I bought Samsung A53 and accessories - all cost was a $239.33. Invoice #88593. On July 11 2022, I returned the A53 phone case, by 1st class track mail; because it didn't have a kick stand. According to tracking info on USPS.COM, The metro store on Cedar Ave received the item and put back in their inventory. When I called the lied they never received it. They did not offer me the refund $24; plus I used $6 to send the mail. BE CAREFUL OF THIS METRO STORE ON CEDAR AVE, APPLE VALLEY MN. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IN A HEART BIT.

I tried to get out of my contract because I needed a more robust system - they refused saying, "If we let all of our unhappy customers out of their contracts, we wouldn't have any business." Seriously! So then they talk me into a new system that's supposed to solve my issues - and it's supposed to cost me $100 less per month - but of course that isn't true either. It actually costs $100 more per month - AND I had to buy new phones and pay installation fees AND they even charged me an early termination fee for the old system!!! But they got a new 3 year contract out of me by doing that (which I asked them to waive - they said sure - but my agreement still says 3 years). I'm telling you - DO NOT do business with CBeyond. I won't even rate them 1 star. I feel that they have been completely dishonest in their dealing with me and unfortunately I'm stuck with them for three more long years. A bunch of con artists...
