Now as per the consistency, I do agree they need training or a basic instruction chart for the drinks. They're only open two days a week so unless they work at another coffee house I dont expect them to retain a lot of experience. They more than likely opened this coffee shop for convenience rather than necessity considering the hours of operation. Be kind and understanding when you go and dont expect a fancy experience. Post your experience on the positive interaction you had. Make suggestions on what needs to be improved . Like the coffee consistency, maybe something like phone orders or some limited amenities after a certain hour. Etc.
