Soo my phone was giving me issues and I kinda reached my breaking point with Verizon cuz they are not the most reliable network etc.... I walk in and I'm immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman.. I didn't get his name.. ( he didn't have a name tag) Tall guy with brown hair and is also bilingual in Spanish. Showed all the specials and deals they had to offer. They had a lot of Andriod phones under the promotion. Sorry but I can't get with Iphones.. The gentleman answered all my questions and showed me other products. I liked that he didn't rush me to sign up. I looked at their coverage maps and its definitely better. Its sad that I can't receive calls or messages at work. The deals seem great and all. If I do make the switch to Tmobile ..I'll come back to this location. read more

I've been a T Mobile customer for 5 years, as I truly enjoy their "no nonsense" plans (I have Military Magenta) with no hidden fees, and my plan has only gone up once in over 5 years. Being a senior and disabled Veteran, I enjoy that great pricing, and great service coverage in this area. After dropping my phone too many times...the glass screen had cracked too many times, so I finally decided to get a new phone. Emily was assigned to help me...and boy oh boy did she do a great job! I explained what I needed phonewise, we went our choices, then she helped me choose the right phone for me. She successfully transferred all my data, and I was in and out of the store in a reasonable time! When my wife and daugther are ready to change their phones..we will definitely be back to this T Mobile store and look for Emily! read more

Ask for Daniel Romero. He was exceptional- not only knowledgeable but also patent with all of our questions. We walked out happy with our purchases of iPhone 17. The store used to be a Sprint. It was always crowded and a long wait. This time, although busy, they got to us quickly. We were not rushed and the place was calm with soft music in the background. I was really happy with all the advice and service that I got at TMobile. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years, and was looking find a new plan that would give me more bang for my buck! Marquis helped me out during my visit and was super knowledgeable and walked me through the options that I had for the various plans. I wanted to trade in my phone, and he also walked me through the entire trade in process. There was one point where the store got very busy, but all of the TMobile team made sure to keep an account of the order that people arrived; and made sure to see to customers as soon as they could. T-Mobile cheats me when I went to the store on Black Friday at 8:00AM. The saleman told me about T-Mobile Internet and asked me to try out for two weeks free. I agreed and took the brand new modem home. By 6:45PM, I returned to the store and returned the new modem back without opening the box. I told him I'm not interested. So, I did a paper work and printed me a receipt. Now T-mobile charged me $218.20 including $160 monthly phone service. Don't ever try out with their offer. T-Mobile advertised I can get discount for my old Iphone trade-in for $150. After all transactions, I received an email I only got $45 and I need to get another $90 from Apple. I canceled my order. Don't buy Iphone from T-Mobile or Phone Service provider. Buy directly from Apple store. The store does not have what you need and they need to order anyway. read more

I came into the store around 7:40 pm today and I was told 8 people were ahead of me. Oscar was my customer service specialist and he said he would do his best to get to me. I explained that I drive to DC and need my phone to be functional. He did just THAT! I have never given anyone 5 stars but he was patient and attentive to my needs. Came into the store around 1pm on Father's Day. Added my father in law to our plan, upgraded his phone to the blue iPhone pro 13. My husband also upgraded his phone. Kevin our mobile expert was super helpful to explain our current bill and the promotions running to get us the best deal possible. He also showed us options for screen protectors ( 1- glass elite privacy which has anti microbial treatment and 2 - the glass xtr which has blue light protection) along with the silicon cases. I saw in my Sprint account they offers me a new Iphone 11 if I trade my iphone 7, switching to TMobile network!! But the "free" Iphone 11 increase my 2 lines with monthly payment automatic from $100 to $130 on 24 months new contract. I was attended to immediately and my phone was repaired in record time. The second phone needed a repair and that was done in less than 30 mins. Outstanding. I came in because my iPhone wouldn't charge. The store was not busy and there was only one other customer. The rep said she ask a tech to take a look at it. I only had 27% charge. She came out to tell me he couldn't fix it. I said I'd take it to the ifixit store a couple of doors down. The rep said they'd charge me me. I responded I expect that from a business. I went there the rep fixed my phone in about 2 min and said there'd be NO charge. Although I was only too happy to give something. This Tmobile store is a Waste. read more

I came in with a problem trying to switch my line from sprint to T-mobile everyone seem uninterested in helping us. I know my situation was little confusing but I explained things pretty well. The guy who was originally helping me said he would find someone to help me 15 mins go by and got no help. and it wasn't like there was customers these other employees were helping there was probably 2 max 3 other customers in the store. How can you have up to 7 people working and not one can help me? I noticed two guys sitting at the front desk so I go up to the desk and ask is anyone gonna help me with my problem?? this office is trash. i went in there 3 days in a row begging for them to fix my phone. on the 1st day the manager named Spencer Jangaba said it was fixed and sent me on my way. soon as i left their office my phone had the same issue i came in there with but i didn't have time to go back. on the 2nd day that manager said the technician that had worked on my phone the 1st day was incompetent but now a serious repair was done and i should be fine. i left and issue was still there. on the 3rd day Spencer was not in and the staff i was left to deal with were just there taking up space while their faces were glued to their own phones. I explained that i was leaving the country the next day and needed my phone fixed. they offered to send me a new phone in the mail on this third day when they should of done it on the 1st day i was there. Both the assistant manager Ivan and a worker named Steven refused to give me their last names, which is cool but the chip on their shoulders was clear. ive been a customer for over 20 years and have spent enough funds to total buying a property outright. soon as i get back into the country i will be going to verizon. read more
