Had an inquiry about my new phone and the associate (who we'll call E) was not able to assist me with my inquiry. When I stated that I wanted another associate who could help me, she then got upset, and started yelling at me in front of all of T-mobile full of customers on how to not disrespect her. It's not my responsibility to appease an associate's ego after not being of useful help. Associate E was very unprofessional and adolescent-like for raising her voice. The associate manager (who we'll call D) came out and gave me the run around with every question I asked. Even when I simplified my questions, she continued to answer a question with another irrelevant question. When I asked Associate Manager D for her manager, she stated that she didn't have one, and that she reports to a corporate manager. She then proceeded to raise her voice out loud as well. She then stated that I was walking away from her to leave, when I was only getting my bag from the chair I was sitting at. At that point, it was clear there was a particular perception being made of me, so I made the personal decision to thank D and leave. She still did not grant me the opportunity to just come back, so I had to leave while she continued to rant on as I left. What a difference a day makes...The next day I came back, and another associate (Associate U) helped me with no issues. He was calm and through in his assistance, and associate U even when back to the back several times to check and verify everything for me. This was the 1st time I had experienced such rude customer service, and as a customer, the customer has a right to professionalism regardless of the associate's day. I'm glad I came back. Someone should tell Associate Manager D to step down and give the management position to an associate who is capable of staying neutral and not letting their emotions dictate their decision making. That is management 101... Almost wiling to make this a legal issue due the embarrassment that I felt, especially someone like myself who has been a customer for over 11 years and always prides myself by telling others how amazing T-mobile's customer service is. Horrible customer service. Do not go there. Seriously waited in line for an hour only to be told that they didn't have the phone I was there to buy. If Luis is helping you, find another associate. He is not helpful at all. He was the person to sign me in, asked what I was there for. I said that I was there to buy a Nokia Lumia.... And one hour later, another associate told me that they had run out of the Lumia. After finding this out, I asked Luis what my options were. He was very lost and confused and didn't know what to say. I think he was on something. Just useless, to be honest. No accountability taken for the huge mess up he had just done. No customer service. No critical thinking skills. I'm a fan of T-mobile, but I advise to just buy online if you can. If you need to go into one of the retail stores, save yourself the headache and don't go into this store. read more

Let me tell about Tmoblie the phone is great but when you go inside the store to pay your bills it's always crowded and the reps are slow they take forever to get to you, they put your name on a list and then you have to wait again I hate going inside frustrated people in line along with me they really need to do something about this problem. read more

T-Mobile, PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND First of all, I'm am NOT a happy customer. I don't know where to begin, but unfortunately my phone broke this past April and I went to my nearest t-mobile store in north Hollywood on lankershim blvd. MONIKA with the letter "K" helped me. She helped me in the beginning saying I will have another 2 phone claims when I buy a new phone. The sad part is I paid BOTH full amounts on my iPhone5s. The broken one , before was about $425 and then the new one in the beginning of May, FULL AMOUNT ($550) . + my monthly phone bill. The reason I paid for it because somehow I'm getting charged extra for my phone . I changed to t-mobile services was for a much Cheaper plan . My old service carrier was ATT&T . NO THANKS . So my phone got totally damaged again. (No , not a screen crack, glitches, buttons, etc.) IT WAS DESTROYED. Second time I went I think his name was JAY, an African American guy "helped" my sister and I. He saw my phone and laughed at it! I did not think how that was right. Then later telling me to buy entirely another new phone! I was so frustrated that T-mobile didn't do a in-home claim, offer me another phone, talking to their manager. The reason I know about that is because I went straight to The T-mobile store in BURBANK TOWN CENTER. And I forgot his name but he helped me for everything! And gave me advice for my phone. Then I went back recently to pay this past due fee. I had enough coming back to t mobile on lankershim. I went once again because my phone was disconnected ! Like this isn't fair. I got my phone already a week ago. ANDREA told me there was a past due. I got mad, I didn't get and T-Mobile text . She basically was like " you have to pay". I felt like suing T-Mobile . My boyfriend and I went into this location yesterday afternoon to merge our accounts. Belynda was our Associate and she was AWESOME! She was very helpful, knowledgable, patient and professional. This turned into a long visit with many questions, we were going to get a phone, then two phones, then back to one phone. She was very nice and never seemed annoyed with us. We had to delete a number, add a number, all kinds of stuff. Then she also ended up having to stay past closing to help transfer all of the data from my old phone to the new one. I walked in there today, because I needed a charger, for my iPhone. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked what brought me in, then he just pointed me to the chargers. No other instruction. No indication that someone would be right with me. Well, they are all locked, so I can't just grab one....I didn't know what was going on. I was looking for the hidden cameras, as they watch me try to figure out how to buy a charger. Needless to say, I just left. I have chargers at home, I just thought it would be an easy purchase. My salesperson had very long nails (well, mine aren't short either, but if your job is to unpack boxes, insert SIM-cards, so forth, then you have to adjust to circumstances, right?). I was totally underwhelemed by this place. I saw how everyone loved Stu in the other reviews here. Walked in, 5 T Mobile reps there. No customers. I walk toward the closest cluster of people. Not really any "greeting" feeling. Stu walked away from me. No "how can we help you?" So I had to control the conversation. A trainee girl was helping me. She expertly gave me summaries of information she knew, but had no SALES ability. She was not really capable of working with me on that consuting level. I DID appreciate that she told me what she knew about the thing I asked about and did not try to steer me to something else, but she did not help me think through the situation. The pricing she was showing me was available to anyone. I was getting nothing special for a corporate discount or loyalty or anything. I don't want to be with T-mobile and I feel like they are trying to get rid of their old customers. But whatever. I still might have to sign up with them and just be mad about it. read more

its very difficult and frustrating to try at times to get resolve thru the telephone. many times have been frustrated by being put on hold ,,,calls dropping after waiting etc. almost 1 year ago i had a problem which i could not resolve thru customer service. by going back again to albert tigranyan and his hard working crew once again he came thru with a promise to help as long as he is working at the store. thank you for your concern and treating me honestly and fairly-so ...t=mobile..give him a raise or promote him. share this with your ceo he needs to be aware of good things as opposed to negative feedback thru unhappy employees or competitors. the ethics of an american worker as ive been told is to work hard and you will be rewarded. i believe your ceo will agree as well as others who will step inside the store. I have always been satisfied with this T-Mobile until this week. I went into it to purchase a Tile to connect my keys to my phone. An associate called Nick after 15 minutes came over to help me. He gave me the Tile package, and then said he would connect them. He spent 30 plus minutes fiddling with my phone but was unable to accomplish anything. I finally asked for my phone back and left, drove to my house, got out my phone, tapped the "Contacts". To my despair, ALL of my contacts had disappeared. Apparently he had deleted them. This is a terrible loss because I will be unable to contact many of these people. I've had to spend 2 days on the internet, email, & personally visiting many of them in order to restore about 1/3 of my original contacts. When I went back to the store that same day, he would not acknowledge what he had done or even apologize. He should be taught more about t-mobile's products and how to actually assist rather than destroy customers. He ended out yelling at me and I did reciprocate. read more
