My hubs needed a new phone so we decided to come into this location to look at physical phones before purchase. Yes, we're old people who want to actually see the phone before purchasing. I know it's usually done online now but we thought coming into the store would allow us to actually handle the phones, like you were able to literally less than 5 years ago. This is not the case. Those bad boys are mounted to the wall. We didn't have the best experience walking in. I understand why they have someone that catches you when you walk in and checks you in but it's not practical when multiple people are walking in at the same time. The person checking in was busy with someone, so we walked in and started looking at phones. When she was done with that person, another walked in, so we didn't check with her yet again. We lost 3 positions because of this and by the time she came over to us, there were 8 people ahead of us and the wait time was estimated at 1.5-2 hours. Thankfully, most of the people ahead of us had simple tasks so our long wait turned into about 15 min not 1 hour. We were able to choose the phone and get it set up pretty quickly. However, again, while we waited for the data to transfer, our technician started helping someone else so we ended up waiting over half an hour for him to finish with that person, even though we were done and ready to leave. I get that most people do things online now but this walk away from face to face service is a little annoying. Absolutely love this location! Excellent fast customer service! Thank you Ronnie for your time and help. I was so sad today because I dropped my phone and it had cracks in several places. Ronnie said it was only my screen cover that was damaged. He was so nice and very fast and good at changing the screen covers out. I asked him so many other questions. He was very knowledgeable. Outside: This location is very convenient. Easy to get too. Lots of parking. Good lighting. Inside: very clean, lots of comfortable chairs. We'll lit. Clean well stocked bathroom (no gender) More great customer service: I was greeted in less than 10 seconds and a nice gentleman put my name in the iPad and let me know it would be 25 minutes. Purchased my iPhone 16 Pro from this T-Mobile store on Marks St, Henderson. Received the worse service ever. Explained I needed a screen saver. The employee took my information and said it would be 5-10 minutes. Then after 2 customers (walk ins after me were helped immediatel, I asked how long and she said, I told you 30 minutes. When I asked why the 2 men were helped before me, she said she didn't see the older man that was helped immediately by a young man immediately inside the door, and then she helped a man who I guess had been in earlier and returned...that's MOT THE POINT...I just needed a screen saver and was blown off! so I left without giving that store my business and I will never return to that store! I got out to my car and decided I needed to let the store manager know about the service I DID NOT receive! I called in, the young lady said she was going to put me on hold. it would take 5-10 minutes...Are you kidding me. I was on hold for 6+ minutes and still no Mabager. I hung up! Yes, the waiting room was full with 4 different service representatives. I knew it would be a little while. We waited almost 1 hour, saw 1 man and another couple come in. I have an account with T-Mobile and have tried to help my son resolve service issues with his account as he is enlisted military and stationed at JBER in Alaska. I came in to the store a several months ago as my son was unable to get service on his cell phone there and could not call for support at the time. They refused to help as I am not listed on his account. My question was why did T-Mobile sell him a phone they should have known service is very limited and he would be on roaming outside of Anchorage. They knew he was enlisted military in order for him to receive the military the discount. They asked why it took so long for him to come back, I informed them it was bec he is in AK, and cannot just leave anytime he wants when he is full time military. Fast forward to today as my son is home on leave, I asked to resolve the situation. We were finally able to at least pay off the phone, but we were ultimately told by Mr. Ricardo that we should have done our research before signing up, so it's the customer fault here.... I would think a company and their staff would know what their coverage is like in AK. I wouldn't recommend this store or using their service. They offered nothing to help, except to get the bill paid so my son could recover some money in a hopeful sale of the iPhone. read more

The phone upgrade where T Mobile gives 24 monthly credits if one agrees to stay with T Mobile for 24 months includes a catch. They can and did raise the monthly phone service (in my case just after the phone upgrade). My monthly phone service went up $5.00 per month. I think it's very unfair for T Mobile to raise the basic service after I agreed to stay 24 months. As well, when I called to complain Natalie said, 'I will have to call you back after I talk to my supervisor.' She never called back. In any case I'v been making a point of telling people about this T Mobile experience. I'm very disappointed in T Mobile's business practices. Likely there are others who are stuck with T Mobile pricing increases after upgrading phones? I'll keep my 24 month commitment and then will see. read more

Bad service at this location. The staff seems to horse around quite a bit vs taking care of their customers. I've been there twice for T-Mobile Tuesdays and they have ran out of promotional items within 60-90 minutes of opening. This isn't really a high profile location as there are maybe 2-4 people there at a time so for them to run out that fast is suspect. I've gone to other locations later in the day and they still have quite a bit left. Their corporate might want to look at and see if staff is keeping promotional items for themselves vs their customers. read more

I went today and I was blessed to have been served by a very kind and professional man named Victor. I managed to tell him why I was there, but meanwhile my blood sugar had dropped and I've a severe Type 1 diabetic since I was three years old, so for fifty-four years now and Victor told me to go take care of my business and my ex went and got me a root beer, and Victor went beyond what I needed done and even printed what I needed off my phone and told about his father having Type 2 diabetes. His kindness and understanding meant a lot to me along with his professionalism. I don't run into to many people who understand diabetes and I'm always prepared, but today I grabbed the wrong bag with the wrong equipment. Some people don't understand that with a low blood sugar you can't wait, you have to act right away and Victor letting me sit at the table to check my blood sugar and drink my blood sugar and just his kindness was wonderful. This will always be my T-Mobile store because of Victor, but hopefully my blood sugar won't be low next time I go in. LOL read more

Once I went in for a case and the girl whose name tag literally read "Voldemort" said they don't sell them. Yet over her shoulder was the case I was looking for........ I saw an offer on tv for T-Mobile and contacted them to get the details. T-Mobile beat our AT&T plan by a lot. So, armed with this knowledge and T-Mobiles offer written via text, I went to our local mall and to our At&T store. The man said he couldn't beat that deal but to call "Customer Loyalty" and they could help me. I called. After more than 10 years with them, they said no, they couldn't beat it. I went directly in to T-Mobile and spoke with a sales rep who helped me break up with previous carrier. Seriously, I got unlimited, Netflix and three new phones for less than I paid with previous company for limited data plan, no phones and no Netflix. I love it!!! Kudos to Bill F. who helped when my phone stopped charging at 85%...it has happened about 8 months ago for the first time. At that time one of the store associate suggested a replacement since it was under warranty. Now it happened again with the replaced phone. I came to the store thinking I will have to pay to get this issue fixed. Talked with Bill Fackelman who said I can fix that, Was thinking I will find out after I charged the phone and YES it is now charging 100%. Also asked him if he can explain the different options on the camera. He showed all the important features and for the first time I now know what to use. Employees like Bill are appreciated! The phone trade in values, calling other stores to see if they have the color we wanted in stock. Apparently they don't make the iPhone 6 in champagne anymore!! No stores carried it. My sister decided to go with the 6s in rose gold and it's super pretty. Her BF got the 6+ in silver and white. Chad didn't try to up sell anything which is great because we knew exactly what we wanted. He answered all questions we had regarding the difference between the 6s and 6, and it wasn't much. I recently had to upgrade my phone, since it wasn't properly connecting with my Michael Kors Watch. We had errands to run, so this location was convenient. After checking in it was a little after 7pm & we were next to be helped, while waiting we got everything I needed for my new phone: protection phone cover, anti-scratch film, 2-quick charge units, trade in credit amount, paperwork done, and the representative had my new phone. What happened next was truly unbelievable the sale representative tells us we close at 8pm & it is our company policy that all customers must be out of the store by 8pm.. Since, it was only 7:35pm I said let's started on transferring the remaining information, I all ready backed-up my contacts and unsyc my watch. We went to T-Mobile with one objective to purchase a new phone!! Instead we get a representative who wants to debate on how long it would take to transfer the information and how covenant it would be to leave my old phone, take the new phone and come back tomorrow. I'm not sure if this T-Mobile understands what customer service is or the general concept of selling their products. We left with no new phone, 50 minutes wasted, and 8 more people waiting in the store all before closing. So we ended up going to the Galleria T-Mobile since they closed at 9pm. We did the same routine & grab the same products. Expect we walk out at 9:10 with a new phone, it took 15 minutes to transfer my information, they even made sure my watch sync correctly. Terrible experience, wasted 2 hours. Inexperienced associate, equipment not functioning. Then they tried to cut one deal using my buy out money towards my out of pocket expenses today. Ok, that was fine. But then when it came to the trade in value of my current phones, they said they weren't worth the money they quoted. So they were going to short me on the money I needed to buy out my current wireless provider. Simple $182 trade in - $149 out of pocket activation. fees and taxes = $33 billing credit Now T-Mobile needs to pay $719.20 to buy out my contract. But no, now is when they try to screw you.
