Verbal price broken down to 2 options - cleaning only or full reset (replace broken tiles/elastic paint 2 coats of membrane) - I accepted full one verbally, he said Monday AM start and the written estimate was in my email that evening. By Thursday noon job completed which clearly was needed and more extensive than initially thought - as an example replacement of 70 broken tiles turned into 150, a plugged roof drain for who knows how long was cleared, bags and bags of debris were collected and disposed of - a totally mess that came off roof on 4 sides was cleaned. The final bill didn't change - tipped his crew extra as it was clearly rough work due previous owner's years of neglect. Both times there were plenty of charging stalls available for charging. The great part about this location is that it's covered especially in the desert heat of 113 degree weather. You're charging under a shaded covered area so you don't feel the rays or the sun while in the car. Will definitely frequent this Tesla Supercharger when in Palm Desert.
