I thought I had an impossible project, but T & J Carpet Binding did an amazing bidding job on my runner. It looks great.

Ted is the best. I had four area rugs bond. He did them in one day for a great price and they look awesome. I highly recommend him.

I had a 9'x10' carpet left over from my old brides sewing room remodel and Ted treated us well at a good price

So today we decided to visit in when we walked in it was just so nice to see so many rugs at very, very beautiful and super large like museum grade grand and ornate industrial and home rugs. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very nice salesman. I told him what I was looking for and they didn't really have it but he did show me some of the options that they did have. I just super appreciated his courtesy and kindness and very good conversation. This place is like where you can find any rug any color super large area rugs things that you can't find at a regular, you know home furnishing, nor big box store. I told him that I would spread the word about them being there in business.

Outrageous Rugs relocated within the same shopping center in mid-July 2025, but even a month later their phones still had not been reconnected, according to the manager. This made it difficult to reach them after the owner sold me a rug that was not the size he had promised, despite nearly two hours of discussion in the store. When I finally tracked down the manager in person, he was unhelpful and unwilling to work with me on a rug that didn't fit the room it was purchased for. The lack of customer support was especially disappointing given the owner's assurances and the high price point of their products. If you shop here, bring your own tape measure and do not rely on staff advice. Only purchase if you are absolutely certain the rug will fit, because all sales are final.

Lori at Village Flooring & Renovations really helped us find the right style, color, and material…read morewhen we selected our luxury vinyl flooring, we are very happy with our new floors. I also want to say the two workers that installed our floors, Diego and his partner, were not only early on the job, but very respectful being in our home and very tidy. Diego deserves some special praise for some extra detail work he did in the cut of the vinyl to fit around my fireplace and the trim work he did in my kitchen when he replaced my ¾ round wood with composite, it looks fantastic now. I also don't want to forget about the "savior of the hour" Frank from the warehouse division who came to our aid twice. Once for moisture concerns in our slab. He had contacts that were able to roll out quickly to make evaluations, offer solutions, and provide action to resolve the issue so the job could be completed with minimal delay. Then, when the job was right at the end of completion I spilled paint on the new floor. Frank came out to mitigate the damage and showed me some techniques to remove the paint and clean the vinyl so as not to need replacement of the new boards. This team is truly a great representation of Village Flooring & Renovation's professionalism and commitment to customer service! Thank you!! Kim & Dave W, Santee, CA.

Had my floors installed back in 2021. We picked out LVP. The person of contact did not communicate…read moreduring the install. That was the first problem. Second problem is they have been back every year since the install to correct the floor underneath which was not done properly. In fact the first year they came out the guy said they did a shitty job. Nice to hear from the store that their service was shitty. The floors had about a one inch movement up and down. So the second year another spot did the same thing. They came out and ripped it up a second time. Problem came back the next year in a different spot all within about a ten to twelve foot area. Each year a new spot and another ripping up of the floor. We had new baseboards installed through out the house and after 5 years and promises that the missing piece in the master bath would be done, it still isn't. Even this past summer the head guy said he was embarrassed that it wasn't done. But Guess what? Still not done. Plus all the installed baseboards have small little metal nail hole throughout as they didn't even cover them and paint over them. They look horrible. We recently had our upstairs done by a different company and I looked at Village carpets email from 2021 to get the color of our downstairs LVP. Turns out they changed the color on a different email without noting it and we ordered over 1000 sq ft of the incorrect color. This cost me over $3000 because they had changed color. Lost the price of the floors and labor as I noticed it was wrong after half the upstairs hallway was installed. Then had to look through past emails to find out the problem was that I was sent two different emails with two different floor colors. I have left messages for owner which are ignored. Crazy way to run a business.

Ordering was fairly straightforward and they were transparent about delivery times & scheduling the install. No upsells or weird sales tactics - just materials & labor at a straightforward price. Installation was superb. Frank(?) and his sons came to install most of it, and we were especially thankful they were thorough with eliminating squeaks in the underlying floorboards (when they could). The overall quality of the job was great. At no extra charge to us, they replaced the noses of our stairs since they found them a bit weak & squeaky once they took the old carpet off. Happy with the Mohawk SmartCushion underlayment as well - I don't think we had a choice here but feeling it now with our Fabrica carpet, it's great. Highly recommended for a seamless, straightforward experience!
