I was assured that they would be there each time I spoke with them because I was very concerned being that I had a tenant showing up the following day to rent the house. Needless to say they did not show up! My appointment window was 7 to 10:00 a.m. they called The morning of my appointment at 8:30 trying to reschedule because they had someone call in sick. I did all the work necessary to prepare for carpet cleaning such as moving furniture and setting aside the time. They didn't care and they don't deserve your business.

I was also disappointed that there was little effort made to assist with my trade-in. Rather than working with me to find the best solution, I felt pressured toward options that were not in my best interest. Customer service should be about helping customers navigate issues and providing clear information, especially when making a significant purchase like a phone upgrade. Mackenzie was great, he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with the long process of bringing everything fully over to our new phones. Since it's the holiday season, it started to get busy after we arrived so it's best to make an appointment when you can. And also given the season, the stock in phones and colors was very low, like slim pickings. We managed to all get the phones we wanted, but barely haha. Our process was quite long just because of data transfer and the hoops to switch services, but Mackenzie was such a big help. We have no complaints and had a wonderful experience. Verizon Wireless has the WORST Customer Service Department I've ever experienced. The wireless…read morephone service is fine, and internet service is ok. BUT... if there is an issue, good luck in getting it resolved. 1) Customer Service representatives are overseas; 2) Calls to C.S. frequently get dropped, sometimes after 30-45 minutes. I was told more than once that C.S. reps cannot call you back when that happens, but I have had them call me back on occasion, so that statement is not true. 3) I have spent MANY hours and many phone calls trying to get an issue resolved since February of this year. (I estimate 15-20 phone calls, not counting the ones that got dropped where I had to call in again, and i estimate 15-20 hours spent on the phone with them.) STILL NO RESOLUTION!! As a result, they have overbilled me for several months, and trying to get a credit for this so far has been futile. Unfortunately I am locked into an agreement with them but will be cancelling as soon as I'm able.

I ended up not switching my account to them from.T Mobile, and decided not to trade in my old phone for a new one, they offered my $150 less in trade than.T Mobile did. Nice place though.

It took 15 minutes for anyone to come out front The store front was empty and anyone could have come in and stolen all the merchandise. It took 30 minutes for them to get to me. And this is with an appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait longer than walk-ins? I heard a phone ringing. There were two employees and neither answered the phone. I'm sure these young men are good at repairing cellphones, but they don't have a clue about running a store. They probably need one employee to stay out front and answer the phones. I will say that when they finally got around to me, service was good. But I think next time I will support a small local business and not this corporate-owned company. I just felt really ignored. If you do book an appointment here, be prepared to wait a long time.
