First thing, if you come into this store near closing time the employees will let you know. Every time. Very unprofessional. Plus the music was blaring so loud I could barely hear the guy telling me he was off for the night before he left me standing at the counter. My biggest problem is the customer service here. I also work in customer service. And with my company, if we make a mistake, then we will make it right. An employee at this store made a huge mistake and signed me up for jump without my knowledge. I talked to everyone I could at customer care, and they eventually referred me back to the store, informing me that they had the ability to help me the most, especially since they made the mistake. A manager at this store gave me the run around for 3 weeks until he eventually told me there was nothing he could do. Then he had the nerve to suggest that I call customer care again, and implied that they passed me off to him just to get me off the phone (is that not exactly what he was doing?). Long story short, quadruple check all of your paperwork at this store. I understand people make mistakes, but the difference here is, they will not right their mistakes. And a manager will talk in circles for 3 weeks in hopes that you'll stop calling back. After 10 years with T-Mobile, I am sadly shopping around with other carriers. read more

Worst experience ever. The manager and the employee that was helping me were having some sort of argument in the middle of helping me. The sales person told me she could only transfer my pics and contacts because Tmobile doesn't have the capability that the Apple store does, which would have been nice to know before I bought the phone. I had to do it all at home. I don't feel that purchasing a $1000 phone should leave you alone to do everything. Luckily I am a tad bit tech savvy. Then I had to wait at least 5 hours before the phone was working because of everything I had to transfer. Once I pay this phone off I will be going to another carrier. read more

I went in the store last sunday afternoon. I can't remember the name of the dude that helped me. But he lied to me. Telling me I couldn't make payments on the phone I wanted to uprgade on because I still owed a small amount on the phone I had. I called customer care n found out I can make payments on both phones. Such a freakin liar!! I'm never gonna go back to that store. They just try to benefit themselves instead of actually helping the customer.. this store needs better sales reps. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for! He's seriously honest and straight forward with the deal, answers every question and has patience to help you figure what's the best plan to go with, since we were switching phone companies. He even helped us with the rebate paperwork!! Honestly he was great and devoted to his job wanting to provide the best for his customers! I come to the US a couple of times a year and when I do, I always stop by this store along with my buddies. I always come to pick up some sim cards for my iPhone and also some top ups. I went last week and was greeted by a young latino who I think was the manager because he was dressed very professional, no uniform like everyone else. He got my name down and when someone became available he took me to their register. Things I like here are The staff: They are very friendly and there is always a lot of people working there, which is good because there has been times where I have waited in line for a long time :(. The music: The music is always very good and kinda loud which I like. Listening to the music makes the time pass by quicker. Funny story last time I went, a Portuguese song came up which is very popular in my country, Brazil. I dont think the people there understand what the song says, but the beat is very good and is a great song. I guess they have music for people all around the country. The location: Everytime I come to Long Beach, I travel by Metro, my stop is a block away from this store. Also it is close to walmart which I also like Great store, great service, great music, it can get busy though. read more

First and last time. It's clear commission is more important than customer service. I walked in when two of your employees were free but was stuck waiting for Edgar because he was the lucky one to answer the phone when another location called. Hope you got all you could out of that sale. More than an hour wasted, phones still broken. Lesson learned. read more

This store was horrifying. The staff is extremely unhelpful. I'm not the average person when it comes to technical savy, I wasn't asking ridiculous questions, I simply needed my numbers transferred from the old phone to my new one because the online application would not communicate with my old phone.....they did not want to oblige. They made a huge fuss about having to help me. I understand they may be getting only a dollar or two over minimum, but I just needed some help to have my numbers transferred. They told me to just go through my contacts and manually move them over. The two guys that tried to get me out of their hair as quickly as possible brought out a serious amount of rage in me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! they will not want to help. I have had so much better service at other stores, but based off this, I will change from T-Mobile after my contract is up, no doubt. Their ability to procure decent employees is horrifyingly poor. read more

The 2-3 times a year I need to come to a physical store there is always a 30-60 min wait time at the 5th St location. There is no other location near downtown Long Beach. Considering the consistency of the wait issue, you'd hope management would make the necessary adjustments in staff/capacity. read more

I have been a customer of TMobile for about 6 years now and their service sucks. I recently purchased a new phone which i have been having trouble with. I called TMobile and they suggested I called technical support. I was transferred to technical 3 times because I kept getting hung up on. So rude and disrespectful! I called again today and the same thing happened. I am paying $98.00a month for shitty service and shitty Internet. I will be paying the fee to deactivate my phone. read more

This review is based on the best customer service I ever had on a phone store. I want to thank Julian For giving me that quality time and explaining to me all my best options. Especially since it was past his Hours. That shows much dedication he has for the store. Just to help me a customer. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better person especially him being the manager. I'm glad he assisted me and guided me on what's best for me!
