They had attempted to activate my previous phone for me as the new phone I just purchased and had delivered was damaged and wouldn't work properly. When trying to reactive the old phone, they mistakenly put in the activation date 2 days in the future instead of today as they were supposed to do. We walked back into the store 2 hours later to get the problem resolved and with NO CUSTOMERS in the store, the manager Chris announced that they weren't helping walk in customers and to go to another store, maybe I could get it fixed in 2 days. RIDICULOUS!!! When I walked in, he was sitting on a chair with no one in the store. He proudly showed me his badge so I couldn't mistake his name with another staff member. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service, I suggest you choose another store to spend your money at! Or maybe even pick another cell service provider. Buyer beware!

Their webpage had only one option for suspension, and no option for cancellation other than to call a service number. I called that number, and 7 other numbers suggested by various reps without any resolution. Either they put me on hold or bounced me between their business support and consumer support. They were asking for phone numbers, account numbers, and all kinds of information, and at the end, they responded that they cannot handle it and referred me to different numbers - some were trying to help, and many were no help at all with a heavy accent. T I was so furious with AT&T service representatives after 3 hours, and decided to stop by the nearest AT&T store, at the H-Mart shopping mall in Cupertino. Kiely (?) helped me out after my desperate ranting; she was very professional, calm, and knew exactly what she was doing, and she was able to resolve my problem in like 6 minutes! I was so relieved. I could not imagine how 7-8 service/technical representatives could not handle what she was able to do in 6 minutes! Kiely was wonderful, and I am very thankful for her knowledge and understanding. Next time I need anything with AT&T, I'll run this place without hesitation. This store is at a convenient location with plenty of parking spaces, and I will not hesitate to recommend it to all my friends.

Staff: friendly and responsive Cost: about what I expect…read morefor a technical service and in a high cost / high wage area Service: I brought my phone in due to expanding battery to get a replacement. It had no operational issues at all, the only issue was that the screen had started to separate from the frame and they diagnosed it as a swollen battery. Phone is just shy of 2 years old, so no warranty but also plenty of life left so I opted for the battery replacement. I was told it was easy, no issues, come back in 1-2 hours. When I first picked up my phone, it worked completely fine for ~15 hours. However the next morning the screen just went dark mid-text and there was nothing I could do to get it on. I did manual power cycles etc, no response. I was pretty sure the phone was still on because it would heat & cool like it was processing. I returned and they made it clear if it was just a loose connection it would be free, but if it was another issue there'd be a charge. Turned out to just be a loose connection, no charge, and I picked it up a couple of hours later. Only this time, within 30 minutes of getting my phone back, it had frozen & rebooted 3 times. Fairly light usage - just Google Maps to navigate home during / to avoid traffic. I immediately turned back around and dropped the phone back off - was told it wasn't anything they did but they would try to diagnose it. The next day (Saturday) they never called me with an update and it was getting towards lunch so I called them, since they are closed Sunday and I didn't want to be without my phone for that long. They said they had run a stress test on it with no issue but shared nothing beyond that even when I tried asking for specifics about what the test is, how they knew it didn't reboot, etc. I picked it up, no charge. The phone worked for 5-6 hours and then had reboot issues. It stabilized and worked again for ~5-6 hours then had reboot issues. Throughout Sunday while they were closed, the phone froze and rebooted about every 30 minutes on average. I was so fed up and needed my phone to work and they were unwilling to deal with the issue. I ended up purchasing a new phone, but can't get a refund or even partial refund even though my phone worked fine before they opened it up and now is all but unusable. If this was a significant risk of the process, they should have stated that. I would have bought a new phone ($600) vs replacing the batter ($240). I am incredibly frustrated with everything about this process and won't use them again unless it's the most minor of repairs like cleaning a charging port. I won't let them open up another phone in the future that's for sure.

Bowen, the sales rep who helped me, was very nice and extremely patient. Since he was there by himself, training a new hire, he had to deal With a couple of customers at the same time. There was an older lady who came in and not tech savvy, like me. He was so patient and kind to her-even showing her the parts of her phone. On top of that, he also had a good sense of humor. Claim 1006-79-4820…read more Policy number CAH6232287789 Stuart Sussman from AAA Insurance sent someone from the City Water Conservation Company to identify the source of the water leak. The company technician put 2 holes in my garage ceiling and removed all the foam while identifying the leak source. Those two holes haven't been closed yet. The source was a broken plastic pipe (condensation pipe). So Stuart Sussman from AAA Insurance, called today stating that AAA insurance would not cover the cost of restoration. As he started blaming AC appliance just because this was a condensation pipe broken. He is just finding an excuse not to cover the restoration cost. Furthermore, those 2 open holes have been left uncovered and no effort will be made to close them. I have been a AAA customer for Auto and Property for about 7 years now and this is the worst customer experience I ever faced. Someone from AAA who is concerned about customer service should take some reasonable action on this case. If the holes are left open, I will take pictures and proceed with a civil lawsuit. Worst customer experience ever.

Received very poor quality customer service/ interaction with male associate on 1/15/26 around…read more10:40am. I requested tape to secure a set of music instruments (drums with mallets) together prior to return to Amazon. Associate insisted I just put it in a plastic bag, took item from my hands, and did this action. I repeated my desire to secure the mallets to the set of drums twice. Since he refused again, I said I can just take them home, tape them, and come back. 3-4 times repeating my request he seemed to get annoyed and took the tape out, taped the mallets to the set. Amazon has recently started to refuse refunds for missing/incomplete returns, so that's my reason for the request. I'll try to remember better to tape items at home, but this was a very simple request. I have had associates handle return items and bagging recently that have shown up as "incomplete" on Amazon's and I've spent additional time trying to correct the return later. This was at a UPS store branch. I also had two items end up mislabeled (associate somehow swapped the label)- this was at another location. I am very careful in how I handle and process returns, understand mistakes can be made, but please consider the customer's request in the future. I was very clear, intentional and direct, and understand why I asked: I want to try to reduce the errors made when returning items.
