You are forced to fight your way through a totally unintelligent AI that cannot understand simple requests and keeps looping you back to nowhere. If you're lucky enough to reach the phone system, you're rewarded with horrible sound quality they probably call music, constantly interrupted by lame advertising. It's exhausting. You lose patience, time, and goodwill long before you ever reach a human being. Geek Squad was once a reason to trust Best Buy. Today, even scheduling help feels like an endurance test. I gave up, not because the problem was hard, but because the system is broken. Very disappointing. This is not customer service anymore. This is customer avoidance.

The second person came shortly afterwards and answered all of our questions about the deals with getting a new phone. She also replaced the SIM card of my husband's phone and it's working better. Our phones are old and we are ready to get new ones and they had a good deal on them. Problem is I have too many pics on my phone and need to take care of that. I would feel very comfortable purchasing our new phones from this location bc of their excellent customer service.

I felt misinformed by this "rude" store manager! The Good: I called 611 from my car in the parking lot of the store and worked with a service tech who promptly and professionally resolved the issue. I was grateful to have my phone fixed and thanked him tremendously for a job well done. I then told the tech about my encounter with the store manager and asked if he could look up the information about the service fee. After several moments he came back and said it was false. I was disappointed and asked that they look into this matter closely so customers are not misinformed. I have been a customer at AT&T for over 20 years and never had problems with customer service.
