I was actually looking forward to another service of the EMR mat, but my friend chose that one and ai couldn't. I guess that if you reserve with time it is fine, but still if you go with friends you can't all do it, only the regular Infrared Sauna Rooms. Service was good. So that's why I say I have mixed reviews because the sauna was good but my only option. The next day, I found out I won the raffle for a one-month membership. Let me just say how incredible this place has been. Aria has been amazing every step of the way--from setting everything up to walking us around the entire facility and explaining in detail everything they offer and the benefits of each service. I brought my wife with me, and she had been interested in a place like this for a while. We both did the cryotherapy, and I felt so rejuvenated afterward. I also tried the leg compression, which felt amazing. Another coworker of mine did the infrared sauna and then the cryotherapy back-to-back, and he said it was incredible as well and that he'll be going back. I can't mention everything because I haven't tried all their services yet, but if you want more details, I highly recommend giving them a call. The sessions aren't too expensive, and if you get a membership, you can bring someone with you for just $20 per session. You sign some waivers and the front desk goes over how to stop, how to use etc. pretty basic stuff. I was in the red light therapy for 30 mins. It was relaxing first, then it got real hot in the end. It looks like a tanning bed so it does have the fan in the end but I don't think it did anything. I think they should have a fan inside. They do have the wipes to wipe down before and after. You can lay naked, fully clothes, or whatever floats your boat. Would I come back? Maybe. Is there a potential? I think so.
