I was assured that I did not have to change my phone service to receive the back to school promo for my sons phone. I asked multiple times to be sure and was assured that I would automatically get this phone for $99. Well of course I got the 1st bill and I did not receive the credit. I went into the store and he actually did own up to it and assured me it was now taken care of. I get my next bill and of course it still wasn't taken care of. I called the 800 and was told there was no record of it being handled. I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible. Thank God I did not go in this coming weekend and get the 3 new phones that I was planning on buying. They lost a lot of money for having such horrible customer service. Clearly they do not care at all about their customers or holding their employees accountable for what they tell customers. He was very knowledgeable and when the transfer didn't work out he had a Plan B ready to go. Being a Saturday, the store got very busy. He and the other employee handled everyone with efficiency. While doing that, he regularly checked on the progress of my data transfer (which took a long time). I would go to Quintez with any phone issue and highly recommend him to others.

I went with this place because they gave her best case and worse case senario. Other cell phone stores just gave her worse case senario deal. They repaired my phone and even got it back same day. It ended up costing my only $148.50. Way less than what other stores quoted. This store was very polite and gave me what issues I may run in to. It's works perfect no issues. Saved me from having to buy a new phone. Will use again for future cell phone repairs. Gave a five star rating becuase I'm happy and my daughter in law said she didn't feel pressured or taken advantage off. That goes a long way for me.

While I believe the prices are a bit high, the quality of the work was satisfactory. The next time I went in there, I was trying to get my phone unlocked. I explained to them it had not been paid off, but I was promised that it could still be unlocked. I prepaid which was a HUGE mistake on my part. I was told a card had to be ordered and would take 1-2 weeks. Time went by, and I stopped in several times. Long story short, my phone is still not unlocked and I'm out my $100. The owner kept putting me off and asking for more time, which i gave him, because what else could I do? He kept offering alternative solutions to unlocking my phone, because obviously whatever he was currently trying wasn't working. I asked for my money back after about two months of this, and he asked for my receipt. I explained I had filled out a receipt with my information but had paid in cash and not received a receipt from the cash register. He went on about how I couldn't get a refund because I didn't have a receipt. I went back another day when another employee was working (an employee that liked me) and went through the recept book and found both copies of mine (white and pink). He had never given me mine (I obviously took mine). I filed a complaint with the mall about Cellphonia, but I was told, while they can talk to the owner and encourage him to refund me, they cannot force him to do anything. Needless to say, I won't be back.
