Stay as far as you can from this company. I paid close to 4K for a security system that doesn't…read morework, I basically have a bunch of cameras and cables that do nothing. After Angel installed the system it repeatedly disconnects and rendered useless. When I tried to contact them, they were MIA for several months. When I finally got ahold, his response was , we "did the installation" it's not our fault if it doesn't work. The tech support was helpful one time but they said the installer needs to help with making the correct settings in the system. I have been unable to reach the company; I've been nothing but polite and profession the few times I could get a hold of them. But now we just had something stolen from the property and a useless security system that they installed. Save yourself the headache and money and go with a legitimate professional company, even if it's more expensive.

We were recommended OC Universal Telecom by our former property manager and had security cameras set up at one of our multi-unit properties out in Orange. All was fine and dandy until we noticed our security cameras were off when we checked remotely from our phones. So we called Angel to see what was going on and he explained what needed to be done. Long story short, after changing property managers, we were left with an outstanding bill, which caused our internet service to be disconnected and security cameras to stop working. So we got on the phone with Spectrum and turns out it could have been a quick fix had they communicated with us. Angel was on the phone with us and backed us up 100%. We appreciated his loyalty to his customers. Although a solution was not provided by Spectrum, Angel went out to our property and was able to troubleshoot and re-program the system to get our security cameras back up and running. He does charge a labor and a trip fee every time they come out, so it can add up. But he does great work and at the end of the day, it's absolutely worth the cost. I am impressed with Angel's work ethic. He is on-time, polite, detail-oriented, and very quick to respond. I would most definitely recommend OC Universal Telecom if you're looking for to install a security system with customer service you can rely on.

They even serviced us past the closing time, which was really considerate. We were given a third line that we ended up never using, and I never did get my reimbursement, so I paid nearly $500 to pay off my iPhone 13. I ended up switching to AT&T, and upgrading to the 15 Pro Max, so we went to a different T-Mobile location to figure out how to switch over yet again. I had connectivity issues with my Apple account, such as iMessage disconnecting, and not receiving calls on all devices. So, I would suggest not porting the same number across providers.

Anyways I had problems with and existing phone that all of a sudden shut off completely and would not recharge. I came into this store and get my serviced switched out from the old phone to new one. Employee JOSE M. was so accommodating and helpful in order to get my TikTok account up in running even in my current or primary phone that I had problems logging in the first place. Everything was successful with Jose's help. I was able to get my new phone up and running along with my TikTok account being set up properly.
