    I stopped by this T-Mobile store today to look at their Samsung phones while my wife was getting her massage at another store nearby. I'm interested in upgrading my Samsung Galaxy S23+ but wondering if I should wait for the S26. The customer service here was great, a worker approach me asking if I needed help but I told him I was just browsing so he left me be. There plenty of parking here and the store is a decent size inside. They don't have a lot of phone on display but they have like one of each. They also have headphones, earphones and smart watches as well. The price will vary but I always have a good experience using their trade in option and save like half the price of a new phone.

    Came in today and was helped by Adriana to do warranty exchange on one of my phones. She was very helpful and patient. She took care of all of my questions and concerns. Leaving happy. Thank you for an excellent customer service. Adriana goes the extra mile!

    I needed some help with my account. I called up the Tmobile Customer Care and the CSR I talked to advised me to go to a local branch. This is the nearest branch to me. Upon entering, a sales associate greets you with enthusiasm. Asks what you're there for. Then refer you to the person who is capable in resolving the issue. Miss Jocelyn, handled my case and she is able to get the issue resolved. She made a few phone calls, guided her through it. And In no time, I was done. Private parking lot.

    Came tonight to switch to Tmobile from Straighttalk. It was packed and people didn't have masks on, including a staff member, so we left.

    I cracked my phone really bad and the screen was bleeding, I was unable to lock it and was out of a…read morephone for 5 freaking days. Worst feeling ever!!! No access to contacts, my social or banking information. Anyways I finally got the replacement and walked into Verizon my carrier to assist me sadly I went to 3 Verizon stores and no one could help me get my information transferred over from my old phone to the new phone. I wasn't able to unlock the broken phone and its been a freaking nightmare all week. Anyhow I was referred to this store by Verizon and what a game changer cuz Romeo to the rescue. I explained the issue and he assured me that he would get it handled. I had my reservations because why would other stores turn me away and how are you able to do it he was able to explain to me what he was going to do and sure enough he did that and he handled my situation. It took a while due to all the data I had on my precious phone. I'm super thankful for them for taking care of this and I would highly recommend. I'm so happy to have my life back in my hands Thanks to them. They are located in the mall 2nd floor near Dicks sporting goods. They also sell nice phone cases and have a nice check in offer on Yelp. Would recommend!

The guy said they have gone up in price. Very disappointed and won't be returning. Ask for prices before you purchase. They should tell customers up front about price increases. As an update: George immediately reached out to correct the situation. It shows great customer service to a loyal customer, wanting to better my customer service experience. That is much appreciated George!
