My call was disconnected, my screen turned white and life as I knew it with all my family and friends just a touch away evaporated before my very eyes. It was dramatic. No contact with the outside world, aside from my work computer for 8 hours. I was prepared but disheartened to think I had to replace my phone and re-enter all contacts. I really hoped to keep my 5 year old phone a year or two longer. Haaaa. Thank God for the cloud! That all changed and turned to daffodils and butterflies at 8 AM this morning. Stacy took my phone, worked her magic and I was back in the game with quick access to all my loved ones by 8:11. My adult children were thrilled. Son said "good to know" when he learned we could communicate again. Haaaaa. Can't thank Stacy enough! Had to give her a 5 star review. Note: Tip. Arrive at 8am if your matter is timely. The staff at Verizon get busy and many issues take time. Be kind and grateful for the ones who show up to work.

So this is more of a review AT&T , hopefully store management will get the message where it needs to go. Apparently, they are two separate companies, and the online company is garbage. The online people were really nice, but they are incredibly inefficient and uninformed and did not process my account properly. Going on about six weeks now, and six hours on the phone plus time at the store. Actually two stores, because the authorized dealers are not authorized to fix the stuff that the Internet AT&T company screwed up. Unsatisfactory review for the company, but the store did what it could, which was limited to pretty much telling me how to talk to the Internet people to fix the problem. AT&T cared about their customers, their stores would be able to fix the problem. Note to self. Never had this problem with T-Mobile, just didn't have coverage in my new neighborhood.

The staff was completely unhelpful and spent most of the time talking in circles instead of actually explaining or resolving the issue. When we tried to get clarity, a manager yelled across the store that the representative had already "explained it enough" and that he had nothing else to say. At that point, my wife and I were essentially kicked out of the store, with our baby. We were handed a "fraud" slip with no explanation whatsoever as to what the issue was or why it applied to us, and were told to leave. No professionalism, no clear communication, and absolutely no empathy. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect basic respect or actual help.

It was a bit of a process figuring out what happened but the staff stuck with it, troubleshooting, and helped us communicate with the other carrier to get it resolved. Overall a good experience in resolving issues that arise, and everything else went smooth. Customer service is easy when everything goes right, but it is even more important when the unexpected happens and the staff here rose to the occasion.

I don't usually upgrade every year, but I did for a while. Superior products. Graphics wise, ease of use, and accessibility. I also have the iWatch Ultra, ear buds, and an iPad I use for work when I travel. All easily interfaces and interconnected products. I have bought, mainly, from the Apple Store in Hingham. Great service, always stocked, and organized extremely well. No negatives whatsoever.

It's not a Verizon store. How is this important? They lack access to the wider network of Verizon guarantees and products. And that's a problem that forced me to twice make two trips for the same item. That's four trips instead of two. Thinking I was dealing directly with Verizon, I purchased an insurance policy for my phone. The first time I tried to use it, they didn't have the part -- a screen cover for my new phone -- in stock and said the only other store they could call upon was in Marshfield, a very long way away in the suburban direction. They told me to come back in a few days. Huh? Thinking this was a fluke, I returned days later and got the new cover. And was happy with it.... BUT, the guarantee designed to make my life easier had already complicated it. A year later, I needed a new cover again. When they said they didn't have the part and that I'd have to come back in a few days, it was like entering a time warp. Twilight zone meets deja vu. Huh? Wut? The first time is an aberration, the second is business model. My phone isn't that old. The first time, in fact, my phone was only months old. The second time, just over a year old. It's BS to say (as they did) that they didn't have the parts because my phone is an "older" model. It's clear that they just don't have inventory. And because they're not part of the larger Verizon network, they can't send me to or draw from a store in Boston, which would have been much more convenient for me. Buyer beware. Don't shop here unless you don't need service. Make sure you're not in a hurry, either. The employees are exceedingly slow. There always seems to be a line, which is probably because 1) (some of them) don't know what they're doing; and 2) the store doesn't have basic inventory; and 3) they are exceedingly slow. Did I say slow? Last visit, I got the new kid. He stood at his monitor clicking and sighing and muttering all the while avoiding eye-contact with me. I was patient -- I figure it's his first ever job -- but after an exceedingly long time, a very long time, I finally asked if there was someone else who could help me. You know that expression "Three's the charm"? The first two guys had no clue. Third guy was the only guy who knew anything. So a lot of employees but not a lot of help. It probably explains the line. On the pro side, the third guy DOES know what he's doing. If you get him, you'll be fine -- except for the lack of inventory and the fact that even he said I'd have to come back another time to get a screen cover, just like the last time. Early January, my husband called and they said it was on its way. Unfortunately, my husband passed away a few days later. We never did receive the gift card. I called T-Mobile to find out what was going on and they told me I'm not authorized for them to help me. I tried to get online with T-Mobile but they want to verify that the person online is my husband by sending a text to his phone which has been disabled due to his death. I'm not sure if the $200 promotion is a scam since we should have gotten that back in October and never did. I'm switching carriers since T-Mobile is a rip-off.
