customer service here is terrible. whoever is as working an hour before closing did not get any to work. i went in looking for help and they said they couldn't help me in store and to call the customer service number. I called and they said I needed to go in store. i told them i just left from in store and they told me that I had to do it in person. The representative on the phone told me there is no way they wouldn't have been able to help me with this issue in store. The associates either are poorly trained or did not to help me. I will be escalating this as high as I can because I went into the store twice seeking help only to be turned away both times. I was hesitant to come into this store due to the reviews, but decided to give them a shot as I was already close by. I'm glad I did. I went inside because I wanted to inquire on a new tablet, but wasn't sure of the pricing and how it would work. Eder was great at helping me figure out my options and what was available. Unfortunately, the tablet I wanted wasn't available, so we placed an order and Eder set me up to be ready once I receive it. We went in with hope. Came out 5 months later in disaster. We went with them with the thought they took care of the other service provider you are with. Well that's half true . They got our service disconnected but didn't do the buy out transaction. That's up to us. Which we didn't know. Truthfully this deserved Zero Stars! As a loyal customer w/ T-Mobile, this recent experience made me second guess my judgement to continue business. I have the "Jump Plan" known as Jump On Demand (J.O.D.) We received our text messages to upgrade our iPhone 11 Pro Max before 4/6/2022 which we did & it became a frustrating nightmare. My relative went to the T-Mobile store in Menifee, CA on Monday 4/4/2022 but they were closed so she went to another location in Lake Elsinore on the same day. I will just say that the T-Mobile store in Lake Elsinore ruined everything I had with my plan/ coverage through this company. The guy stated their system froze & the hold should take 24hrs to be released after he started the upgrade process. This also still shows a new phone on my line that we do not have/ possess. This caused my relative to go through hurdles to get any resolution. She went to another location in Temecula, CA on 4/5/2022 who at their store tried to help but were unsuccessful. My relative who is on my plan missed her chance to upgrade her phone but I as the primary account holder for our plans was told that they billed it & there is nothing they can do. So now I have to pay off the phone on my next bill cycle but was told the phone was already paid off. Was given options to change my plan to receive the upgrade but when I tried to pay off the phone they said I was unable to since it was already billed, was told that my plan was not the JOD anymore but will now have to wait until the phone is halfway paid off before upgrading unlike before upgrading in 30 days, could not get the upgrade, was told false hopes & promises that they can fix it. This situation has yet to be resolved & I feel that T-Mobile does not live up to their standards. Somehow I am still financially responsible for an error that was caused through their end not ours. Highly disappointed & dissatisfied with how this was poorly managed. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. Service is very slow and they only care about their commission so any other service than buying lines don't bother. Very poorly managed. Suggestion: act like you are going to buy lines from them and make a good deal just to get their interest for them to help you but in the end just ask them what you really need after like a Sim card change or whatever. Alot of lazy businesses in lake Elsinore and they barely work full hours. They closed the store 30 min. Early one night to stop customers from coming in. TMobile should strip the license from the company who franchises this store. It's not a real TMobile store. We went into the store so that they could check the phone because it hadn't been getting any in or out going calls or texts. Their was 5 people just standing around. One of the associates started to help us and she was checking out the phone and looking into my account and then she got a personal call and she was talking to that person while she was helping us. That was unprofessional, I couldn't believe how she thought that was okay. Unprofessional employees work at that store. Terrible customer service. I called tmobile and they eventually sent me a new phone to my address and only charged me $5 when these idiots wanted me to go thru warranty and pay a claim when there was no physical damage or get a new phone which is their ultimate goal. If I could give a negative rating, I would. T-Mobile has made my family and I miserable and stressed. Not only do we NOT get service in our own home now, but they won't even help with a solution to resolve the issue. They train their employees to pass the issue on and on and on, until someone ends up telling you to figure it out yourself! Furthermore, T-Mobile wouldn't even help my 82 year old mom to transfer her SIM card from Sprint to T-Mobile - She was told to use the instructions that were sent to her. Frontier tv is worse that Spectrum. I have experienced over a year with both services. Frontier is not worth the abundance of break downs. And lacks Decent Programming. Worst day ever because of this store. My husband and I came in to add a brand new line to my account. You would think that it would be simple and easy and we would be done in 30 mins or so. Not the case. First of all this is not a corporate TMobile. They are a reseller store. They get paid on what products they sell not on the actually service. My husband wanted a phone that was a 951 area code. They said he has to be assigned to a 858 number first and then they can switch to an 951. Well instead of switching the 858 number to 951, they switched my number to the 951. So now my phone number doesn't work. When I asked george what happened, they said TMobile did it wrong. He said he would get it fixed right away. My husband didn't like the fact that the messed up the number and there was other various problems (pushing sales we didn't want, employees checking out girls from across the street and ignoring customers, loud music in the store that you couldn't hear what anyone was saying) so he decided to take back the phone and give his business to a different TMobile store. In the mean time I called customer service to make sure the problem was solved with my phone and they said that nothing was in the works to get my number changed, even though George said he took care of it. Back at the store, the "manager" literally laughed in my husbands face for asking for his phone back and refusing to pay restocking fee. Him and George went into the back room to call the general manger. They spent a while back there and they came back and didn't say a word or look at my husband. Just started typing on the computer in front of him. My husband then asked what was going on and he said we aren't charging you the stocking fee in a snappy attitude. Gave us our receipt and then left. Now we are ready to go find another TMobile store and all of a sudden my phone has NO SERVICE. They cancelled my phone when my husband returned his phone. I have now gone to an actual TMobile store in menifee and 4 1/2 hours later. Both my husband and I have my phone but I still have to wait till Monday to get my phone back because of the mess this store made on my account. Moral of the story: don't go here. Got a replacement iPhone for a defective one this morning after a three day wait. I was informed by T Mobile technical service it would first be overnighted to our home. :-( !! I picked the phone this morning. Took 45 minutes and a I was the only one in the store. The staff claimed the safe was having issues, then later they blamed the POS system for not registering the IMEI number of the replacement. Headed phone with a working phone. When I got home the phone prompted for an updated to the current iOs of 10.2. When it updated the phone flashed the apple symbol. I put it into the recover mode on the computer. Then it got stuck on the iPhone cable with a itunes symbol and computer stated unknown errors. I repeated my attempts several times to no avail. I called TMobile tech support. We went there the same steps and they said I had to goto the T-Mobile store. I did. I walked in. Told them about the issue, explained how frustrated I was about the whole issue. They scanned the IMEI number and informed me it was not registering in the POS system. They then said sorry but you'll have to goto the Apple Store. No apologies, no options given, and a rude tone. I'm in the fourth day of no phone. I will never grace a T Mobile store again. I got more customer service from AT&T. One stop care. No bull pucky like T Mobile gave. I'm pulling our four phones and relaying this issue to my friends, relatives, co-workers, and whom-ever maybe reading this review. I came here looking to get away from Verizon and wanted more information on a promotion that tmobile has where they will pay your contract cancellation fees. Steve gave me all the answers I needed and got me switched into a plan that works for me with my same phone number and the same phone I had traded in. I paid nothing out of pocket. Steve is one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever encountered, he was very patient when I asked the same questions twice and even helped me to make sure I got everything off my old phone onto my new phone. I have never experienced this level of excellent customs service whenever I had to deal with Verizon. If you're stuck with Verizon and thinking of switching I recommend tmobile! I love having a brand new iPhone 5c with unlimited data! And Steve was awesome, he deserves a raise :) read more

This store is flat-out understaffed and the staff that is there should make more of an effort to provide quality customer service. If there are people in line, they should have multitasked and asked what each person was there for when they came in.
