New store and mark did an awesome job transitioning my girlfriend's account from Verizon. They did pay off whatever she still owed from verizon and she didn't pay a cent. This store can get busy in the most random days and when we went people kept coming and there were only 2 employees working. Which was mark and some other girl(06/20/2016 from 3pm to 730pm) and these people who kept coming were some what patient enough to wait. But yes this store was great with their costumer service. I want to move my T-Mobile number from an existing 2G SIM to a newer NanoSIM I have for an iPhone. The salesperson insisted that it is not possible since the NanoSIM has been activated before (I have used it for a pre-paid plan last summer). I need to pay $25 for a new SIM kit (W-T-!). I don't believe that a sim cannot be used after it has been activated. I refused to pay $25 for a SIM in store when I already have one. After an hour, I decided to call T-Mobile customer service (611) and ask to move the account from one SIM to another (my "activated" SIM). The customer service agent took care of it without any fuss. 5 mins later, it's all done and I am a happy camper with the number on the iPhone. Seriously, train your salesperson with the right knowledge. I was asked 3 times in the store "is the new SIM activated?" and "your old SIM is too big for the iPhone" ‍ Come on, I am fully aware of the size of the SIMs and that's why I need to move the number from a 2FF sim to a 4FF sim. SIMs can always been re-provisioned. read more

I'm the type person who avoids sales people at all costs. I even bought my car on an app, so imagine, when I want to remove myself from an ex's family phone plan, I went through the whole scenario in my head. Which plan am I going with? What if they say my iPhone 5s is too antique? What if they try to up sell me? I walked in, and a gentleman named Travis gave me the cheapest plan for what I needed. He removed the old SIM card and put in a new one in my phone, and that was it. This guy deserves a raise, a promotion, or whatever management can do to keep him. It was customer service at a whole new level that I have not experienced before at any other Telecom service provider store, whether T-Mobile or AT&T; in fact, definitely not AT&T. Cameron was both knowledgeable as well as politely adept at features and functionalities provide and my entire transaction was the smoothest ever. I came to this store because its convenient and close to me. I'm not a savvy techie into 21st Century gadgets. I'd use a good old rotary coin phone if I have to and had 25 cents on me. No fancy iPhone 8, X-Y-Z, iPads, Samsung Notes for me for sure. I was a little apprehensive and feeling inferior when I walked into this new T-Mobile store, but was quickly put at ease from the moment I walked through the doors. The friendly staff acknowledged my presence it was all-out customer service from that point on. The staff was attentive to my needs, did not try to up-sell me on anything, did not talk to me like I'm a moron or in any condescending way. In fact, the manager and his staff were courteous and absolute professionals. Special mention, was a gentleman called Travis whose title was Mobile Expert. Travis was Mobile and an Expert for sure. He was quick to grasp what I was trying to say and explained everything to me in detail and in very layman terms. All the time, he was helping me, he multi-task by acknowledging other walk-in customers with utmost professionalism without missing a heart beat. The customer service here is the best!! I change my phone from a Samsung to iPhone 6s and the sim was too big so I ask whether if I can cut it but they just give me a free one.
