I went into this store after my Sprint Google Pixel 3 phone screen cracked and my Sprint Google Pixel 3 phone started acting up. None of the Sprint stores in the area were open b/c of Covid and I was very confused about the merge with Sprint and T Mobile. After doing some research online I bought a used Google Pixel phone thinking it would work on the Sprint and T Mobile network. When I came into the store I was greeted by Taaha, a friendly T Mobile customer service/sales representative. From the moment Taaha started explaining details about the Sprint-T Mobile merge, I knew right away he will be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable regarding my phone issues. Taaha was able to efficiently and effectively migrate me over to T Mobile even with facing some software and technical issues that were out of his control. After all the systematic issues, he worked very hard and deligently to make sure my phone would work on T Mobile and connect to the network. Taaha is an example of professionalism and hard word at its finest. I went in at about 12pm and there was no line. I was helped immediately by Juan and Steven. They were very welcoming and nice. I needed to deactivate one number from my family plan, and apparently that has to be done with customer service rep on the phone and couldn't be done by an agent in store. However, they were very nice and offered to call the service line for me and handed me the phone to speak with the rep after verifying my ID. It was done very quickly and accurately. They also offered me options on saving money even though it wouldn't work on my situation, but I appreciate the thought regardless. read more

I walked in to the store at around 12:00 noon earlier. This lovely young lady named Cinthia was able to help me get my iPad set up with internet service. She was also able to get one my unused lines off my bill. I will be coming back to set up my business account. The whole process didn't take more than 20 minutes. I do appreciate the prompt service. Outstanding service from Robert on a Saturday, no less. I carefully considered which T-Mobile store to go to, as the last thing I want is to do is waste my time standing around. In the past, I have gone to their stores in Orange and Santa Ana and was required to place my name on a list to be called upon. Not today!!! The minute my son opened the door we were greeted by a very friendly, "Welcome to T-Mobile" that just set a positive tone for our shopping experience. We were immediately assisted without any wait. Incredible! And thank you! Robert was extremely attentive and responsive to my son's need to replace his stolen phone. His friendly personality, smile and quick work made us feel like a priority. When I explained that my own phone had a cracked glass cover purchased from T-Mobile, Robert noticed that the phone was insured and informed me that my glass cover would be replaced for free today.
