This last Friday, I experienced the absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I'm not the type of person to write negative reviews but this 100% warrants one. I went into this location to buy an Apple Watch to add to my phone plan, and essentially was told there was no difference between the SE and series 7 aside from a blood O2 monitor, which I didn't need. I asked about cases, durability etc/ stressed that I work in a physical job and am concerned about breaking the thing etc. over and over I was reassured that the only difference between the two models was this monitor I didn't need. Fast forward two days and I come to find out that the slightly more expensive series 7 is MUCH more durable/ dust resistant. Both features I absolutely would've purchased if I'd been informed they existed. I call the store to ask about exchanging the watch and am told that their system is down, so they can't do it today, and there will be a restocking fee if I come in Monday (I can't because I'll be at work, and I'm leaving for a business trip next weekend so the exchange basically isn't gonna happen) . Lol unbelievable. This business needs to train their employees on the products they're selling. This location is obviously a poorly run franchise location and I'm gonna be kicking myself in the butt for not just going to a corporate store/ and/ or Apple store until this thing gets broken at work or HOPEFULLY makes it till it's paid off and I can get a different model. DON'T GO HERE EXPECTING ANY CONSULTATION ON WHAT YOU SHOULD BUY. read more

I would recommend this location to everyone! Sean was the gentleman who helped me upgrade from my VERY old 5c to the 7plus. I know close to nothing about the new phones and he didn't rush me at all and answered all of my questions. All of the staff was great! Horrible customer service!!! I gave them cash to start service but had to cancel and they refused to give my money back!! They said you can get the money back in 24 hours without questions?? 4 days later still can't get money back!!! The manager, Jennifer said the her drawer doesn't have enough cash to give me back and she told me to go to another T-Mobil store 35 miles away. Sad !! She couldn't reach her boss !! Awesome salesperson by the name of Christian. Ported my partner's phone from horrible ATT. Due to ATT's ineptitude, the porting took two days. Christian was very patient and explained each step of the process. His problem-solving skill ported the phone in no time. Now we're both enjoying the 55+ plan. Yay for being older! read more

T-Mobile on Center Ave., Martinez, CA has the most efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient staff. My husband and I were trying to switch our phone service and get the best possible deal at T-Mobile. We came in to upgrade and get the IPhone bogo promo. Liz and Keenan were super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable. We were extremely happy with their service. Would recommend this location over any other because of excellent customer service. We didn't have to wait at all. Liz helped us as soon as we got in the store. I went into the store today and was so happy with the service I received. the manager Alyx was so helpful. iwasnt sure if I wanted a Samsung or a I phone I loved my Samsung that I have had for years but after going over different features I ended up with the I phone. my experience dealing with Alyx and his associate Aquella was so easy and so informative. I have been to other T Mobil stores and wasn't pleased with the quality of service. I will be back for all of my phone needs. Bought an iPhone there yesterday. Overall was a decent visit but the wait was super long and nobody else was there. The woman who helped me had "apprentice" on her name tag so I assumed she was still training. She was really nice once the tablet started acting up during the purchase but my problem with the other one there. His name was Ashur and his name tag said "retail sales associate" She kept asking him to help to speed up the process and he was on his phone the whole time and kept rolling his eyes every time she requested help. Funny thing is that he was playing a game the whole time. Then he answered a call he got on his cell phone and started talking and laughing with someone I assume is a family/friend. Once she kept asking to help with the tablet he went into the back like his personal calls are way more important than doing his job. It's sad that there are people that lazy working at this t mobile let alone with a trainee. What could've been a fairly quick trip took almost an hour because of this. read more
