They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. He wanted me to come back and get the phone later on, and I explained that I was not from the area and would not be able to return. I asked him for a refund so I could go elsewhere and get my phone fixed. He declined and said no refunds. I understand that I may need to be a little inconvenienced, but since you could not do the job after two tries, I should receive my money back.
