My family and I went to this T-Mobile store today to upgrade 1 phone, but ended up upgrading 2. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Bryan. We had a couple of questions and since we weren't planning on upgrading the 2nd phone, we also had to transfer everything and that took some time. We were in the store for a total of ~2 hours and the entire time, Matt, Bryan, and Ryon were very helpful and informative. There are other T-Mobile stores closer to me, but we will definitely keep going to this location from now on. read more

Switched from Verizon (after many years) to T-Mobile - decided to go on a family members plan in order to save money. Also purchased a IPhone 7. I went in for info first, was helped by Chris, he was nice & took his time to explain some details, however he kept looking at his watch as if to say "if you are not going to buy, you are wasting my time." Went back the next day and since Chris wasn't there, dealt with Luis. Do not deal with Luis! He seemed bored & bothered with the sale. I left the store without him helping me to set up anything, I mean anything on the new phone. I had to get on the phone with Apple from home for over an hour to help sync information, bring all previous info from old phone over. Then come to realize my voice mail had never been set up & I've been missing voice messages (found out because of emails from my boss). I had to call TMobile directly (more time wasted) and have them set it up on their end. Also, the $150 master card rebate promised to me was never provided, the form nor the info to process that, so now I have to go back to the store to get that. Hoping they don't give me a problem requesting what they were supposed to give me with the purchase. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. They never had me sign in, they just told me they'd be with me shortly. I waited for 25 minutes without being acknowledged again, and there were 5 other people waiting who also remained Unacknowledged. I had no clue as to who was in line in front of me. Completely Clueless! This is not a company owned store. The people here will tell you one thing, only to find out that it really doesn't work that way with T-mobile. Stay away from here. I bought my wife a new phone for Christmas. The people in this store told me it would be no problem to switch her phone number to the new phone........ WRONG! Long and Ugly story short - they trapped us in a no-win situation, and we had to cancel her old phone number! Idiots! If the people in the store had a clue as to their company policies, this monster headache could have been avoided. Did I say Idiots? Maybe just one more time for good measure...... I went into the store with plenty of questions since I was cancelling ATT which I've had since the first iPhone came out, first spoke to Matt he took his time to explain every little bit of information I requested, second day went in spoke to Bernice again was treated quickly, efficiently and she confirmed every bit of info I had gotten from Matt. Finally decided to go ahead and go with them after researching many other carriers and plans. Walked in and was serviced by Chris and Gabby who again confirmed all the info I was originally given. Traded in old phones for new ones and will now be paying $140 less monthly than I use to. This team was amazing they all stayed way after 8pm to make sure I got what I needed. Bad customer services and management. I was contemplating switching to t mobile, but decide not to after all, at least not at this store. Waited in que for near half an hour to be served. The staff was very inefficient. There were many people waiting, but some of the people working at the store were just chatting instead of trying to shorten the wait for all customers. They allowed people to cut in even when they registered customers which supposedly qued the line, showing lack of respect for customers time. read more

Steve and Eric are awesome!! I owned a 64gb Nexus before I dropped and cracked the screen. I had a huge issue with assurance with them sending me a 32gb instead of a 64gb after 5 operators and hours on the phone they told me that I was accountable for not checking within the 7 day return period. Got tired of of them went to t-mobile talked to Steve and Eric and told them my situation, they checked my phone, told me I was right, got me a new 64gb phone next day delivery! The employees there are rude! not friendly at all. they have zero personality and half the male employees were ignoring my existence while they were too busy flirting with a female customer. I just needed some help with my phone and they absolutely had no interest in helping me. their customer service is insane. Then there was this woman by the name of Brenda?? that was more then willing to help me and go the extra mile for me. She was so pleasant and friendly and made my experience so much better. that girl needs to run that store and fire all those other idiots. now when i go back i will ONLY deal with her. These guys totally lied to me when I purchased two IPhone 6, they swore to me that as I made payments on the phones that my monthly bill would go down. This is a total lie! I pay about 185 bucks for the service and the monthly payments for the phones, I definitely didn't want to keep this bill so high so I made payments on the phones, after paying about 500 on one of the phones i noticed that my bill hadn't gone down at all, when I called TMobile the rudest person I have ever spoken to pretty much treated me like an idiot and told me until I pay off the phone, my bill would remain as high as it was, so it pretty much sucked to be me. And by the way, TMobile service is the absolute WORST in the Ventura county, I do not get service where I live at all! Needless to say I totally regret letting the guys at this store lie to me and talk me into getting their horrible plans! I usually do my research first but I got played this time! read more

Awful experience. I walked in wanting to do an upgrade. There were two attendants with one customer, another attendant was playing that stupid pokemon go game. It took a good 15 minutes before i was helped. After letting them know i wanted to do an upgrade they started the process. I had to do an insurance claim do to some damage on my phone so they opened a claim for me. Some how the guy had opened 2 claims for the same phone in a matter of 20 minutes and the system would not let them proceed. After an hour and a half of waiting around and them trying to figure out how to fix theyre errors i was told i would not be able to do an upgrade because of what they had done and that i could go back in three days to try again. LIKE I AM REALLY GOING TO RETURN THERE ! now because of what they did assurant thinks i have already done two claims when in reality i have not done a single one. They messed up everything for me and took 1.5 hours of my time to mess everything up and not be able to give me what i walked in for. I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ! i have been with Tmobile for a long time and not even customer service was able to give the attendants a solution. Other people walked in doing upgrades also with no problems what so ever while im there just waiting for nothing but a waste of time. Literally read more
