    I usually don't leave many reviews but I spent so much time here I feel like I should. Last week I went in because my iPhone 12 was no longer working. It only worked with wifi & I couldn't receive or make phone calls. We later found of it was a hardware issue. While I was there I decided to just trade in my iPhone for a new one because i truthfully did not want to take my iPhone to Apple to get it fixed, this just seemed like the easiest option for me at the moment. Everything was going great I just needed my iPhone 12 to transfer everything to my new iPhone 15. At this point I had been in and out of AT&T since 11am & it was 5pm. I had my baby with me so they told me I could take both phones home with me and I can come in to drop off my iPhone 12 anytime as long as it was within 14 days. Yesterday I finally found the time to go in to drop it off and the worker, her name was Stephanie was having trouble finding the imei # she proceeded to face time her coworker to ask for help & he, on speaker told her "that sh*t is bootlegged" she then told me that my phone was fake. I wish I was making this up. I bought my iPhone 12 Pro Max at AT&T centennial location on Sun, Jul 11, 2021 at 2:13 p.m. ET I know this because it's on my AT&T account. The next day I went back in hoping to speak to someone else, Romo was there and told me he couldn't accept the phone without the imei (I had the imei number written down but I'm assuming he needed to see it on the iPhone not just a piece of paper) anyways he told me to go to Apple & have them figure out what was wrong and why the imei wasn't popping up. I went to Apple and the tech there told me that my phone is fine & the serial number should be enough for them, but incase it wasn't he gave me the number to give to AT&T. So again I go to AT&T a different location (town square) & Sophia thankfully took my phone. This whole situation was a headache & I'm so happy it's over. The only person who had more than 1 brain cell at AT&T on the Stephanie location was David, he was the one who sold me the iPhone 15 on the first day. He was great very knowledgeable & patient.

I went to Cox expecting to have to buy a replacement, but Genesis explained my options and showed me that I could use a modem through Cox for only a $15 monthly fee until I was able to get a new one. What impressed me the most was how she took the time to review my account and show me ways I could actually save money. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated the changes in a way that was easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution. So you know what everyone dealing with them that is more than F***ing frustrated! with Cox do get name badges get confirmation numbers and do know they "keep notes" on what they wish to say regarding the situation so you do the same :) ask for a "recap" on agreement go as far as even asking to see the profile if you go to actual location and if you choose to go by their word expect you may get disappointed after. For example the notes when I called the number of the main actual co. you will find on your bill they noted: I declined tech insurance well NO! the employee never mentioned anything about an tech fee so I was charged $100 for a tech coming out. I followed all the directions on the phone I watched the tech I did everything as I was directed to do by phone so yup games! they could have tuned it on that day but why should they when playing dumb is best and charging me $100 for 5 min of a tech coming out is best? Also do know when you call the number from your previous bill they quote different price points then when you actually go to the store nothing is consistent! so you know what since they wasted my time I think people should know get details don't EVER! take any employees word for it at the end of they day they or course are suppose to smile and be nice they just want to get through the day and sugar coat you. They are two stars for a reason :)

    My hubs needed a new phone so we decided to come into this location to look at physical phones…read morebefore purchase. Yes, we're old people who want to actually see the phone before purchasing. I know it's usually done online now but we thought coming into the store would allow us to actually handle the phones, like you were able to literally less than 5 years ago. This is not the case. Those bad boys are mounted to the wall. We didn't have the best experience walking in. I understand why they have someone that catches you when you walk in and checks you in but it's not practical when multiple people are walking in at the same time. The person checking in was busy with someone, so we walked in and started looking at phones. When she was done with that person, another walked in, so we didn't check with her yet again. We lost 3 positions because of this and by the time she came over to us, there were 8 people ahead of us and the wait time was estimated at 1.5-2 hours. Thankfully, most of the people ahead of us had simple tasks so our long wait turned into about 15 min not 1 hour. We were able to choose the phone and get it set up pretty quickly. However, again, while we waited for the data to transfer, our technician started helping someone else so we ended up waiting over half an hour for him to finish with that person, even though we were done and ready to leave. I get that most people do things online now but this walk away from face to face service is a little annoying. It was funny that two days later, we received a kit in the mail to send in his old phone, the one that we waited 30 min for the tech to grab while he was helping someone else...

He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He really took the time to explain everything and made sure we got exactly what we needed without feeling rushed or pressured. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and represents T-Mobile's values really well. Customer service like this is hard to find these days--definitely recommend asking for Michael if you stop by. You'll get an expert who knows exactly what he's doing!

    We've been with At&t for a while now and theses past months I've been having signal problems…read moreusually things like sos show up where my bars should be and I'll be by my boyfriend that also has at&t and he has signal so i figured something is going on i came to this location in hopes the problem can get fixed but i was very disappointed with the customer service here. I made the mistake of switching over from AT&T over the phone because the person over the phone made so many mistakes. However I came in the store and a huge THANK YOU to Edwin and the assistant manager!!!! Edwin helped me get everything in order and honestly I usually would have been super upset but they just had amazing vibes and they really knew how to just help me get through the nightmare! I waited for an hour and a half because the person who sold me the plan was busy. No one else wanted to help me. My phone was suspended, and I just wanted to know what was going on, how to fix it, or how much I needed to pay. Nobody gave me any answers. Very disappointed. I expected much better from Verizon.
