Carol is the only rude person I've ever encountered ever at T-Mobile. Telling me that I am wrong in how the trade in process works and don't know what I am talking about. Tells me to give her my account log in and password over the phone. I say absolutely not, tell me where I can find what you need and I'll do it, she says you won't find it on your phone, I tell her I'm on a computer and there's no option for a label anywhere. The exact and explicit instructions from T-Mobile stated everywhere including my account, my email, and their own website FAQ state to return the phone to ANY T-Mobile store within 14 days to avoid being charged. No label available necessary. This was confirmed by T-Mobile support that I called after she rudely gave the phone back to my niece who was trying to turn in the phone and stated he's wasting my time, I do these all day and he doesn't know what he's talking about. Really disappointed in her lack of knowledge of her job, her blatant rudeness to both myself and my niece and the audacity to ask me for my account password, and not a security pin, she wanted my full login name and password I would use to log in online. This t Mobil branch is the most convenient branch in my own opinion. Super nice staff and accommodating on every level especially when day to day life is hectic with minimal time to waste. This staff really goes the extra mile to help you get the best plan and things you need to be satisfied. Olivia the store supervisor is super nice and really makes you feel comfortable and makes you wanna come back for any future business or add ons or upgrading etc.. etc.. and my personal experiences with Olivia every time really makes you not want not want to go anywhere else but this branch in Chula Vista. And Wesley and Angelica who I have delt with has gone beyond excellent customer service every time I need something new or information needed each and every time. The good vibes alone makes you wanna keep the same patterns as far as dealing with same branch and staff because they are on top of it with whatever it may be if you need upgrading or any info needed on every aspect of phone service. Two thumbs up for sure with this staff. To make time to write a review sais a lot especially with day to day life where time is very precious. I love this place and will return again and again. Went to the store to add 2 lines to my service. After waiting in line for a while. Employee seem unhappy to help and was only interested on finishing the sale. To every question I had he refered me to call customer service. I guess he did not feel he was doing customer service. read more

This place was a disappointment, they lie to you in your face, I was attempting to buy a phone and after waiting for over 30 min to find out they don't have it, yet they promote it. Anyway they offered to find in another store ....they confirmed in person they found one and would have it the next morning. I showed up and the store had not opened so I figured I forgot to check on that although te employee told me he would be there. I called back before heading out and avoid traffic and yeah turned out the employee that promised me the phone was off .....and then something about oh the phone got sold but we will find you another one....they Called some back to say we couldn't find one but we can order one......And so on ....Nit sure if it's just this store as I read other comments on bad service but this is very disappointing, I have used Verizon for years and never anything like this where they lie to your face in a blunt way and shaking your hand! Then the manager called me to tell me they can't find one .....but can order one....wow why didn't you do that from the beginning??? This story may continue as well as their bad service . This Tmobile store is the best store I have been to. Their customers service is by far is the most exquisite and professional have experienced from any buisness division I have dealt with. There is a representative I dealt with that provided the most genuine customer service have I experienced in years he was patient, informational, an active listener, and the greatest thing is he went above and beyond to help me out. There needs to be more people in the world like this not only in the buisness world, but in your regular every day life. He definitely needs to be recognized and promoted. worst experience ever. so i just switched from at&t after being a customer for 12 yeats with at&t, i might be regretting my decision about joining tmobile! first day i walk in get greeted waited for about 30 mins to get help, i'm a branch logistics manager, in my own world i wanted to manage the place. some of these workers would get done with a customer and go straight to their phone or go talk to the coworker next to them, instead of taking care of the customers! that just pisses me off! shows the lack of respect/ customer service! move on roberta helped me. very nice girl! great with everything! she was fast, to take my id and run my credit picked out two iphone 6plus not a cheap phone! she also told me i would get a 65 instore credit per phone! she totally won me there! im not the type to buy accessories im cheap! so i said alright why not shes telling me i have 65 per phone she even said its a total of 130$ i also turned in an old phone which they deducted 41$ out of the phones. i was only suppose to pay a total of 100$ i ended up paying 200. didnt pay much attention until i got home checked the receipt and there it was she charged my card for all the accessories she said would be instore credit. that pissed me off. i went in the next day waited for 1 hour to get help told me to come back the next because there was no store manager. i went in today knowing that the store manager was in because they had told me he/she would be in today til 6pm. i waited for another hour til i got help by a guy that was telling me he was a manager. but his badge clearly said sales associate! i told him the situation which i had already told him and another girl the day before. and he goes on saying that they dont give no insotore credits thats i would have to wait til roberta came. i asked of he could please go get his store manager because he clearly couldnt help me out! goes in comes back out tells me the manager is on a conference call and to come another day! wtf by now im really fucking pissed! im hoping tomorrow is the last day i go in that place! if they dont help me out im going to return the damn phones back to them and go back to at&t! worst place ever! the team isnt there! theyre too slow! read more
