I visited this restaurant based on one review I read, I must say that I was impressed with everything I saw and tasted. The place is well kept, very clean and such a cozy place to eat. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the mango chicken, chicken lo mein and hot and sour soup which was all so tasty. I have absolutely no complaints and will go back. A couple more positive things is that they deliver and their prices are very reasonable!! They appreciated me as a customer and made sure everything was to my liking. I give them an A+. read more

I was looking at the good reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a try. If you like C or TPop this should be the restaurant for you. I thought the music was a nice touch. For an appetizer I had the Crab Rangoon and it was really good, the presenation was a nice touch. The dish was flavorful and crunchy. I wasnt sure what to get but I went with the combination noodles with pork, chicken and shrimp. It was a good dish overall but like some commenter said previously, the dish could have used more shrimp. I really liked the shrimp but the chicken and pork were just ok. The portions are a bit smaller than their competitors but the food is always high quality & delicious. Their fried rice is by far the best I've had in Houston. I checked out this place as I'm new to Katy (it was near by) and love Chinese food. I ordered shrimp lo mein, crab ragoons, and a spring roll for take out. When I arrived to pick up my order there were a lot of people dining in and ordering food, which I always a good sign. When I got home all the food was hot and fresh. The spring roll was crunchy and served with a small sweet sauce on the side. The crab ragoons were delicious good blend of everything inside also served with a medium sweet sauce on the side. Last the shrimp lo mein. While it was clearly freshly made, it was a little plain from what I am used to ordering. It was the egg noodle pasta that looks like fettuccine with medium sided shrimp and very little veggies. The flavor and portion size was good, but I just needed more ingredient in the lo mein. Service was good. I will go again and try more things, just not the shrimp lo mein. read more

What won me over was the no msg label on their brochure. I thought the food was pretty good. My general gso was good and so was the sweet and sour chicken but how could anyone get that wrong? All it is, is fried chicken lol. My only issue was that the sweet and sour sauce was probably one of the most disgusting sauce I've encountered. It was thick and jelly like. This is our favorite Chinese delivery restaurant in Katy. Everything always tastes fresh and their delivery is usually pretty quick. They do get busy on the weekends at dinner time (hence the reason they have two phone numbers for deliver). We've tried just about everything and even popped in during lunch a few times. We are rarely disappointed. The staff is always nice. My only complaint is that they changed the singapore noodles. It used to be fantastic - super tasty with only a hint of heat. However, when I ordered a few weeks ago, they changed the recipe and added so much heat (almost like they added a hot pepper extract, no flavor but searing heat) that it actually numbed my mouth and made sick to my stomach. (And just to clarify, our family LOVES spicy food - but we like spicy food that actually tastes good. We do not care for spicy food just for the sake of the heat). After a few bites, it went straight into the garbage. It has never been that hot before and the menu doesn't even indicate it as a spicy entree - so be forewarned. I called to let them know and they only offered me 15% off my next order. Little bummed that they didn't offer me something else, I paid for one of their entrees and had to eat a PB&J instead. I would definitely order from them again, I'll just have to find some place else to get my Singapore Noodle fix. read more

I come here at least once a week with my family. The food is consistently good and the portions are huge for lunch. I'm a big guy and I leave there full. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have gotten sick from other chinese restaurants in the area. Not this place. I have never had a bad meal here. This is one of my favorite Asian food places and we use to go here all the time after church . Today we went in and we all ordered I got the Mongolian beef and my sister got sesame chicken both lunch items which comes with a soup or egg roll . My sister wanted another egg roll so I went us to the register and ordered and egg roll plus an order of Vietnamese spring rolls . Everything came out we loved our food and then after that the spring and egg roll finally came out and I usually love peanut sauce but there's was watery and honestly just tasted like peanuts no seasoning it wasn't sweet it was just nasty . When the waitress came up to give us water I informed her that I didn't like it and I wanted her to take it off the bill , mind you I only took one bite to know I didn't like it . She then said that she didn't know what I wanted her to do about it and that if I didn't like it I have to keep it . I told her me and my sister work in the food industry and if a customer doesn't like there food you take it back regardless . "The customer is always right" she then continued to argue about it with me until my sister just said you know what just leave it it's fine . First there are thing I have come to expect and appreciate about Chinese restaurants: It's clean, nice ambient, friendly staff, good lunch prices, healthy portions, fast service. To the food itself: like I said it was a portion size that will fill you up without the feeling of being stuffed. The fried rice just that, fried rice with just a hint of egg. No vegetables fried in with it. I do not consider his a bad thing, but might be good to know for those who have a specific image of fried rice. I had the lunch special cashew chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. The egg roll tasted just like any other egg roll. No complaints there because that's how I like it. At first I thought the dish was a bit lacking in cashews, but I found plenty of cashews under the meat. The taste was ok. That's why only 4 stars. It was decent, not excellent. I may be biased being from Springfield MO the home of cashew chicken (and having tasted the original recipe) so I was satisfied but not overwhelmed that I would go recommending it for its spectacular food. Still, great restaurant with decent prices that makes for a good lunch break. I'd most likely be back since it's close to my house which is very convenient. read more

Worst restaurant experience ever! My boyfriend and I went in, no one welcomed us. When the waiter came to take our order, he completely ignored my order and took my boyfriends. When the food finally came, It was only the plate my boyfriend ordered and a really small bowl of rice. I had to call the waiter back and ask him what happen to my order. His response with a stupid look on his face was, "what order?" He did not apologize for his error. I had to wait again for my order to come. And when it came, the chicken was not cooked well (pink on the inside) and the food was not enough to fill or satisfy. The price was not worth the food. Honestly just a below average Chinese restaurant. I order the Singapore noodles and they were dried out and had little to no sauce or flavor. Being Asian American/Pacific Islander I've grown up exposed to authentic Asian food (home-cooked and all) from different cuisines. Sadly, this place is only up to par to Panda Express. My only complaint is that the egg drop soup had like no salt at all! I even added a good amount of soy sauce but it was still so bland!
