So I checked my account and sure enough I was signed up and going to be charged for these unwanted services on my next bill. I canceled them, waited a day, checked my estimated next bill and saw the upgrade charge in there. I looked through all of the documents in my account, all of my emails from Verizon and could not find a receipt for payment made. I called what I thought was the store I went to, got an off-site representative and after answering many questions and explaining the issue, finally received a receipt my email. *My final opinion and advice - watch out and triple check everything!!!!

When I used to have T-Mobile as my carrier it was always convenient because I was just run here and Make a Payment on my way home. And it's right next to my favorite nail salon. But what turned me away from this particular store was the customer service the quality of the products and the inconvenience I should say. So one month into purchasing the phone cover and the mag safe charger both of them broke! One of the T-Mobile employees proceded you tell me that you only have 14 days to make a return and I need to contact Apple themselves to request new items even though it was a manufacturedy effect I purchased them through T-Mobile and these things broke it's not like I didn't like them it's not like it didn't work for me he's literally broke within one month I spent over $131 here and a cover in the charger I got ripped off. And now I'm stuck with a broken phone cover which now chipped the corner of my iPhone because of the crappy cover And then they kinetic POS charger that doesn't work whatsoever! Never again!

My appointment was set for the day they moved their store to the local Meijer. I showed up and the only tech there took care of me (I had called earlier also) and took care of me as he should of. Found out my only issue was the electrical outlet I was using for my charger. Not my phone, my new charger or lightning cable. Nothing of mine. Took care of me as quickly as it was to observe, took care of me as a regular client and charged me appropriately. Will for sure go back after my experience with the tech and manager.

We have a Best Buy Geek Squad service and after diagnostic work, we were told that a $450-500 repair was needed. This business offered the same repair for $150. They stated they would test the part before installing and if it did not do the trick, their labor would be $75. They also recommended a battery replacement, while the work was being completed, as mine was borderline after 3-years use. The cost of the battery would have been $75. We had checked with a non-certified Apple T-mobile store who offered us $200 on a replacement phone. Had that been our best option, I would have paid the $225 to fix my current phone (which worked well other than the charging port issue). The Pod Drop also recommended we check with a T-mobile certified Apple Store to see if there was a better deal on a new phone. We did just that and chose to turn in the phone and receive a new phone at no cost, with some tweaks to our plan that did not change the monthly payment. Returned to The Pod Drop to pick up the phone and turn it in to T-mobile. The staff were honest, informative and professional. For this interaction, they did not make a cent, yet they earned a loyal family-customers. We will return to them for all-things cellular. Noticed some good pricing on phone cases and other accessories too. I will be calling their store to check on stock and prices before ordering from Amazon or another big box store. Really appreciate small businesses like this.
