Rather disappointing. Had the buffalo chicken egg roll reminded me of something you get out of the frozen section of Market Basket.... I had the chicken finger platter, good news was the chicken was good. The honey mustard sauce was watery and had no flavor. The French fries were clearly the frozen kind and I got all the little stubs from the bottom of the bag. The cole slaw was average for what it was. My wife had the fish and chips. She said the fish was average nothing special. The chips were good (actual potato slices). We did have the chocolate dream cake for dessert it was good. Food is good, menu varied. I have eaten there 4-5 times with family members and we all enjoyed it. my wife likes the chicken sandwich, I like the Reuben. Our grandkids love the Mac and cheese. Servers are always very pleasant and accommodating. Food arrives hot and refills of soda are always there. Never had any sort of mixup with orders. The restaurant is usually quite busy but not noisy. No matter how busy they are you are treated well. Not a romantic spot, but good otherwise. read more

Good variety of entrees, mostly comfort food, and friendly attentive staff in a comfortable atmosphere. I found the mashed potatoes bland, but the chicken pot pie was delicious. The caesar salad with chicken was acceptable. The kids enjoyed the bread that comes out before your meal. They have such a wide variety of choices that we'll have to come back and try more to get a better feel for how good the food actually is. read more

Expected great food and completely disappointed! Love their Copper Door restaurant and thought this would be comparable. Atmosphere was noisy and poorly decorated; looked more like an Applebees than what I expected. Service was slow and kind of condescending. Most diners were 65 +++ and staff spoke to you very slowly and loudly like they were talking to old people. Quesadillas were so greasy they gave me stomach cramps. Inedible. Chicken pot pie was bland. Frozen supermarket ones are better. The salmon was good per my husband. We won't be back! $75/2 people down the drain. Money doesn't grow on trees and to waste it on a bad meal and lousy ambience feels really disappointing to say the least. read more

We have been loyal customers of TBones for years and have generally been happy with their food and service. As a matter of fact, before Covid hit we frequented the restaurant at least twice a month. We love to sit on the patio when the weather permits. Unfortunately there is a smoking section adjacent to the patio area. Sunday night two gentlemen were puffing away the during the course of our entire meal. Our meal was ruined by their noxious fumes. We were so disheartened by this that we will probably remove TBones from the status our one of our favorite restaurants. SB read more

Great place to bring the grandkids. The young people who work there are better than professional, The host and waitstaff are everything you wish for as a restaurant owner. The ambiance was that of a chain restaurant and the food was as average as it comes. My grandkids loved everything especially the kids menu and the special attention from staff. This is a wonderful restaurant, although the name implies steakhouse, they have a large selection of a variety of dishes. Our group had filet mignon, baked salmon, prime rib, buffalo chicken tenders, and chicken pot pie. There was nothing left at the end. The patio seating is great on a summer night. Our server outdid himself keeping us happy. I would also recommend getting the homemade mashed potatoes, way better than your normal restaurant fare. read more

I asked for an iced coffee my waitress looked at me puzzled I said how about you grab a hot coffee and then grab a cup of ice she continued to hand me a Dixie cup full of ice give or take 4 ice cubes I then asked for a bigger cup she gave me a literal shot glass of ice so for the third time I asked for a REGULAR sized cup of ice I ended up getting after I got to enjoy my dinner witch happened to be wrong and undercooked it's was literally I peice of chicken I know infants who could cook a peice of Chicken better I would name them off but theirs not enough room I am completely disappointed in the service also my waitress had the hiccups and I could not understand a signal word as she couldn't control her self I would have scared her or somthing to get rid of them but she couldn't even grab me ice why would I help her love Logan to T bones read more

One of the highlights to our trip to Bedford. I enjoyed the south west chicken salad which was outstanding with flavor. My mom enjoyed a chicken cob salad, paired with homemade blue cheese dressing. The chicken in the salad was fresh and fried to order. We enjoyed apple pecan cobbler & chocolate dream cake, they were delicious & homemade. Yummm!!!! I was recommended to come here by my friend who we were visiting on the East Coast, this is their go-to favorite restaurant and I easily understand now why. This is a 3.5 star/5 review. Upon first arrival, I guess because we were there late at night, there's some confusion about the seating process. No one was manning the regular host stand, but if you walk over to the bar, they eventually notice you, and tell you to sit down wherever. Our waitress, who was clearly overworked, as she was the only one on the floor was nice and as fast as she possibly could be. What was weird, is that there were two other employees counting down the register hours before close. We actually got our appetizers pretty quick, and they were pretty good and the portions were huge! For being a steakhouse, this place had a lot of different options on the menu. Not long after we got our entrees, and they too were good. Not fine dining, but better than you would expect from a place that has the appearance of a chain larger than it actually is. All in all, it did the trick, and it had generous hours given that it was the holiday weekend on a Sunday night. Now, the company that runs this place and Cactus Jack's has an interesting, but telling relationship with feedback. They respond to nearly every single negative Yelp review. They even have even have an app advertised both on the table and in the restroom just for sending a anonymous feedback. This is a company that clearly concerned about their reputation, and probably takes all of this feedback pretty seriously. Here's the thing- hiring consultants and a customer relations person or two is both much cheaper and vastly inferior to correcting the actual issue that this brand of restaurants has: understaffing. Look, I absolutely appreciate a place that has decent food and good drinks open this late in a smaller city. However, if you try to cut corners by reducing staff to cover for the extra cost of being open this late, you can't perception manage your way to a better customer experience. read more

Started out great. Beautiful space, very friendly hostesses. Server(Sarah, I believe) seemed nice and capable at first but went nowhere but down after. Drinks took about 12 minutes to come out and this was after she came back to the table to id a 53 year old member of our party, laughable.Food took a little long to come out, but they were fairly busy and we didnt order appetizers, so no problem there. Second round of drinks even longer. No vegetable component to my entree. Then after 15-20 minutes waiting for after dinner drinks service was refused. No big deal, I've cut off many people in my career, but never have I done it by simply ignoring the guest or without management being somewhat involved. At the price point here staff should be far better trained and far more professional in their decision making read more

T-Bones, could you tell it's a steak house? Alright, so here is my beef with T-Bones ( pun intended) .. it's a chain and not a very unique one at that. It offers your typical run of the mill steaks and sides combined with your average atmosphere. The food is decent, as decent as too be expected and the service was actually really great! The bread they serve is delicious and they are not shy about giving it out. The seating is comfortable and well laid out and the few times we have gone ( not at my request) it has been quiet and nice! Great place to take the family or if you're just looking for a classic, reliable and average steakhouse meal! read more

The food here is always fresh but you're going to wait for it. The burgers are awesome, salads fresh, fish is so good and chicken tenders piping hot with hot sauce, veggies and dressing served on the side. Kitchen takes their time but it's worth it. WELCOME TO FLAVOR TOWN!!! While on our road trip to bury our favorite member of the family, Bongo (lab mix) we stopped for a quick bite where we went to on Bongo's "Got cha Day". But this day was a bit different then the first day. Regardless, the food and service was exactly what we needed for our hard day. We got the Buffalo chicken egg roll and we finished with a T-bone ( one of bongos favorites). And boy oh boy, that's what the doctor ordered! Our waitress Courtney was fantastic and told us all about her dogs which brought not only a tear to my eye, but a smile to my heart. We ordered the specials, prime rib dinner and crabby haddock. My wife's haddock came without the grabby stuffing. Manager went and got a cold stuffing and gave to my wife. My prime rib looked like left over pieces thrown onto the plate and was over cooked. Manager gave us a gift certificate for$20, but we spent more than that and paid full prick for lousy meals. The food was bland. The fries that came with our meal was the size of a child size fries from Mc D's. I got onion rings with my chicken sandwich and there were 5, 5!! And they were bland. My daughter got chicken fingers, onion rings (just 1) and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was a watery version of box mix. My husband had a burger that was flat as flat could be. My family has had Corned Beef and Cabbage on St Patrick's Day for decades. Over the past 5 or 6 years we have eaten at a restaurant or had take out service. Over the last 2 years we have been very disappointed with the two places we selected (I will not mention them by name here). The food was very fatty and cold and left us thinking we should eat something else on March 17. Today I am very pleased to report that we decided to try the Corned Beef and Cabbage dinner at T-Bones for the first time. It was outstanding in every way! Plenty of lean strips and cubes of corned beef, with perfect cabbage/potatoes/carrots/soda bread and it all came with whipped and melted butter and spicy mustard. We were so pleased, we will absolutely order from there or sit in their restaurant next year. I don't normally offer 5 stars, since I feel 4 stars is above average... in this case I stand behind my 5 star rating. read more

Usually we love T-BONES and CJ's - but tonight we were disappointed with our take out order. We ordered chicken breasts, broccoli and a potato. When we got home, we were disappointed in the chicken they gave both of us. I gave it four stars because everything tasted great. The portion size is what bummed us out. They look like tiny, thin chicken nuggets. We were expecting adecent sized breast, at least. We will still go back and try again. Edit: I did receive a gift card from management and we will be going again. I'm sure the second time around will be great. Thanks Raquel! Edit after I've used the gift card: It pains me to say this but the second meal we tried again in the middle of a Sunday afternoon was worse than the take out. My girlfriend who's just as laid back as I am, returned her entire plate and shared off the plate of her brother. He got the turkey dinner - he enjoyed it. My chicken was still small, like pictured above but this time was very cartilage-y. I asked for steamed broccoli without butter but it came doused in butter. They did bring a new bowl of broccoli. The garlic mushrooms that came with my girlfriends lunch were rubbery - like they came from a can? If they didn't come from a can, they were just older than. We had a party of 10 gathered for a farewell dinner. To be fair, our reservation was for 8 and then two more joined at the last minute. We were seated at a long table combined with a short table, but once we were settled, Tracy, our server told us that only 8 could sit at any table, that two of us moved the small table 3 feet away. But that wasn't good enough, Tracy came back and told us we had to be against the wall, now 4 feet away. So, we moved the table again and two of the other group moved over to to keep us company. Then, because we were seated 3 feet at a different table, we were assigned a different server. The other table had drinks, salads, and dinners ordered and served before our order was taken. Our server tried to make up for it by rushing our orders, but two dinners were incorrect, but we decided to eat what was in front of us instead of complaining or sending it back, figuring hot food was better than no food. By this time, the other table had finished, their server started clearing their table while we were still eating. Then their server brought the bill over to them, and I tried to explain 4 feet away, that I had made arrangements for me to receive the entire bill, then we'd split it four ways without the guests of honor having to witness the gruesome bill splitting in front of them. But my protests were ignored and the server plopped the bill down and left. I tried to follow her but she disappeared into the kitchen and I returned to my table. By this time our server was collecting our plates and said she'd return with our bill. So I explained that both tables should be on one bill and that we'd split it four ways as the restaurant had originally agreed. She explained that because we had two servers at two tables that it wouldn't be possible. So I said, OK, we'll figure it out. Then the other table got their bill wrong because a table seating 8 people would have received a 25% discount, but because the other two diners had moved over with us, they wouldn't get the discount and the bill would have to be recalculated. So the server took the bill back to the register, only to come back and say that she had made up for it by giving the table a military discount because one of the diners had asked for it. Then the guest of honor said he hadn't been in the military and the server said she'd have to recalculate the bill and remove his military discount. By this time our server was gallantly trying to save the night by splitting our tab two ways but adding a share of the guest of honor's dinner, then realized she couldn't do that, so my husband got up and walked over to the register and tried to just pay the bill, which he did, and paid by credit card, then left a $20 tip to help defray the guest of honor's dinner for the other table. I finally was able to flag down a manager (Tina) to try to make sense of the whole thing, which she did somewhat but then became very irate with me for complaining. I will compliment her on her extra-long fake nails and flashy jewelry which she kept waving in front of my face, along with the dagger looks she was shooting at me, apparently for emphasis. So, it was quite the debacle from beginning to end, but our group did have a fond farewell out in the parking lot with lots of hugs and good wishes for the guests of honor. Won't be going back, but I wish Tina, the "manager" and Tracy, the original server, the best of luck with their careers. read more

Staying at hotel near by and saw on Yelp that this place had Great burgers, reasonable prices and friendly service! And it had four stars which I gave it as well. On a road full of chains this is a nice break from the chains! And happy hour Sunday-Thursday 4pm- close! I had the caprese burger which was a nice twist on a burger. Italian seasoning with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes with basil! Tasted so good and I added bacon! Could've been served with more fries but yea that burger was mouth watering!
