at all, and were told we had to be charged for them because they were in the restaurant. So that was an additional $30+ they got from us. So keep that in mind if you bring small kids.

This is a great option for Taiwanese malatang if you're in the area. It is somewhat more pricy than others. The menu is okay. Not many traditional options as you would see at other places. The broth is okay as well. Missing a kick to it. Sauce bar is small. The restaurant is clean inside and out. It is located on the outside strip of the mall. The service is a robot. So don't be alarmed.

Great hot pot with a large selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and broth. We did the All You Can Eat option, so we were able to try nearly everything, which was the best choice. The service was above and beyond, with friendly staff that answer all your questions and respond quickly.

We came here for dinner the other night. I had made a reservation so we were seated pretty quickly but it didn't seem the wait was too long if you didn't have one. The menu was pretty expansive and we opted to do the AYCE with wagyu (extra $4). You each get to pick your own broth which was nice. I got the Japanese miso, my husband got the spicy curry, and his mom got sukiyaki. We also ordered a bunch of meat, veggies, noodles, and some appetizers. Things came out pretty quickly and were delivered to the table by a robot. I wasn't a fan of the miso broth. It didn't have much flavor and was just kind of a salty flavor. My husband and his mom liked their broths so I guess they were more flavorful. The popcorn chicken appetizer was delicious and really flavorful. We also liked the deep fried bun with sweetened condensed milk. The veggies seemed fresh so no complaints there. The meat wasn't the best quality and I didn't think the Wagyu was worth the extra cost. Those pieces were kind of chewy and insanely fatty. This was definitely disappointing. They forgot some of our second round orders which ended up being fine because we were so stuffed so we didn't bother asking for them. Overall it was a decent experience but far from the best hot pot. I would say stop by if you're in the area and want hot pot but there are way better places for it if you're willing to drive over to Bellevue.

Quality of the meat is always top-notch! Employees always super helpful at explaining the mini stoves. Love the the little robot inside!

Tried this place once again after a year and it's still delicious! It's perfect on a chilly Fall day. We had the All You Can Eat. We got the wagyu and pork belly. So good! A tad bit spicy with the miso broth but you get use to it. Tip! The sauce and extra toppings are in the fridge area which you can help yourself with!

First time trying this place, and the ambiance was very nice. Went in as a party of 2 and although there was about a 10 minute wait it went pretty quickly- my partner and I just took a stroll around the mall while waiting for them to text letting us know our table was ready. The server was phenomenal, she explained the menu very well, went over the process of ordering (marking items on the menu with a dry erase marker) and some recommended items. It's all you can eat style. Both my partner and I ordered the Szechuan spicy medium level broth and it was delicious. If you're sensitive to spicy things then I'd encourage getting this at mild level just because medium in my opinion still had a slight spicy kick to it. Waygu beef, chicken and beef short rib were the meat choices we selected- with different raw vegetables that you cook in the pot (vegetables not pictured-- they came later) Different drink options from alcoholic to soda products and boba. Highly recommend the Happy yogurt drink with lychee, OR the Japanese milk tea with tapioca. All in all 10/10- will definitely be returning. And I'd encourage going on an empty stomach!

I used to go to the Swish Swish in Bellevue quite often and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat there. I tried to make a reservation on the website and on the phone but I couldn't as it looked the website was for the Bellevue location and the phone number found online for the Lynnwood location was invalid. So I walked in to make the reservation in person a couple of days in advance. At the time we went to the location in Lynnwood, they did not have an alcohol permit so we could not order alcohol. They also went out of lamb so the meats we could enjoy were beef and pork. Nonetheless, when going for AYCE, it's about quantity rather than quality, and Swish Swish always was good about quantity and variety. Staff was friendly. Environment was simple and clean.

I would not recommend coming to this place for hot pot due to poor quality service and menu items. The only charming thing about Swish Swish is the cute decor and bar area. However, it is really small and if you come at a busy time it'll be a long wait. We opted for the AYCE wagyu beef, but the wagyu had a strange texture and was not soft at all. I would avoid the wagyu option, because it tasted worse than the regular beef eye round. Several of their menu items were also not in stock at the time we dined in, which we wish we had been informed beforehand. We didn't have any mushrooms, cabbage, and fish balls. It was severely lacking and disappointing. When we asked for noodles, we were only given one small side dish for two. And service here is poor because even though we were one of three tables, we were completely ignored. Their broth isn't outstanding, we chose sukiyaki and szechuanese spice and they weren't very flavorful. We also ordered a Japanese milk tea, which was completely bland and watered down. The boba was also very mushy. With so many good boba spots in the area, you should definitely not get boba here. I didn't capture many photos due to the underwhelming dining experience. But you can see in my one photo that the portions they bring you are very small, and it doesn't help that the service is terrible so you're stuck with your first order.

Although it comes with a higher price tag, the food is absolutely delicious, and the charming atmosphere adds to the overall experience! Will recommend

No, I believe they have a ala carte ordering system too

Is this a good spot for vegetarians?

Yes this is a great spot for vegetarians. All of the veggies are in the fridge which is a help-yourself setup. It's a vegetarian delight! They have a variety of veggies and three or four different types of tofu. I'm a huge fan of all things tofu.

Even after mentioning multiple times that the menu was confusing, no one stepped in to help. We were given one water jug for a group of seven with no refills. Several items were incorrect or missing, including shrimp we ordered but never received--possibly due to a system or app issue. Drink orders were also wrong (lychee instead of passionfruit), and although refills were supposed to be included, no one ever checked on us. We ended up having to walk up ourselves multiple times to get any service. The only time staff came to the table was to drop off food. To top it off, there's a mandatory service charge, which feels excessive given the level of service (which was none)--especially in Seattle where employees already earn a $20+/hour minimum wage. Don't go here if you want service, come here if you want precut meat that you cook yourself, because that's pretty much what you get, after one smoothie refill, you'll just get watered down flavored ice. There are better hot pot restaurants elsewhere,.. go there. 2 STARS, only because the cuts of meat weren't horrible, vegetarian options were good, and portions were decent. But never returning to this establishment again, the service just SUCKS!

My boyfriend and I were seated immediately when we visited on a random Tuesday evening. While I appreciated the lack of wait, I would much rather they have properly cleaned off our table. The side of the table we were sitting at was sticky and the other side had crumbs all over the surface. We ordered the bone broth and the tom yum kung broth along with a selection of different meats to start which arrived at our table almost instantly. The 10 sec beef tongue was probably my favourite dish, I loved how flavourful it was and that it didn't take super long to cook. Second to that was probably the beef and lamb combo which cooked so tenderly and tasted delectable. I was so disappointed in the mini sausage, it took forever to cook and even after what felt like enough time, it looked uncooked and tasted pretty awful. Halfway through our meal, my boyfriend wanted sauce from the sauce bar but couldn't figure out where to get bowls. We tried for ten minutes to catch the attention of a server to no avail. We wished they had been more attentive so we didn't have to wait so long for help. Hopefully our next time getting hot pot goes smoother!!

The lady who was serving us was very friendly and came back a bunch of times to ask if we need more tea. We were there way longer than how much we spend time at typical BBQ place, but she didn't seem to mind, which was nice. We had the beef combo, cold noodles, and squid and veggie stir fry, and that was way more than we needed. We thought the combo comes with only two bowls of rice but they added another one, seeing that we are party of three. That was nice. Banchan was pretty good and I kind of wish I ate more of it before the meat arrived because I got full from other items quickly. Cold noodles were average. Of the four kinds of beef in the combo, I liked three of them except for one (I believe it was the NY steak) - one item was leaner/dryer than other NY steak I had elsewhere. The combo also came with individual sauces (two types - salt in oil and sweet-ish sauce). The sweet sauce was quite forgettable and so I kept dipping the meat in the salt in oil sauce, but I wish they offered other sauce...maybe like soy sauce based ones or just plain salt. The squid stir fry was spicy and I enjoyed it. The combo also came with tofu soup, which was also pretty good. Overall, there were minor stuff that didn't go with my preference, but I had a nice time at WuJu!

We came in and saw that the place was pretty packed on a Thursday night but we were noticed quickly by a male employee and seated right away thankfully. Once we were seated, we were handed water and utensils as well as directions on how we can order as they have a small kiosk. We put in our order of galbi fried chicken, pork on the bone stew or gamjatang, and grilled pork belly. Once the order was entered, our waiter came back with rice, banchan, sauces and accompaniments for the pork belly, salad (think it comes with the grilled pork belly), pickled radish for the chicken and plates and bowls to share. It didn't take too long for food to come back but it didn't all come together which was odd but luckily the chicken was for sharing. The gamjatang was huge and pretty good, not as good as one of my favorite places in Federal Way but I will admit that they do give some huge pieces of meat and offer a one time refill of the soup. It could use more of a kick and more seasoning. The chicken as many others have mentioned was extremely well-fried, marinated and extremely huge. I do think they have the biggest Korean fried chicken pieces that I have ever seen in Washington. The meat was juicy, the outside was crunchy, and the sauce was heavenly. My boyfriend did say the grilled pork belly was some of the best he has ever had in his life, which is super high praise and I will admit that it is very good as well! They had an interesting playlist ranging from K-pop to regular pop (lots of Justin Bieber) and sometimes they would tone it down a bit then start blasting it. The two male servers working that day (7/16/26) were fantastic about checking in at perfect times, were courteous and refilled our waters. We never had to use to kiosk to call them once which I appreciated very much. My boyfriend and I look forward to coming back and definitely want to give a heads up that their portions are huge so come hungry!

Seems like more of a social hangout spot for late night eating and or drinking. If you want a nice quiet dinner, this isn't the spot. My group and I ordered the Korean fried chicken and the kimchi pancake to start. The appetizers didn't take that long to come out. Everything came out hot and fresh. The chicken was standard fried chicken size and came with 10 pieces. It came with 2 pieces of drumsticks and the rest were chicken thighs. The kimchi pancake was super crispy. We also ordered the beef tofu soup and the chicken bulgogi entree. The tofu soup was a lot - it did not come with an egg unlike other spots. The chicken entree was flavorful overall.
