What an amazing staff! My Samsung S10 Plus died. Yes I had a Samsung 10. I loved it. When it died I was apoplectic. I was worried that the new Samsungs would confuse me. Not so! I got a 26 plus and couldn't be happier. It wasn't just the purchase of the new phone It was the staff. Daniel was amazing. Very patient with me. Explain to me how everything works. Couldn't ask for a better manager. But it didn't end with him. I can't remember the other gal's name but she was amazing when I came in totally confused about what my phone was doing. Zeyad acted like a pompous ass when I asked him why he was trying to charge me over $600 for a trade in and shoes him my $184 charge that Verizon stated was my amount to pay if I wanted to trade in my phone. He said "I can only see what the computer says and if you don't believe me come around and look for yourself". I said if I hasent done my research and paid you the $600 then what. He said do you want to get the phone or not. I was so put off by his attitude I said never mind and proceeded to leave. I did turn around and ask for his managers name and number and he said you can find it online. I have never had such a terrible experience in this store. I've been with Verizon for over 30 years and been going to this store for over 7 and I will never be going back. I feel like he would have taken my money and ran and never thought twice. REPRESENTATIVES ARE LIARS. DONT GO HERE. I went here to add one phone line. The representative told me if I added 3 lines (to have a total of 4) I would save money and my bill would be cheaper. I also had a deal from Planet Fitness to get a new iPhone 15 for FREE with a new line. First: she gave me the iPhone 15 but I'm being CHARGED for it. Second: she told me my bill would have a "slight" increase for the activation fees. My bill is almost $500 this month. My regular bill is $120-&140 normally. She said my bill with the bundled lines would be $130, I was just told my standard bill will now be $228! So she lied about the iPhone 15 price, lied about what my monthly bill would be, and lied about a "slight" increase for activation fees. DONT GO HERE read more

We had already purchased our phones outright and were taking advantage of a promotion they were having. We wanted the $45 dollar plan with NO insurance or anything else added on. COme to find our a few days later WE WERE LIED TO! We were signed up for the MOST EXPENSIVE PLAN with insurance and every fee this person, Laderrick A, could think of. I suppose he thought we were rich or don't do our research. I don't know. He gave us all dirty looks and smiled while he lied to my husband. We are working with Verizon to get this fixed AND EVEN SO we might just drop Verizon and switch to AT&T just because we feel so violated. read more

Sunday, day after Christmas driving home from my daughter's in Fallbrook when I notice my phone charge is down to nothing! So I stop and run into Verizon, I can't risk being without my phone I still have an hour to go. I enter the store and get the nicest greeting from an employee who is helping a couple with the purchase of a new phone. I notice he's the only one on the floor. Talk about exceptional customer service! He kept me engaged and the two additional people who came in. My wait? 5 minutes at the most, Ricardo "employee extraordinaore", managed to help me while he was closing the sale and signaled additional help. Although he had a mask on I saw him smile!!! Was told I would get $100 for a trade in phone (almost new). I hadn't gotten any discount on 2 billing cycles, so I called. They said it "wasn't put into the system" and they would "investigate". 4 months later I get told that I would receive $4 per month for 2 years as a discount. I traded in two phones for a business line - we were told by Jorge that we would get accredited $400 for our trade in phones - which we never received. After calling Verizon and showing up to the store multiple times we finally got through to the manager Dwayne Allen who apologized for not giving us the money and said he would accredit our account that day. Well our account never got accredited and when I asked Dwayne for a receipt he sent me one that said CASH on it - we definitely were never given CASH or accredited on our account. On top of this all we asked to be signed up on a unlimited everything plan. Turns out they failed to mention our watch wasn't unlimited causing us to pay overages until we figured out why. All I wanted was the money we were promised. What a disappointment. We now are hundreds down the drain because of the fraudulent activity of this store. read more

Need to give an even lower review for FRAUD! I went in to get a phone for my mother whose phone had stopped working on December 19, 2020. I explained to John A that the phone was going to be used just for phone calls, as she doesn't text, email or take pictures and thus I wanted a simple phone. He was adding items to our purchase, but he kept saying they would be free/heavily discounted or in the case of the phone insurance, I would just pay for the 1 month, then it would be free after that - which didn't sound right. Information was transferred at the cost of $19.99. He didn't tell us the cost up front, just said he was transferring the data - which consisted of old text messages that included some pictures and addresses which I could have done by logging into her google account. Without saying the price, he placed the clear glass $39.99 and case $34.99 on the phone - hard to return these items now. OUTRIGHT FRAUD - **John A lied about the Verizon Protect $17/monthly (the higher of two insurance options) which I had to cancel. **John A added the $2.99/monthly for a Premium Visual Voice Mail without authorization **John A fraudulently changed my entire plan (6 phones) to Start Unlimited and 2 phones to PlayMore Unlimited 5G. We did not discuss this, nor did he have authorization to do this and today (after checking my bill) I switched back to the unlimited plan. Verizon says that as GoWireless made the charges, they can not issue a credit - so I will be billed from the date of change up until the time I cancelled. What I learned - GoWireless sells Verizon phones, but is a separate company. Deal with only authentic Verizon stores not GoWireless. I left a complaint message and after two weeks, GoWireless has not responded. read more

Seemed friendly enough on the phone, quoting prices but I found better deals elsewhere When I finally did come down for a different issue the store had about 6 rough looking young men inside, I assumed were about to steal phones. I was shocked to see them walk into the back office when they saw me. The two guys who stayed at the counter pulled up my account and then acted visibly insulted that I didn't buy phones from them. They pressed me about "what you should have done" so much I had to tell them to stop. They were just supposed to fix my service that day but instead: 1. ran my credit without my knowing 2. increased my bill $250 3. gave me incorrect advice about my order which caused another billing issue and 4. kept me in the store over an hour to do all of this. My fiance and i switched from tmobile in hopes of better service we knew verizon was a little more expensive and we were okay with that but they told us we would get a 500 dollar verizon gift card when we switched our phones in and started two new lines and not one time did they tell us we needed to do anything online in order to get those gift cards and not to mention we had to pay off our phones with tmobile about 1000 dollars and we still have yet to see those gift cards months later this verizon is the worst they have no idea what theyre doing they just talk around solutions going in circles getting you no where read more

Extremely satisfying experience at this location versus the one off collier ave. I have to give 5 stars to Tony Dixon, the assistant store manager. He was informative, polite, and all around excellent with customer service! I honestly didn't see myself walking into any gowireless store again after my bad experience with Jyrome at the Collier Ave. location.. I also contemplated on switching my entire family over to Tmobile because they had great deals for family plans. BUT I made the decision to try out GoWireless once more because they too, had great deals going on. Tony helped me out so much, I can't thank him enough. I walked in there thinking I was going to try and take advantage of the online promotion I saw on Verizon.com about getting a FREE LG G3 along with a Gpad. Tony quickly informed me not to go that route and found a BETTER deal for me! I got a FREE LG G3 with a FREE Samsung Tab S! It would've been the same thing except, I got the better tablet! This is something main verizon wouldn't have told me. I am soooooooooooooo happy and grateful for this amazing deal! Way to make this pregnant lady happy Tony! The Manager is shady and put down on my reciet that I bought a smart watch when I got a phone. Gave me the worst run around with returning my phone that I just bought because he did that. Spent hours on the phone with corporate trying to correct the issue. The store wanted me to deal with corporate and corporate wanted me to deal with the store and have them handle it. All together it was the worst experience of my life . I got out of Verizon and moved to T-Mobile because they were so incompetent. Just left this store. They had a few people waiting, I went to ask the Boy behind the counter (supposedly on the phone with his manager) about how long the wait was. Instead of giving me a time he pointed to a seated gentlemen and said he's next. Still trying to get a time frame i started to ask again but the boy jumped down my throat saying "you jumped in front of these people!" I said forget it we'll go somewhere else, as I left I heard him say something...upon re-entering I asked to speak with the manager, he said the call was on his personal phone, so he wouldnt let me talk to him. So i asked for his managers number. He wouldn't give it to me, told to come back when manager is there. I have never received such rudeness and disregard for basic customer service. If there was less then one star VERIZON GO WIRELESS WOULD'NT EVEN HAVE THAT! Mid June of 2016 my mom and I went to Verizon go wireless in Lake Elsinore at the 31700 Grape St. location and was assisted by salesman Brian. He sold me on the Samsung Galaxy because of this special promotion that was going on. Trade your phone for a Galaxy and get a free 32 in flat screen Samsung. And if you traded two phones you would get a 50 in flat screen. He also mentioned that if I am with another provider Verizon would buy me out of my contract. I told him I hadn't paid my bill yet and he said that Verizon would pay it off. Also Brian convinced me I would pay less than I did with my service provider, which was AT&T and I was paying a little over $100 a month. So I traded in my Iphone 6 plus and got a Galaxy 7 edge. My mom traded in my dad, brother, and her phones in as well and everyone got a Galaxy in return for the trade. Brian told us to immediately go home and follow the steps in order to get the free TV promo. The steps were to send photos of the receipt and bar code which me and my mom did right away. First issue I had was the day I was making the phone trade I asked Brian several times how much my first bill would be so I know what to expect and he kept changing the subject and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I should have taken that as a red flag right away. At first he told me I would be leaving the store only paying $60 fee for activation. But I ended up leaving that day paying $130. He offered other free items like wireless headphones, a wireless charger, a port charger, the jet pack and the hum. He told me all these items were complimentary to cover the costs of my iphone that I traded in which had a value for over $700. He did mention the two devices would have an additional $5 and $10 dollar monthly charge but he didn't disclose any more fees. He told me I was leaving paying $130 because of taxes and my cell phone activation fee. When I received my first bill it was over $300. Which was only 2-3 weeks after trading the phone to begin with. So I went back to the Verizon go wireless store to inquire on why my bill was so much. I spoke with Brian and he didn't really answer my question or give me an explanation instead left me feeling more confused when I was when I arrived. I went back home to over look my bill again and still things didn't add up. If I paid $130 for taxes or activation service fees the day I traded my phone why was I being charged again for additional service fees? There was a $40 activation fee for my phone which I thought I paid the day I made the trade and $40 each for the other devices. Brian did not disclose that there would be these fees. And since I didn't agree to that I tried to return the devices but realized I was trapped in a 2-year commitment or forced to pay hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees. Already frustrated with the situation I kept coming back to speak with the other manager because apparently Brian the guy that was assisting us was promoted and given his own store in Hemet. The other manager apologized and promised to help me. He told me he would reverse the activation fees for the extra devices but not my phone, which I agreed, would be acceptable. My bill lowered a little but when I got my most recent bill it was over $500! I have only been with this service for less than 4 months and have experienced the most horrific time ever. My mom is also upset about her bill because they keep over charging. In fact this last time I saw my bill I had to contact Verizon to get a better understanding of what was going on. The last women I spoke to was the most helpful all 4 months I have been with this service. She was taking her time to help me understand why my bill was so high. But to her surprise my bill didn't add up. In fact the most suspicious thing we discovered was that I was being charged an installment fee to pay off my phone I have now. Which is funny if we have paid this installment fee for the past 4 months of usage then why did we have to trade in our phones? Where did our phones go if they weren't used as a trade? I need this addressed immediately. I still haven't even received my Samsung flat screen TV. My mom did already and I keep getting emails saying that my info is invalid. What else am I missing? Verizon has not been keeping their word and now things have got way out of hand. This is an outrage. I will have to take further action if nothing gets resolved IMMEDIATELY. I honestly prefer giving compliments then Criticism but I have a bad Experience here. I bought a iphone with Line/service here back in 2017 and so the worker here told me I had 14 days to return it in case I didn't like it and so I honestly didn't like it after nine days so I came to return the phone with the line and so they said my line was canceled since I returned it within the 14 day grace period, six months later I see that I've been getting charge for that line for the past 6 months which came up to a $500 dollar bill with out even having the phone, I guess they didn't know how to cancel my line correctly and so that's why they billed me. It's already 2 years but I've yet to have gotten this issue fixed And since I didn't pay the bill I got put into collections and I go like every week to see if they can fix it and cancel the bill to get me off collections and they always tell me the same thing, "we'll take care of it" but they still haven't taken care of it. I was trying to buy my son a Car for his Birthday but unfortunately this ruined my credit and I was able to qualify for a loan. I hope they fix this read more

After conning me into a samsung instead of an iphone i went in to buy, some of the information pertaining to the offer, that should have, but was never given to me has now accounted for hours of hold on the phone, still unresolved. I have been given the run-around all day. I called corporate as well and no help, first they hung up on me, then they sent me to verizon wireless for some reason. My issue is still unresolved and now they want me to waste more time and contact samsung directly because their store forgot to mention important details about my purchase and the offer tied to it. Once they make the sale you are on your own. STAY AWAY! Save yourself the trouble and go to a real verizon store. Remember, they dont make money off of helping you, so they dont. So as you could have guessed, a month and a half has gone by, and no tv. I keep getting the run around, keep being told that i will receive a call and the day comes and goes and i have to call back. To yet again be told the same thing. Numerous unanswered phone calls. I call back again today and i am told that they cant serve me because the new iphone came out, so obviously they are more interested in making a dollar than serving a customer. I texted the guy i am suppose to be dealing with and i am now being told that they are trying to get me bill credits. Do you think that will amount to anything close to the cost of a tv? I dont! I visited the Verizon store in lake Elsinore on 9/8 and was extremely impressed. My sister and I were greeted promptly by a man named Brandon and a woman named Christine. Christine helped us through obtaining a new phone for my sister in very short notice. She was flying back home where there is not a Verizon store near her. She worked so hard to get her the phone upgrade that she wanted and needed within the short time frame. Both Brandon and Christine were extremely friendly and prompt in their service. As a manager myself, I know that this is extremely hard to find. They also answered all of my questions while I waited in terms of my interest in switching from my current provider to Verizon. I asked plenty of questions and they were so patient. Great service, friendly staff, I'll be back! read more

If you need any kind of help with your account, plan, etc and don't want to be stuck on hold for half your life with customer service, DO NOT come to this location. There is only ONE employee out of 3 who actually does any work here, I don't know names so unfortunately I have to go off race. The one good employee I'm referring to is a very polite African American man. He is usually always busy though since, like I said, he is the only one who actually does any work. If you must come to this location, wait for him. Both times I came to this location seeking help as kind of a last chance for Verizon to keep me as a customer I had to deal with a very rude and lazy young Hispanic man, he's always slouched over and never stands up straight to greet or help customers so I couldn't see his name tag, and asking him his name probably would have been asking too much. The only thing he seems to know how to do or is willing to do is tell you "I can't help you, you have to call customer care", this is said not to you, but to the counter as he won't even bother to stand up straight or look at you. Verizon could save themselves a lot of money by replacing him with a cardboard cut out. I went to a verizon store in Murrieta off of Clinton Keith and while they couldn't help me they at least TRIED. I would suggest visiting that location even if it's out of your way because coming here for anything other than getting a phone would be an epic waste of your time. My few experiences here at this location were more than enough to finalize my decision to leave Verizon for good. Nobody should pay so much money a month to be treated this way. read more

Seriously the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Literally every employee in the store (even those on lunch break) was trying to help me. My situation was a little complicated and they did not huff or puff once. They all just genuinely wanted to help and they worked hard and tried until they got my issue resolved and made sure I left the store a happy woman. And they did all of this with a great attitude and a smile on their face! I drove an hour to get to this store and I was prepared for a miserable experience which I had just had with the San Bernardino location but I had just the opposite.
